Story-10: Okay, I am a sucker for a good yaoi manga but this manga is really, really good! The story is unique, something I've never seen in any other yaoi manga before. The plot line is really good, the manga itself has a slight dark feeling to it but it's still such an emotional story. Despite the fact that only three chapters have been released, I am looking forward to seeing a lot more of this manga!
Art-9: The art style is great, I just love how the author draws the characters, this is exactly how I love seeing the uke and seme roles being
...
portrayed. I haven't seen any errors in this manga, the lines are clean, the colors on the cover are nicely done, I just love the artwork.
Character-10: The characters for this series are a little unexpected with their respective roles. The seme; Matsuno, is a serious lawyer who is straight, but over the course of the three chapters, he finds himself with growing feelings for Rin. But what really made me love this character is the fact that he isn't like most semes you see in yaoi pairings, Matsuno at first genuinely treats Rin as a living being despite Rin's hard past and doesn't judge him for his previous profession and the fact that he used to be a prostitute. And the uke, Rin, is a teenage boy who was kicked out of his home and thrown onto the streets by his Father once he was revealed to be gay, and used to live night to night, working by selling his body for his next meal and fears that by falling in love with Matsuno that he would jeopardize his friendship with the man and make Matsuno disgusted with him. The drama between these two characters is just beautiful, there were times when I really shed a tear because of these two.
Enjoyment-10: I have to give this section another ten, I enjoyed reading this manga over and over again, the art style, the characters, the plot, the drama, all of that combines to make such a beautiful story that will touch your heart, I know it touched mine and I am looking forward to seeing more chapters being released.
Overall-10: Overall, I have to give "After Morning Love" A ten the story is just beautiful as well as the artwork, I highly recommend this series if you're a yaoi fan or if you just want to read a touching love story. But if you don't like yaoi, then I wouldn't recommend this series. This series is really underrated but it's very good!

Story-9: I have to admit, the concept for this story is pretty interesting, you almost never see girls who have feminine complexes in manga, and if you do, they always end up being colorful characters that you grow to love. And the side story with Mari and Ran was a little bonus that I enjoyed, teacher x student stories always end up being more perverted then they should be but this one was handled nicely with the student taking part as the seme in the relationship, which is another rarity, and as well as the student x teacher pairing being yuri, well that just makes
...
the story all the more interesting and fun to read in my opinion!
Art-10: Okay, the artwork in this manga was just beautiful, all of the characters were adorable in their own ways and the author did a beautiful job with the landscapes and background as well as displaying emotions with the characters. I couldn't find a single error in the artwork and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Character-8: Okay, the characters are my favorite parts of this story. The first main character, Yae, is an adorable girl with a feminine complex and wishes that she could be a boy, she hates her short stature, her round face, and her large breasts (g cups...) Her lover, is her classmate, Chitose who is known around the school for being boy-like and is open about her attraction to girls and quickly took a liking to Yae. Seeing a relationship between those two is just adorable to me and I loved the way their relationship progressed in the two volumes. And the side story with Mari, a student who is known for being promiscuous and goes out with all sorts of different boys, and Ran, her teacher who holds unrequited feelings for her best friend that are soon switched to Mari. Now this relationship is very interesting since you hardly ever see a teacher x student story that is so sweet and loving and not overly-perverted like most stories with those kinds of pairings are. And the fact that these two are girls may just add to the sweetness of the story.
Enjoyment-9: I thoroughly enjoyed this story through and through. Each chapter was sweet and slightly short but the story was easy to pick up and enjoy with the casual pace and gentle aura that is portrayed through the story. I could not- for the life of me- stop reading this story until I was done with it because I enjoyed the story so much. The concept is original and the story is just wonderful!
Overall-10: I have to say, this is the best Yuri manga i have ever read. The story was sweet, the characters are loveable, the artwork is adorable, so this is highly recommended by me. If you can get past the little sex scenes and the nudity and the same-sex female relationships, you'll enjoy this manga! But if you're a close-minded person who doesn't like girl x girl sex scenes or don't like the idea of yuri, then I wouldn't recommend this series.

