I want to love this because its so good but the cut content is too much and the russian accent is cringed at best.

Roshidere story centers on Masachika whose overdosed by Russian movie thanks to Grandad. Because of it he is able to speak Russian (conversationally) met a Russian girl in a park, played with her and promise to marry in the future (cmiiw, kind of forgot this part). Fast forward later, Now A Lazy Masachika, a chronic otaku sat beside a Vladivostok's transfer student named Alisa, or Alya. she is, prickly at best. but she becomes becomes dere when speaking Russian, unbeknownst to ... her that Masachika speak fluent Russian as well.

Read the novel until 6th volume now, its your typical romcom, dumb romcom because MC pretend to be dumb all the time. The comedy is there but tend to gets old really fast. Yuki best girl, a devil incarnate in a face of an angel.

The main problem on this anime adaptations, too many cut contents that actually the best part of the scene. Hence why i kind of mixed feeling because going forward there are more risque scenes that maybe will be cut as well. EP 2 40% of the content has been cut, which is one of the scene that i decided to continue the novel.

I know that Sumippe said the russian accent supposed to be heard cute, instead of "being russian". its kinda okay? but at the same time as someone that met russian all the time on my CS queue seems bizarre a bit. I dont mind but it is what it is. EP 3 kinda cringe ngl.

BUT the eng dub's russian is spot on. love it. i love that they dub it apple to apple without changing bullshit like maid dragon, Its nice when you hear Japanese and English they sound about the same. Also EP 2 ENG dub Yuki is the best. props to the scriptwriter and the voice actress who really nail the "real Yuki"

Unnamed Memory is one of many anime that i hyped up because i read the novel and fell in love with the characterizations. BUT the adaptations were marred with sub par animations and half assed adaptations. BUT Tanezaki Atsumi as Tinaasha performance is one of her best.

Basically Unnamed Memory is about Oskar who wants to know how to get rid his curse. He challenged the Azure Moon Witch tower to talk to her about it. Surprisingly the Witch is an attractive young woman in her mid 20's, named Tinaasha (although she lived for thousands of year). Oskar later proposed on the spot because she ... can fix the curse, and very attractive woman. Although Tinaasha vehemently rejected the idea but she agrees to become his protector for one year while searching how to remove the curse.

BGM, couldnt careless because none of them is worth mentioning
Fight scene were horrible, jagged animations and clearly made in 2004, event Full Metal Panic has better fight scene

The chemistry between Oskar and Tinaasha is very much like me and my SO's relationship. We discussed something serious, i quipped something stupid and we become dumb together. Tanezaki Atsumi as Tinaasha undoubtedly one of her best role because she can change that quickly from serious tone, to dumb tone, back again to serious tone.

Hard for me to recommend this because at one hand, the relationship between Oskar and Tinaasha is dumb cute, but the rest is meh at best.
if you have access to the novel, might as well read it. if not then watch the anime because they literally skim the whole arc in one season

To begin with, this movie is a very much must watch movie that you could watch with your mom because mom is the greatest gift that you have in this world, even though it's not your real mom.

Sayonara no Asa ni Yakusoku no Hana wo Kazarou or Maquia: When The Promised Flower Bloom is a story about Marquia struggles as a mom. Marquia, an orphan came from long-lived clan that secluded from humans and one day, Mezarte Kingdom demands destruction of the clan and the women to be married to the crown prince, they came and destroy Maquia's home and at that time she ... managed to get away, she picked up human's child from deceased mother, and raised the child without knowing how to be a mother in the first place, This movie emphasized how Maquia's struggle as a mum raising a child which have different lifespans.

To begin with, I know this movie will be tearjerkers one, but I never thought that it managed to bring me down to tears because of this movie is very beautiful and lonely at the same time. every moment between Maquia and Ariel are captured beautifully because you can feel it, how Marquia tries hard to be a good mom which she's even doesn't have one, and Ariel that struggles with another human, because he's getting older but her mom still the same, and people talks because his mom is weird, rebellious stage which gives Marquia a headache and how he has grown up in the future. What I don't really like is the unnecessary love drama and politics which kinda meh for me, but overall I love how it rolls, and the best part of it how it ends.

