Both feature an adult or near-adult that gets transformed into a small child if that is your cup of tea, and involve various pitfalls and struggles in trying to adapt to a smaller body, including hiding their identity in some parts and pretending to be a younger relative to themselves. The two series have this element in common but completely different tones. Detective Conan takes on a more action/mystery oriented atmosphere with many comedic highlights while Asatte no Houkou is relaxed and melancholic, mixing emotional drama with warm, happy moments

Both involve a main character who knows through supernatural means that a popular person has an extreme crush on them, and has to make sure they don't know that they know. Both are romcoms with one person who has a supernatural ability in an everyday school setting. In Suki x Suki, the crusher has an ability while in Telepathy, it's the crush.

In general terms, both are very similar in that they are gender bender, supernatural mysteries with bits of romance and comedy on the sides about a group of five normal high school students who without explanation experience supernatural phenomena causes some of them to find themselves in girls' bodies. All five are main characters but it seems to focus on one more than others, who happens to be the most generic of the lot. As the phenomenon continues, each character reveals things about their family or past Speaking more specifically, Maki and Inaba are very similar. They are isolated at first and deal with their problems caused by the phenomena alone until the others reach out to them. Even then they continue to be a bit far from the other characters but are open to them about their problem.

Both fantasy comedies that take place in a wold uncannily similar to an RPG game, with stats, quests, etc. Both have a main character who starts out adventuring at really low levels, with a "Goddess" who is even less useful than the average human being, but is necessary for certain parts of the adventure. The Mc then is joined by multiple other females who are almost as useless and wacky as the Goddess, and has a good likelihood of getting a harem of useless women.