Story-9: Okay, I didn't expect this series to be a bunch of random one-shots written by different artists but I really enjoyed them! Each one brought something new to the table, a couple were a little on the sad side while most of them were just adorable from start to end. Since I'm getting into the Yuri genre, I wanted to give this series a try and I'm looking forward to more chapters being translated into english!
Art-9: Since all of the chapters seem to be drawn by different artists, each one's got its own charms as well as their own art style. I didn't
...
dislike any of the artwork in any of the chapters, and for me, it was wonderful to see so many different art styles in a single book. From as much as i could tell, there weren't any errors in these one-shots, all of the characters and the backgrounds were drawn beautifully.
Character-8: The characters were all different and interesting for the most part, but some characters, especially those drawn by the same author seem to be like their previous incarnations and don't really make an attempt to change much. Which is why I didn't give this section a higher score. But despite that, I could see large amounts of character development in all of the one-shots, even though the characters tend to only show up in one story and not be seen again, they do leave an impact on you in a way, and each one does have a little bit of uniqueness to them.
Enjoyment-9: I have to say, I enjoyed this manga quite a bit, each one of the one shots offered something different, even though they all had yuri sex scenes, I didn't mind that at all. Each story was cute and had their moments that made me love them, a couple were a little sad and bittersweet which only made this manga more enjoyable with the unexpected thrown in.
Overall-9: Overall, this manga is really enjoyable. If you're a fan of the yuri genre and don't mind sex scenes then I can recommend this to you. Each one of the one-shots were cute and beautifully drawn. If you don't like yuri or girl x girl sex scenes then I wouldn't recommend this to you. But if you don't mind both of those key factors, then you'll find yourself with an enjoyable manga series!

Story-10: Okay, I have to admit, the story for this manga is VERY original, I've never heard of an idol being sold by her production company to an underground wrestling circuit like this before! Hopefully, I can see more of this manga series since I found it really enjoyable.
Art-9: The artwork for this series was beautifully done, the characters all looked great, even though I thought that the breasts on the main character were a little big, she seemed like the girl who would look better with smaller breasts but that's just a personal preference. From what I could see, there aren't any errors
...
or the like in this series, which is a little hard to find with ecchi series because most ecchi authors tend to just rush the sexy scenes a little and make small errors.
Character-7: There is hardly-if any character development going on in this series, but the rest of the cast are all pretty funny and either cute, sexy, or badass. So the cast I really enjoyed but considering that there's only the first volume out, there shouldn't be too much character development going on. But it still irked me a little that the main character just seemed to be another cutesy girl character that goes into an ecchi series.
Enjoyment-8: I had to admit, this series was pretty enjoyable, i for one, love wrestling series and I don't think there are enough of them, but throughout this series, I found characters that I started to love. The story for this manga is pretty original, and there were plenty of dramatic moments during the matches, even though some, I felt were a little more aimed to the ecchi side.
Overall-8: The only things I didn't really like were the lack of character development but then again it's only the first volume so if there's going to be more scanned and translated into english, then i'll be looking forward to reading more, the fight scenes were fast-paced and great, the characters were all different and vibrant in their own ways, the plot was very interesting to say the least so if you're a fan of sports series or ecchi and yuri series then you should check out this series, even though I can't recommend this series to those of you who have a problem with ecchi, and you will be able to see the characters nipples during this series and it is labeled as Mature so be careful if you choose to read this. but if you can get past those facts, then you'll find yourself with a pretty enjoyable manga.