For you who likes a heartwarming and atmospheric theme. this movie is a "must watch" because of how it's presented, how the director able to vividly brought us into Marquia world and the loneliness vibe that lingers at the end of the movie.

Its very good to watch with your mom, and i think you can value your mom even more after watching this.

To be very honest I didn't expect anything watching this anime and this brings a lot of surprises.

I want to eat your pancreas is your ordinary sad story that one boy met someone that he can't fall in love to because she's sick, like pancreatic cancer sick. He's a permavirgin type which the girl made the first move and they both decided to fulfill the girl's last days on earth with great activities.

well its a sad story for a start, I've read the manga and watched the live action adaptation movie and I swore to god that I have much preferred the live action ... movie because it has something to achieve for, with this anime movie, it doesn't achieve anything and it gives you that empty feeling after you leave the theatre. But as a person that loves seiyuu acting so much, i don't expect much from Lynn because, for me, she's not big names such as Kana Hanazawa or Ayane Sakura, But Lynn absolutely nails it and i every second her voice in this movie. She is amazing in every way and i expect that she will get many roles in 2019. on the other hand, the boy.. is uberly disappointing. well i know the boy it's like "energy saving " kind of guy, but this guy went effortlessly and it all contrasted with Lynn performances. The music is really nice, i love sumika and i love how they can fit into this "hard to fit" music conditions, its available on Apple music jp so you dont have to buy if you already subscribed.

This is good, but not that good. i mean like, oh okay this is a sad story but its that story which force you to cry and i dont like this kind of "sad story", i prefer more subtle like "Your Name" or "A Silent Voices". but it surely has good voice acting

i Might've been biased so much but Macross Delta" Gekijou no Walkure not a good movie to start Macross delta, but a movie to see because you miss the series and you want to listen to new walkure songs.

The thing is I've been following Macross series since the first one, and this movie really not up to the Macross standard by plot point of view. the director was lazy enough so they recreated the recap movie for Macross delta series. completely different with past Macross movie like "SDF Macross: Do You Remember Love" which takes the different take compared with its series and both ... of Macross F movie which totally revamped the whole ending which makes things so much better because its a new kind of thrill you got different when you finished the series.

The animation is a bit meh for the movie, still acceptable for TV series though. But the 3D amazed me so much because the inconsistency they got in this movie. some part like "Change!!!" 3D really blew me away because how good they direct the whole thing and the other like final battle, 3Ds looks like a cheap scene and totally unacceptable.

IM SUPER BIASED IN THIS SECTION, but the soundtrack for the whole movie is really good. I love every single second watching it. there are 4 new songs added here including Walkure ga Tomaranai, Walkure ga Uragiranai, Change!!! (the best part of the movie) and Dancing in the Moonlight. Also, they included the past Walkure songs that you could enjoy because at the current stage, Walkure sitting on the number 3 best Macross singer my version (first is Fire Bomber, second Sheryl Nome, Fourth Lin Minmei and the last is Ranka Lee)

its sucks, i know... but like Mamma Mia movie, you can watch the movie without disturbed that much with the plot and focused more onto the songs which I pretty much sing along every song (yep i pretty much memorized a lot of walkure songs)

Flavor of Youth, A box full of happiness wrapped in 1 hour with 3 different segments

This Spoiler Contains No spoilers,

Shikishiori/si shi qi chun / Flavor of Youth is like a bowl of "chicken soup" contains a lot of spices which makes it spicy and full of surprises. Shikishiori is a movie with 3 short stories in it, we do hope the short stories connect each other but sadly comix had a different plan for this one. In order to explain it in details, i've breaked down the story into 3 paragraphs.

