Started the anime season 1 and continued the manga after it. The story develops amazingly afterwards until the Hawaii arc and then has been plain boring as if on a stand still. Before the Hawaii arc, it had good character development (not saying that the MC is good). It it is just a drag. The MC still worships her like a pathetic simp (though he becomes a better man than he was earlier) and the main girl just watches everything with a dull look without enthusiasm. It used to be very good. You might like the story initially because it follows through not disappointing you.
