Both shows feature a main character that moves to the countryside and follows their lives adjusting to a new setting. Both have quirky random humor and are easy-going slice of lifes. Only difference is in Flying Witch the main character is a witch, whereas in Non Non Biyori there is no magic.

...then you might like High School Fleet add

Both are shows that feature cute loli girls in a navel military setting. Haifuri has the girls in control of navel ships, whereas in Strike Witches the girls pilot propeller-like machines on their legs, use some form of magic, and is more ecchi.

...then you might like Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu add

Both series feature a shut-in NEET being teleported to a fantasy parallel world. Re:Zero is significantly darker and dramatic whereas KonoSuba is essentially all comedy. Though Re: Zero does have some light comedy.