The first story tells us about a story of a young man with all his ... life eating a Chinese Ramen for breakfast. What I love about this story is how you can tell someone life with a single ramen, how he eats the ramen every morning with his grandma during his childhood, how he found his first love through the ramen and how ramen at that time very much different from when he was a kid. The exposition director approached in this section is absolutely beautiful and of course, it brought me down to tears. The background music was much much much much awesome and struck me to the bone because of it synchronizes well with the animation.

The second story tells us a story about a successful model with her dilemmas which is from a newcomer competitor which she's aware and her 'strained' relationship with her sister. the story is composed well enough because how you build up that "dilemmas" and how it reached the peak, but sadly it lacks on the conclusion part of the story and a bit bland if I might say so. The BGM absolutely beautiful with strings and piano that can build the scene very well in this story.

The last part of this movie and my favorite part is a story about 2 childhood friends, sharing cassette as a method of conversation (considering at that time they don't have LINE chat it actually a good method communicating to each other), then things got complicated realizing they both in love. The last part of this movie totally has that "5 cm per Seconds" vibe, because it's about how you develop feelings for your friend and how it went bad and all sudden you realized that you actually messed up and it's too late to fix it because you all grown up. I am very much adored this story, how it reached the climax and how it concludes. The only bad part of this segment is how you fit a 1-hour movie into 30 mins and I think that a lot of details were skipped and the story feels like "jumped", other than that all good

The Music is the best part of this movie because it takes you to every scene very well. With a combination of Strings and piano, it surely has that "Garden of Words" vibe. unfortunately, the sound director made poor mistakes by some part of conversations feels bland and not suited or should be retaken. also, Vickeblanka really up to that standard set by Radwimps, Motohira Hata, and Yamazaki Masayoshi by delivering the same vibe for ending song. Its a bit play safe, but I think still acceptable and very much enjoyable.

Overall, its very much warm your soul by watching this movie. already a bit bland in the mid, but still a good movie you can get in 2018. 8/10

A Place further than the sky, A mediocre coming age series that overwhelmed by the seiyuu list.

(i don't know about my literal translation but I hope this works as well)

first of all for those who seeking the cute girls doing cute things, well this series could be qualified to that qualification because from all 4 episodes that I watched there are none meaningful or memorable moments in this series, It started off with some girl thinks that "oh I want to do something great before I become adult but I always give up half-way and I wanted to do something for real now", met ... some girl that wanted to be part of an expedition to the North Pole because her mother was missing there and she wants to find her. Everybody in the school finds her super weird because she was blabbering that she wanted to go to the north pole and all sudden the other girl said that she wanted to be part of it. so both of them embark a journey to the north pole (although there are more girls coming).

For the record, as this series aired, Madhouse also released second season of Overlord which shares same lacking part, quality checking for animation because there are a bunch frame that I found very much rough or they purposely made it that way to skip steps and save money because they also release another series in this season. The other things that have been lacking are the pace of this anime which I felt is too fast for a slow paced theme like this. The composition of this series is good and the connection each character to another is very dynamic and I love to see a great characterization like this.

The Seiyuu list are no doubt filled with S and A class rated seiyuu such as Kana Hanazawa, Iguchi Yuuka, Inori Minase and my personal favourite, Hayami Saori. Kana Hanazawa proved herself as an A Rated Seiyuu in this series because she has been absolutely amazing throughout the series. The Minor roles for this series also filled with an A class rated seiyuu such as Lynn, Ohara Sayaka, Kanemoto Hisako Hikasa Yoko and Others (yes I am very much seiyuu fags thank you very much).

