For anyone that made into gintama S4, thank you for making it this far. Like previous seasons it has the same fun and tone shifts but with much better animation. The scale of the plot reaches greater heights than ever before.
This here is "the point of no return" or the turning point of the whole series. From episode 300, everything that has been built up till now will lead to a huge emotional void on the viewers and the story as a whole.
The first half starts off as a comedy like previous seasons and this is just a good preparation before things shift from 0

Nice and fun but Overrated!
Bocchi The Rock was a nice and fun anime to watch. The characters have a great wholesome relationship as well as a few good anime references. However, I do think that this series is highly overrated by fans. It was funny at first but the comedy gets way too repetitive 5 episodes in. It's just bocchi doing extreme reactions in different environments every episode and somehow it's considered to be wholesome or funny (whining or rolling in the ground). The mc is socially awkward yet she still goes out and makes situations even more awkward for herself and most people call this ...

The series fell off
One piece used to be one of my favorite series during Pre timeskip when it had interesting backstories, character writing and art style which is pretty fitting for the manga. The story itself is decent with intriguing mysteries that come along with it but even that can't save it from goofy characters who ruin it. The quality dipped after timsekip especially in arcs like Wano, fishman island or punk hazard with countless fakeouts deaths, unfunny scenes between characters who scream and cry every chapter for no reason. Not to mention some of the worst character designs in anime. 5/10. |