story-8: I'll admit, the story for this manga is pretty run-of-the-mill. The whole 'Slice Of Life' thing is being used a lot in yuri and yaoi manga. But I'm not saying that it's a bad thing, the first few chapters may just seem like a bunch of different chapters but once you get to volume 2, that is when the real plot of the story comes in! I have to admit, there's quite a bit of character development in this manga, as far as I was able to see, the main two characters, Shinobu and Momoko obviously had the most character development out of the
...
whole wide cast of characters. So I have to say that this manga had a pretty good story not the best I've ever seen but it was still pretty good.
Art-9: I had to admit, the artwork for this manga was really well done. The characters were all cute, and during the sex scenes, the girls remained anatomically correct. Which is hard to find in a manga like this that is authored by a man (I am only assuming the author is a man considering the pen name.) The landscapes are all drawn beautifully and the characters were all just beautiful.
Character-9: The characters for this series are all just wonderful and unique in their own ways. My personal favorite characters other then Shinobu and Momoko are Maya and Kii-Chan. It's rare to see dark-skinned characters in anime or manga series so I love a good dark-skinned character. The character development throughout the series was great, each one of the characters had their chance to shine and grow as characters, albeit some more then others but I'll take whatever I can get!
Enjoyment-9: I thoroughly enjoyed reading this manga, the first volume was fun to read because of how many different characters the manga introduced. And the second volume was just wonderful and heartfelt with the rest of the plot coming to the surface. All of the characters were fun to read about at the end of each chapter and the sex scenes were beautifully done. And yes, I am one of those people who can read a sex scene and just enjoy the artistic statement it brings and not be aroused by it.
Overall-9: This manga is one of my favorites, I highly-recommend it if you enjoy full-blown yuri manga or yuri hentai scenes. But if you're turned off by the idea of female sexual relationships and the like, then you wouldn't really enjoy it and I would advise you staying away, but if you can look past it for the wonderful story, the fun characters, and the beautiful artwork, then you'll be in for a treat! It's a little short but this manga is really worth reading!

Story-8: I have to admit, the story for this series is pretty interesting. A girl who is completely straight, but goes to an all-girl school and is constantly hit on by girls and has rumors spread about her that she's a lesbian queen who's slept with over 5,000 girls? You've gotta be pretty creative to come up with something like that. I've never heard of a story like this but that just made the manga all the more enjoyable to me!
Art-8: I love the way the artist draws this series, the characters are all anatomically proportionate, the eyes are beautifully drawn as well as
...
the clothes and the scenery for the rest of the background. The author did a wonderful job with this series and I'm looking forward to seeing more new characters in future chapters.
Character-7: The characters are all pretty alright in my opinion, the only one that really stands out is the main heroine of the story, Yuriko. Other then her, the rest of the characters all seem to just be 'one-chapter' characters and don't really seem to have anything special about them. I would've given them a lower score if the main character hadn't been so amusing during the whole story!
Enjoyment-9: Truthfully, Yuri was never my cup of tea at first but now that's started to change. I have to say, I really enjoyed this manga series. I'm looking forward to more chapters being scanned and translated into English. There are plenty of funny moments and a few mature moments here and there but this manga is very enjoyable!
Overall-8: Overall, this manga is worth reading, but I must warn you, this manga has mature moments, such as sexual situations, and you will be able to clearly see the character's nipples. But if you can get past the partial nudity, the lesbian relationships, and the ecchi moments, you'll find yourself with a funny manga worth reading! There are only four chapters out right now but I have faith that there will be more chapters coming out so give this manga a read if you want ^^

