Despite knowing this manga was axed and has been axed for the past 9 years, I still decided to read it and it definitely was just as depressing and heartwrenching as people say it is, but I can definitely say that I do not regret reading it. For a manga that tends to repeat the same twist repeatedly, it does not fail to hurt you every time it happens. You know it will happen, you know she will disappear, yet it still hurts every time it happens because you hope that something different will happen this time. Though the ending left us with more questions

I have never been so sucked into a manga so quickly in one chapter. First off, the art is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Action is so greatly represented in this manga. Scenes, where characters are running really, make them seem like they're running incredibly fast. Other scenes where characters are hit feels like an actual force is being transferred throughout their body. Character poses look so unique, especially to monster designs. Who knew having big teeth would look so cool? Perspective is also played really well in the manga. It can truly make the setting feel either too large or cramped sometimes.

To be honest, I decided to read this cause I saw a pretty girl on the cover. Thinking this was one of Shuzo Oshimi's works, I thought ahead that it would try to make me feel weird and disturbed while reading it. And now that I have caught up on the few chapters, I would say that I enjoyed it, while also proving that statement true. As far as I know, transgenders aren't exactly that represented in anime other than cross-dressing or gender-bending. I dunno about these other reviews but I read it, thought that what if that is what also happens in real life then I ended up finishing it in a day. It's pretty good. My standards aren't really that high and I wouldn't really call it a waste of time. I'd say characters that are perverted and stuff that are taboo usually end up being a really interesting character in my eyes. BRO HOW LONG MUST THIS REVIEW BE. I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT IT'S OK.
