Fujimoto solidifies his place as my favorite manga artist with 'Goodbye Eri.' The story is a thrilling rollercoaster, and I love how Fujimoto uses unique angles to make it feel like a movie. He doesn't waste time on filler, swiftly moving the plot forward. His characters are real and relatable, showing the complexities of love. The non-linear storytelling, where the plot twists alongside the main character, is brilliant. 'Goodbye Eri' raises important questions about the line between enjoying fiction and using it to escape.