Story-8: Like I said in the review for the anime series, the manga version of A Channel is a relatively light-hearted story, following the lives of four teenage girls going through high-school life and finding the humor in everyday life, now this kind of story can be found in other 4-koma series like Lucky Star and Azumanga Daioh, so if you enjoy those series, you'll love this as well, like with some other series of this type, there is a small amount of character development but that character development seems to be more evident in the manga instead of the anime version, but the
...
anime adds an air of drama around the series that the manga just can't convey.
Art-8: The art style is good, but I can't help but feel that something is missing...Maybe it's the fact that I saw the anime before reading the manga, but one positive note is that the manga's characters are how should I put it?...Softer then the anime versions, like they are more elegant-looking then in the anime version.
Character-9: The characters are the same in the manga version, but the manga seems to extend their backstories a little bit more then the anime does, and in the manga, those little funny moments seem to be funnier then they normally are in the anime, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying either. The characters are all fun and enjoyable in their own way, but it's strange, in the anime, my favorite character is Tooru but in the manga, my favorite character is Run, I can't explain why...^^;
Enjoyment-9: I have to say, I really enjoy 4-koma series like this, the stories are all short and easy to follow and don't drag like some other slice of life series tend to do, A Channel was a very fun series to watch and read, and the manga offers some more material that the anime doesn't have, and I would recommend the manga for those who like reading the manga more then watching the anime version of a series.
Overall-8: Overall, this series is very enjoyable! It's easy to read, fun, cute, all the elements that the anime series has as well as that slightly more graceful look to the characters that the anime seems to leave out. I would highly recommend this series to anyone who loves slice of life series, 4-koma series or Omake series, or cute seinen series, like Chi's Sweet home, or Lucky Star, or Azumanga Diaoh, if you don't like that there isn't much character development or excitement in a series then you may not enjoy this but i would definitely give this a try!

There isn't really much I can say about these cute little extras, but I did enjoy that they all seemed to be taken from the strips in the manga that weren't in the normal episodes, like Nagi talking to a story display when she took her glasses off or when Tooru and Run made character bentos for Yuuko and Nagi, these little shorts are a cute little add-on to the normal A Channel series and I'd recommend watching them if you want more A Channel or if you wanted to see more of the manga strips made into anime ^^

Story-7: Now, with A Channel, it looks like another one of those cute little slice of life anime series that become really popular, if you like series like Lucky Star or Azumanga, then you're gonna love this series. From what I see, it just follows the lives of four high school girls as they deal with everyday life and find humor in everyday situations. The plot is far from original and tends to be used a lot in these kinds of series but the key is the execution and use of this kind of story and I think that A Channel did a good job
...
at making this story a little more unique.
Art-8: The art style was really good, even though I didn't expect the color scheme to be used in the anime after reading the manga, like I thought that Run would have a lighter shade of blonde for her hair and that Yuuko's eyes would be a darker color then they were, but the scenery was all beautiful and the animation was beautifully done.
Sound-10: I have to give the soundtrack a ten here, in pretty much every episode, there is another insert song sung by the cast, and each one of those songs are adorable and fits well with what is currently going on during that episode, like when Tooru and Run were arguing and Tooru's song came on as they were about to make up, that kind of sound track shows that the right music can really make or break an anime and I highly enjoyed the music for this series.
Character-9: The characters for this series are a little unexpected for series like this, there's Tooru, the short, tsundere character, Run, the blonde ditzy airhead with a kind heart, Nagi, the tsundere megane who seems to be obsessed with her weight and constantly dieting (Which I can relate to), and Yuuko, the school beauty who is completely perfect in everything she does and is a perfect example of the 'Hime' character sub-type. Now all of these characters have their own moments when you just can't help but love them. My personal favorite character of the series is Tooru, especially considering that she is pretty much the only character in the series who has any character development. The anime shows that Tooru is anxious about her friends graduating from high school without her since she is a year younger then the other three and is afraid of loosing them as friends, which anyone can understand. And aside from the main cast are the teachers, who I really found enjoyable, especially the school nurse who seems to have a forehead fetish!
Enjoyment-9: With A Channel, I didn't expect it to be a little more dramatic then Lucky star is, but that just goes to show that despite the genre being essentially the same, that each anime can have their own style. I loved watching every episode, and I'm planning on watching them over again when I have the chance!
Overall-9: I would highly recommend A Channel to anyone who enjoys anime like Lucky Star or Azumanga Daioh, or just enjoys the slice of life genre or seinin manga in general. And this anime actually does have character development when it comes to the first main character, Tooru, it isn't a lot but it's enough to separate this series from being just another one of those 4-koma series that there are a lot of nowadays. I highly enjoyed this series and would really consider giving this series a try if you're a fan of lucky star or slice of life!

