I saw someone saying that this is the first time they didn't elevate the source material and i couldn't agree more

The only issue with the movie I felt was it was much less intense than the show, mainly because it was short of time, the main reason Haikyuu seasons felt so intense was they stretched a game for around 6-8 episodes and a rare case when it's always good and intensity maintains, now they had around 3-4 episode runtime to do the same, and because of this you see a lot of instances where the set suddenly ended or something went way too fast in ... one take without any drama and that is very un-Haikyuu like and may even disappoint you if you haven't seen enough sports Anime. The match felt like I'm watching 2.43: Seiin High School Boys Volleyball Team, but with Haikyuu characters

Despite that the movie succesfully connects with you emotionally when it's needed and that's what makes it good, definitely worth a watch, just a bit overrated tho

If you weren't disappointed by Spy x Family season 2... this is for you, go for it!

SxF is the peak of mediocrity even in childish shows, this movie is the same. At the beginning Spy x Fam was entertaining because it was a fresh concept, but very much like another show which aired around the same time (Tokyo Buffoons) it refuses to show us anything new as the time progresses and serves us the same thing we've consumed over and over again since the first episode. Has it ever happened to you that you liked a new food item and kept eating it again and ... again and one day you stopped liking it? This is the same experience for me.

This movie aims to provide you mindless entertainment but it's so childish and annoying at times that even the funny situations didn't make me laugh. People are labelling it as family entertainment but my family will tell me to grow up if i watch this with them, it's childish entertainment and mid at that too.

This anime is kinda unique in the different aspects it provides you together, a pinch of romance, a good amount of comedy and a lot of mystery, initially we follow the story of MaoMao and the plot broadens as she meets different people. I like a lot of stuff about this anime, it gets you to laught at times and makes you emotional too (especially the last 2 episodes) but the build up to that is what kind of bored me. The pacing is very slow but suddenly it drops a lot of information that's hard to keep up with. Watching even 4 episodes at ... once will want you to shut your brain and relax for a while. That's why I'll call it a bit overrated

You should definitely watch this if you don't have a problem with pacing issues, it won't disappoint you. But pay attention to each and every detail and try to remember it until the end, some episodes may seem concluded but they will connect later on

As a Naruto fan, my only motivation to watch Boruto was to know more about Otsutsuki(s) and that actually carries this show, whenever this manga picks your interest it's because some Otsutsuki is involved....

Overall I found Boruto the strangest mix of crap and potential gold... This manga suddenly gets interesting for 4-5 chapters and the next thing you see is 10 shitty chapters that won't make any sense... and not to mention some plot points just get forgotten/ignored

[spoiler] In details, first few chapters are shit, then the Momoshiki part makes it a bit interesting, then it's again shit until around chapter 45 when Isshiki gets ... serious, after Isshiki's death it's again shit until chapter 73, but everything after chapter 73 is good, so around 30-35 good chapters [/spoiler]
It's like you lay a layer of shit, cover it with sparkles, then lay another layer of shit, then put some whipped cream on eat, add another layer of shit and then top it off with a cherry.

Final verdict - [b] Read this Manga only if you have no problem diving into mediocrity [/b]

I recently finished Fairy Tail first run this anime, I felt gave alternate good and bad arcs, story is "sometimes may be good sometimes may be shit" but the characters are the biggest highlight. Even during the boring arcs Lucy, Lily, Gajeel and Levy helped me get through but this anime has its faults too, and a good number of them

I'm utterly disappointed by the final battle, the fight of Natsu-Gajeel vs Sting-Rogue or should I say Natsu vs Sting and Rogue has disappointed me to the very code

[spoiler]For god's sake both of them were using dragon force, at least don't let Natsu solo ... them, and then he sends Gajeel somewhere else and forgets all about him, and other members of the guild despite knowing that Gajeel now has motion sickness too just let him be. If Gajeel and Natsu together defeated them it'd be justified but at this point it's all power of feelings... Master Mavis said that there are some things that power alone cannot defeat but Sting and Rogue had people dear to them and they wanted to win for them too, you can't let that pass by, they should have power of feelings too[/spoiler]

This was plain plot armour and that too maxed out. This series did Gajeel dirty, whom I find much cooler than Natsu, and doesn't give justice to Lucy either, no matter what happens Natsu is the one who finishes everything off, they have such a great cast but somehow it's always Natsu in the end. I was gonna give this a solid 7/10 but I've dropped it to 6 now (note that this is just for the first 175 episodes, the first run of the series)

I've seen many people comparing this show to Spy x Family just because the character setup is kinda similar but this show is totally different and in my opinion, better than Spy x Family
This show keeps everything grounded and that's the thing I liked about it the best, the story seems finished here and you'll leave the show happy and satisfied, the ending completely makes sense too
I've seen people hate on Miri saying she's annoying and saying Anya was better and understands her value in the 5he mission, yeah Miri can get annoying at times but Anya is an esper, given that she knows everything ... she still ruins everything, Miri is a child and she's how a 4 year old should be, her role in the show is holding Rei and Kazuki together and she fulfils her role completely
This show is a mix of wholesomeness and emotions at time, each character is really well written and fulfils their role completely in the screentime they get, a solid show

There's one thing this anime is really good with... Cliffhangers that'll hook you up

In the first season Takemitchy was a guy who was mature for his age because he was actually 10 years older but that perspective of the show starts fading away as the story progresses
Takemitchy is basically a moral science teacher trying hard to be a hoodlum

The formula of the show says there is a new way Hinata dies in the future -> Takemitchy comes to past and tries to remove that problem involving the whole squad in the process -> the whole squad is getting their butt kicked -> Draken and Mikey ... come to save the day -> Takemitchy goes to future and find out everything got fucked again

This is was entertaining in the first season but it got repetitive and boring, Chifuyu being the only character in this season who deserves my respect (a bit of Yuzuka too)
also I'm tired of seeing 'invincible Mikey' being invincible, dude he's just a high schooler, that shit is more unbelievable than Tsukasa killing a lion in Dr Stone, even if I let that aside no matter how strong of a guy comes he's done after 1 kick, it gets disappointing everytime

The Anime is pretty nice, we are seeing the same basic romcom plot but with different scenarios and a pretty unique take which works for me
Some characters felt a bit annoying or wasted at first but it eventually gets better as the anime progresses, seeing Misuzu and Carol getting together is one of the best parts in the show
The way they potray things is pretty accurate and funny at times, this anime nails it when it comes to display emotional stuff, it's a total enjoyer romcom action, it's a great one time watch which was made to provide you entertainment and does it's job ... perfectly (and the slapstick comedy here actually makes sense, I'm not a fan of slapstick comedy but this time it's actually pretty fun)
