Shoushimin Series
add

• It's quite hard to find a Mystery show similar to Hyouka specially cuz of its setting but the author's another work thankfully has an adaptation that's quite similar, that being Shoushimin! • Both shows follow similar High School setting where our characters get involved with Interesting Mysteries on a daily basis where Shoushimin is much more laid back & sort of not that complicated cuz the mysteries here are mostly related to day-to-day stuff compared to Hyouka's sort of Supernatural feel even tho there's nothing Otherworldly in it! • Hyouka is more episodic where the Main Protagonist mainly try to solve every case by himself meanwhile Shoushimin is more Character driven cuz both lead characters are heavily involved with each other! • Hyouka is definitely a better written show by a good margin which is what makes it standout from every other Mystery Anime out there but Shoushimin still manages to capture a sort of Brilliance in its Simplicity cuz again it's written by the same person!