Oh wow, I have to admit, I never expected to enjoy this anime so much!
This series' full name is 'Onii-Chan Dakedo Ai Sae Areba Kankeinai Yo Ne!' Oh how is loosely translates in English, 'It Doesn't Matter If He's My Big Brother, As Long As I Love Him, Right?' This anime was adapted from the light novel series of the same name written by Daisuke Suzuki and the artwork was by Gekka Uruu. Now the author has written another light novel series before writing this one which was also made into an anime. “Goshuushou-Sama Ninomiya-Kun” And like this series, that one is also
...
an ecchi harem series but it doesn't have the incestuous love element that this series has. I haven't seen Goshuushou-Sama Ninomiya-Kun but if it's anything like this series then I'm sure I'll enjoy it!
To tell the truth, I've only read the first 3 of the 8 light novels that are out but those are the only ones I could find with an english translation, and even then, I was going to try my hand at reading the original Japanese novels but I couldn't find them anywhere online so I just had to settle for the first three novels to learn from. I've also read the manga adaption but once again, I didn't have much to read since there were only 5 chapters out online.
Now I feel like I have to warn you right now if you want to check out this anime that it's rated 16+ it's got plenty of ecchi moments and there are scenes were characters get completely naked but there's censorship around the really naughty bits. And if you're really close-minded and absolutely hate the idea of an incestuous relationship, then I don't suggest watching this.
Story- The plot for this anime is pretty simple. These incest-related light novel series seem to have plots like this. But even though the plot is pretty simple, that doesn't stop this from being an enjoyable romantic comedy anime. Through the whole anime, nothing much really happens, it's just comedy for comedy's sake with a bunch of fanservice thrown in. But for what it's worth, the plot may be simple but if you're into comedy anime or slice of life anime, or even enjoy a good harem anime series then you're going to enjoy this.
Art- The animation work on this anime was done by Silver Link, they are best known for animating the “Baka To Test' anime, and I have to admit, I really like the way they animated this series. One point that I really liked was that the eyelashes were colored to match the character's hair colors, which I think is a little unrealistic but it does bring a nice bit of depth to the character's eyes and made them really pop to me. I also loved the little bit of shine that they added to the character's skin, even though that's a common trait to find in ecchi anime like this.
Sound- The opening theme for this anime is called “Self-Producer” and it's sung by Minori Chihara, who is the voice of Anastasia Natsuhara. And I just love how much energy is in this song! And considering that there isn't a full English translation here online yet, I'm going to be working on translating it into English the best that I can even though I'm not 100% fluent in Japanese. And the ending theme song is called “Life Ru Is Love Ru” and this is sung by the female cast of the show, the main 4 female characters sing this ending song. And once again, this song is just full of energy and is just addicting to me and I can't get enough of it! The voice cast are all pretty well known in the anime community and they all did a wonderful job with voicing the characters for this anime! I found no faults with them here.
Character- All of the characters in this anime are all vibrant and interesting to say the least, these characters all have their own quirks that make you love them, and I had no issues with any of them, which is rare since I tend to find an issue with every any character I find in an anime like this but not this one and I commend the author for creating such wonderful characters!
Enjoyment- This anime had a lot of good moments, moments that made me go 'aww' or made me laugh, this anime was very enjoyable to me and I was looking forward to each episode. And one of the quirks about the episodes is that we see focus on pretty much every character and no one is left out, which i find rather hard to balance with harem series like this with more then one female lead but this was executed really nicely, the jokes were all funny and the ecchi moments weren't too over the top either. Overall, I enjoyed the anime through and through and didn't get bored at all and was thoroughly entertained!
Overall- I would recommend this anime for anyone who loves the slice of life genre like I do, or anyone who loves comedy or fan service or even ecchi anime like this, but like before if you don't like incest or don't like ecchi and are very close-minded then I wouldn't advise this anime, but if you can get past those little details then you'll find a very funny and enjoyable anime out of OniAi! I would especially recommend this to anyone who loves the romantic comedy genre of anime. I honestly don't see why this anime gets bad reviews, I've seen my share of bad anime before and this one wasn't one of them!