A Place Further than the skies are undoubtedly a good anime, but not a memorable one. by the time this review was made it was running for 4 episodes, so I am very much hoping this series could surpass my expectation

Sword art Online Movie Ordinal Scale, Good but not good enough as a movie

SAO Ordinal Scale is set after Mother Rosario and before Project Alicazation timeline. It began with there are new technology called Ogma which is an integrated AR (Augmented Reality) getting popular among society. Ogma very much useful in many ways such as Weather forecast, Messaging application, Idol called Yuna and game called Ordinal Scale. Kirito and the ganks are playing Ordinal Scale facing the boss that appeared before on SAO. Strangely, People that played SAO before being hurt while playing OS, then lose their memory during the SAO time. what is ... going on with this new game?

Sword Art Online never satisfies because their shallow storyline. in this SAO ; OS movie, the plot is very much clear and easy to read. the most boring part is the build up of the story to the climax is so slow. From the climax, we see many fights and cool moves by Kirito, then again reki kawahara decided to make Kirito is super Over Powered character. sometimes this movie put some kind of joke inbetween the scenes, i like those kind of things. the other focus in this movie is romance between Asuna and Kirito. i really like this things inside the movie where kirito decides to give anything to save Asuna, and while asuna on her lowest peak, she decided to help Kirito. Reki never fails on this one.

The Art is the most disappointing part from this movie. Although having a superb 3DCG, still can't properly use a regular animation correctly. if its on TV series prolly im gonna said that its enough, Movie takes another level and clearly SAO cant reach that level. some art just only rescale from the TV animation scenes which makes it stretched so bad on theater. 3DCG is really appealing in this movie. Fight scene takes your breath away and i love how the storyboard works on the last boss fight.

The Music is really good, Insert music are really good during fights, BGM also fits with the movie. LiSA ending song are good enough for this songs. The seiyuu act really takes my breath away. Matsuoka, Tomatsu and Sawashiro really going allout for this movie.

Enjoyment in this movie is mostly because the hype, but SAO Fags would love to see this movie and their waifus on the big screen. for me, this movie is slightly upgrade from 2 season Tv series but nothing special came out from this movie. The VA act really good especially Matsuoka really going all out and give us a new insight of Kirito in desperate mode and how Asuna really transform into a fine woman in this movie.

Asuna Still best girl for SAO, but i still cant find myself liking this series,

Love Live : Another idol anime

fyi: i am idolmaster fan reviewing Love Live series.. i'm just saying what i feel about this series

Love live, mainly about girls in school that in danger of closing because of no one interested be applied in that school, desperately become an idol to save their school from closing. well to this point there are many promising things from this series. but turns out, as i expected this is pretty much over rated. idol is not only singing and dancing, but this series interpreted such way so kinda bit disappointed. if you expected idol activity such as doing ... CM, Radio Show, TV Shows or even my favorite. Weather news , you'll be disappointed. All you can see was the girl creating clubs and train together. but for "idol", like i said, it was waste of good promising plot. one point that i like to point out is this series uses many "not needed" slow motion, which i also complained about this on Batman VS Superman.
Story : 7/10

Love Live art is somewhat good , even better than A-1 making Idolmaster, although my biggest disappointment is using 3DCG on the stage. like its utterly pointless to do so because it looks like a cheap MMD that you can see on youtube. The CharaDesign each character are superbly done. especially Maki and Umi. the background also wellmade so its fun to see each episode with good background. other than using 3DCG on live, i'm happy for the art

Love live Opening is somewhat better than Wake up girls! but neck to neck with Idolmaster. its "genki" ! its "fun" ! no complains on the Opening music. the Insert music somewhat theres 3-4 songs that bit boring-ish... but 3-4 songs is quite an amount for idol songs. because mainly idol song are for "genki" up yourself! the ending song are best song in this series, i like it so much.. had gone to iTunes buying this one song because it is superb! BGM are good and very much "same wavelength" with the animation. so no problem with me.

to be fair, Love Live is a decent idol series with huge potential, but lack of depth and kinda boring-ish. they should expand more onto other idols works such as CM, Radio, TV shows. The most surprising moment is, i realized the idol club that dont have any producer. they should have one though... as long it fulfills, Love Live can become a better series and a real idol club that doing idol works
