Well, I will start saying that this anime is actually underrated. Not saying it is a masterpiece, because it's not... but it's definitely getting a lot of hate even though it's actually decent.
I guess it can't be helped. There are soooo many good animes out there about games, or Isekais, that people cannot help but compare, that, and most of people are probably tired of some archetypes and tropes, in this case, an MC with a particular phrase people dislike and justice drive people tend to see as something dumb, just like many people also hated Grancrest Senki's MC.
But, if one were to see
...
the anime as for it what has to offer, I would say it's not such a terrible thing, I actually like it a bunch myself. "Just imagine yourself as part of the story"... this is something recommended mostly when reading books, but if you try to place yourself in a story, perspectives may change.
Particularly, some characters have their reasons to do what they do in this anime, and even though sometimes something may seem simple, it's actually quite amusing if you thought of your own reasons as you place yourself in their situations, or putting it simple, imagining Infinite Dendogram was an actual game and you were about to play it.
But enough rambling. This anime is interesting, not the best of the best, but animation is decent, and story-wise, I consider it pretty interesting, with a pretty nice premise and a lot of potential, and if it is headed the way I thing it is, it will get better yet (if it gets a second season, that is).
I would say, give it a shot! Also, if you try not to expect too much from every anime, you might find that many are actually quite enjoyable :) Sometimes it's also about how high you set your expectations, but tastes also vary so... blah blah blah xD

This is just an Opening Movie for the upcoming game Digimon Survive.
Characters seem to be interesting, with a variety of personalities that you would commonly find in a Slice of Life and School themed animes, but the plot has its nice touch of mystery, making Digimon (as a franchise, maybe?) seem a bit darker in terms of story, for this game, is supposed to be about the hardships of being lost in another world, having to "Survive" and make choices that may imply a high cost.
There is not much about the plot in this ONA, actually.... but I am going to rate
...
the story based on what's known about the game so far. So 10, for now ;)
It was very well made, and the song that was in it is kinda melancholic and touching.
It's not necessarily going to be a Masterpiece, but I am definitely expecting something good! Bandai/NamcoBandai have always taken risks when it comes to making Digimon games, experimienting so that they can find ways to improve them.
As for my enjoyment,.... I love digimon, so I mostly enjoy this kind of stuff to the fullest, even if too much wasn't revelead on the ONA yet (given that I also know more about the game due to other info available on the net) :P
Hopefully, maybe they will make an OVA or an anime about this game.... or not; but one can dream, who knows :P

It seems nobody has actually bothered in making a review.
This, in very few words, is basically an Isekai anime, or that is what it seems to be so far, for the origin of certain characters is yet to be revealed.
This anime is probably among the most underrated this season. I have to admit the story and the art doesn't make it something for everyone to like, though; this anime is very criticized due to its... let's call it non-amazing CGI, after all (This anime uses 3D animation for its characters).
Regarding the story and characters, I am not going to lie, they are kind of
...
odd, but that's what makes this anime interesting to watch, and what makes you eager to watch the next episode to find out how it is going to develop. If I had to describe the story with one word, it would be Original.
So, if you like stories that involve otherworldly contact, and you don't mind "bad" CGI, then give it a shot, you might actually like it.
Note that this anime is not based off a Manga, Game/Visual Novel, or light novel.

Ok, so, I kept myself from watching this before because I thought it seemed boring.... but I was very, very wrong. I decided to watch it last weekend, out of boredom (had nothing better to do); and this, is definitely, one of the best series I have ever watched. It was amazing. At first it may seem like just another silly anime with no good plot at all, but then,it will definitely surprise you. I would also add romance and psychological to genres.
If I had to compare this to another anime, I would say it has some similarities with Re:Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu, but in
...
the real world and not an alternate one, and of course, there is no magic.... Steins;Gate is more sci-fi oriented, as the genres suggests, and it came out first.
The first episode kind of makes no sense, but as the anime goes, every piece is fit in the puzzle. It has a lot frustrating and painful moments, as well as lovely and playful/funny ones. It's really worth a shot.
Don't miss this jewel!
