This one gave me old-school anime vibes, and by old-school I don't mean the art, animation or the timeline- "the old-school" here means the anime story is very simple and straight. The opening song of the anime is great I highly recommend listening to that.
It's a straight line simple story of those old animes (like -beyblade, pokemon) that we used to watch , almost as if the story is very predictable. But that does not necessarily mean it's not good. As he and the mecha arm both are unaware of what they are capable of they are just going with the flow; saving anyone they see in danger and being friendly with everyone.
This anime is neither overpowered nor strategic. There is no ulterior motive to learn here by watching this anime, only if you feel like getting back into old-plain anime stories can give it a watch or just leave it - you can decide that by watching the 2018 version of the anime. In 2018 the anime released a 25 minute duration advertisement episode, the same story they showed in episode 3 in this 2024 TV release; or you can use the anime's first 3 episode rule. After watching first 3 episodes you decide whether you want to watch it or not.

I will keep it short and on point so give this a read.__
This is one of the new kind of harem that I am seeing, where the MC is not strong physically rather strong mentally.
Mysterious power comes to MC everyone thinking he will be super strong but this power attracts bad girls thus you have the title "Rokudou's bad girls". The bad girls in this anime are crazy for the MC some also lusts after him, wanting to get a piece of him.
In other harems MC protects the girls but in this one MC gets protected. So ofcourse a lot of you guys would dislike

the idea or call it trash but he also protects the girls in his own way as a crybaby hero. And a lot of anime nowadays are filled with crybaby heros like- Demon slayer, Hero academia, Tokyo revengers etc. The OG anime heros are not there anymore so no complain on that one.
At first I was also against this anime but when I tried, this is not bad but rather has a good flow. For the typical Harem lovers ofcourse you can enjoy this anime as you progress each episode and I am talking about harem lovers not "ecchi". Some may find it boring at the beginning. If you don't want to get bored skip the first few episodes start from ep 4/5 but I suggest you rather not to.
And let me tell you something, this anime stays a harem until the very end even in the manga (Technically Not a general spoiler). So no problem with choosing or clash between waifu teams, though I know it won’t happen.
Overall I liked the ending of this anime so it's a 7. I will also be looking forward to Season 2 if it comes.

Ok so after all these years of this anime I doubt that anyone is in need of a review for this, most of them already saw it. For the new weebs who just started, I doubt they will be looking at mal's review as there is youtube reviews and many senpai weebs out there like us.
So I am just writing this as a reminder to myself "Why do I like this anime and what I dislike about it "
And if this helps anyone out there then I will be glad.

I rewatched this anime for 3 times now, even remember the 1st

time I watched it had goosebumps and chill I couldn't forget for weeks. The reason why this anime is good because
>Awsome animation
>Perfect character design
>perfect and high rural bg (back ground)
that goes with the story
>Mesmerising story that soothens one's mind
>Completing each route so that no one feels alone*
>Having the combination of a true character development
>Connecting every character / emphasizing with each other
>Unbelievable Back ground music, great OP (opening theme song) and ED (ending theme) too.
I mostly watched it all those times because of its perfect music combination which goes with the anime, it was truly magnificent. Also completing each of the female protagonists story separately is another charm of this. Considering they don't make the MC complete them all differently in any other anime. Not talking about harems because it gets all of them females at once. I am talking about separately. I only know one other anime where the MC had multiple endings (Anime: Bokuben) but that also happened in the manga no anime release till this day (will wait for it).
So this kind of anime "Yosuga no sora" is once in a lifetime anime.
[What do I dislike about it?]
> First of all I still cannot make myself like the last two episodes of this anime. Incest is not good, maybe some of you like it but thats not true for a normal guy with sisters. Sisters can be scary sometimes.
> The difference between the manga and the anime was also the part of it. At the ending part, the story of anime and manga separates. Although anime ending is far better but still not satisfying.
> They made the anime short to complete the story whereas more could've been shown to make a perfect sense.
> They left two of the girls story unchecked in the anime. Kozue and Yahiro. Even if it didn't make much sense but they did give the maid Motoka Nogisaka a fair ending.
Lastly I am saying this Again, "this is a once in a lifetime anime " despite all those demerits. Which most probably won't be made Again. You can find variants of other animes to compare with each other but this kind is not coming back. And that is which saddens me the most.
I am giving it an 8 out of 10 only because of it's last two episodes and an improper ending which could've been better. Without these two it would've been a charm.

This one is another isekai reincarnation with OP main character. We had the mage in mushoku tensei, the Supreme overlord, the slime and also a summoner in recent 2022 release black summoner (if you didn't saw that give it a watch) but this time it's beast tamer in this anime. The MC yuji is rather quite and likes low profile

leveling up, plot twists then this is not that kind of anime. The story is plain. You can be disappointed.
But if you just want to see an overnight anime with some over powered action then l believe this is an anime you can finish in 4/5 hours. It can help with taking a break from your long time series. And good news is there is no emotional story or sadness in the anime. It's a little similar to 'reincarnated as a slime' anime but not entirely. Try some episodes first then decide want to finish it or not.......

What is so interesting about this anime? The answer is the MC, no the MC is not really OP compared to the general OP characters he is still rising his level and not like he can beat eveyone alone. Tactical MC, takes good decisions, has a little dark mind too.. little fast compared to other animes. As sometimes some anime becomes a little boring when they slow the process and the story gets stuck in a plot hole,,, it is not one of those.
The only part l didn't like that it used CGI in some of the scenes but avoiding this and there are no major problems.
And lastly If you like classroom of the elite, battle game in 5 sec, standing on a million lives then you will like this one too.
