So like, you're going into this anime probably with mixed expectations, and then you get to watching it and boom it hits you with an "ENJOY ME!" If you are intending to watch this wanting an actual story of any kind, don't expect much. That said, it's REALLY fun to watch as the princess goes about finding different ways to improve her sleep, breaking any definition of a princess along the way(except for maybe wanting things to go her way). Plastic Memories was the first anime I ever watched, and boy was it the best one for me to watch first. I watched it 3 times in a row when I first started. It defines what I look for in an anime. It invokes tears on multiple occasions, has beautiful art, It's music fits the mood of the show, and the characters make you love them. I'm already an avid romance anime watcher, and this one tops it for me. With such a bittersweet love, you can't help but want them to find a way out of their situation, no matter how fated it is.
