The first season of this anime was average for me, but for the isekai category, it was decent. However, this season completely went off the rails, and since I’ve been rating each season separately for some time now, without considering the previous ones, I won’t hesitate to give this season a 3/10. The new characters, lacking any personality of their own, ruined the enjoyment of watching, which led me to skiping through every episode except for episode 11 I doubt I’ll touch the next season, even though I generally like isekai. The main character in the first season also annoyed me with their lack ... of character, but at least that could be somewhat explained by their backstory. Overall, this anime lacks any charismatic personalities, even on the “villains’” side. The whole thing has turned into a typical k-drama.

Anime stands out starting from the fights, which are brilliantly portrayed, with opponents using all possible resources to defeat the main character. There's no sugarcoating here, unlike most anime where a yakuza member is reduced to a cute pet without own personality. Thankfully, we get something different here, starting with Kirishima, who treats Yoshino from the beginning like a pet that amuses him because she offers him something new and exciting, giving him emotions. There's no true great love here; the fact that the main character says he loves Yoshino shouldn't be taken seriously.I'm not saying I support these behaviors, but since this is a ... different type of romance from most, I appreciate this unconventional approach. We have a psychopath who was broken from the start, and as for Yoshino, it's exactly the same she manipulates the main character effortlessly. I don't see any deep love here it feels more like a relationship between a sociopath and a psychopath. By definition, a normal person wouldn't be able to function with him.In general, all the characters fit the atmosphere of the anime and are well-thought out, which can be appealing. The only downside is that there's too little of Shoma. If someone is disgusted by the toxic relationship in this anime but is fine with "Dandan" or "Alya" (romance) with its questionable sibling dynamics and cringe-worthy ecchi moments every episode, it's a bit odd. Either we treat anime as complete fiction, or anime like Mushoku Tensei with pedomc should have been canceled a long time ago.

I recently went back to this anime, and honestly, I’m not surprised it’s rated as the best on MAL. For people 20+ who can focus on something for longer than 5 seconds, it’s a beautiful journey with a few characters, each having their own story. Every episode is enjoyable, and the relationship between Stark and Fern is quite unique for the anime world. The magical world is presented perfectly, allowing the viewer to understand what’s happening and come up with their own reflections. The animation is great, the conversations are incredibly engaging, and it’s probably the last of the newer anime that can be said ... to have a “soul.” 10/10.

Definitely one of my top 3 favorite anime this season. You can tell that the creators had a solid idea for the plot, and especially for the characters. The main protagonist stands out with a strong personality and a consistent focus on his goal, though his psychopathic tendencies, such as gouging out a father's eye in front of the girl or treating people as tools, definitely make him a psycho. However, as long as there aren't any delusional defenders of the main character, resembling Griffith's defenders from Berserk, everything should be fine. The transformation of characters like Leon and Koga is also worth noting, as ... well as the interesting personalities on the opposing side, like Barzini, who has his own unique "aura." There aren't many good anime with such a well developed world. I wait for next season 9/10

One of the definite positives of this anime is the opening and the final episode, which was definitely more enjoyable than the rest. The lone wolf concept, of course, completely went out the window, but it would probably have bothered me more if it were a serious anime without the 'comedy' tag. As for the negatives, it's a typical isekai where the main character progresses very quickly, and around him, there are a bunch of silly girls who expect to get everything for free. In the end, they exploited Haruka and the group of nerds to the fullest, so they're not that stupid, but I ... think most people were irritated by their attitude. Since I recently came across the worst anime I've ever watched, after watching so many series, I can calmly give this anime a 6/10

To summarize the two seasons, I absolutely love the character of Vanitas because his quirks and lack of trust have meaningful reasons behind them, which is rare in vampire-themed anime. The plot and characters are very good and keep the viewer engaged. Almost every supporting character has their own interesting backstory and reasons for their behavior. The only other vampire anime as good as this is Seraph of the End, which is also really good. It's a shame that the third season won't be out until 2026. The final battle with Noé was excellently portrayed, as well as the 'sensei' who seems like a real ... bastard in the universe. Then there's Chloe's story, which had a terrible past but a satisfying ending, and it really tugs at the heartstrings. Personally, for me, it's a 10/10. (By the way, I’ve been shipping Jeanne and Vanitas since the beginning.)

From Sakura's character, you can conclude that all it takes is the right environment to be accepted, but I don’t like populism, and for me, this anime was supposed to be a good production when it comes to the fights, yet they are presented more like a love story between the fighting heroes, and they seem to force in a deeper meaning that isn’t really there. Like with the little guy, where they could have at least given him a twisted childhood to explain his behavior, but instead, they added some silly reason. Still, after what I wrote, I believe it's a good anime visually, ... but I expected much more from it, and because of that, I'm disappointed. However, objectively, the anime deserves an 8/10. By the way, the final episode was quite good.

Throughout the first part and all of Shippuden, I had to endure the stupid MC and disgusting personality Sakura, which is definitely a downside. But I started watching Naruto as a kid, so it would have been a shame not to check it out. I mostly watched it for characters like Kakashi, Madara, and Sai, because these characters are really interesting, use their brains, and have something to convey, unlike the two mentioned characters. Generally, the world and story are interesting. If Naruto came out now, I wouldn't watch it because of too many useless episodes, but I watched it because of nostalgia. 9/10, and ... of course, because of Madara, who remains one of the best "villains" in anime.I put the word 'villain' in quotation marks because his goal is the dream of every mature person a dystopia where people would be much happier than in the presented world

An incredible anime, similar to Clannad in terms of atmosphereI absolutely love productions like this. I cried during Clannad: After Story, and here a tear fell as well, three times across three different episodes. Other productions like Plastic Memories or Your Lie in April don’t really move me, but anime like this always hit the mark for me. It’s a sweet, comedic story and at the same time a perfect drama. The slow build-up of the atmosphere as Makoto grew weaker and sought Yuuichi’s attention more and more hit hard, especially the final scene. Sayuri’s story was also amazing yet incredibly sad, while Mai’s backstory ... was fairly predictable. The romantic arc with Ayu and her unexpected fall from the tree was powerful, as was the later revelation that Ayu’s entire existence was actually an illusion created by Yuuichi, who couldn’t cope with her loss. The sudden accident involving Nayuki’s mother was also surprising, though thankfully she wasn’t hurt in the end. I adore anime like this, which require a certain level of empathy to truly understand. At least the ending didn’t traumatize us, which is a relief. I’ll probably remember this anime for a very long time, just like Clannad. The best series are the ones that stay with you for years.Personally, I can’t bring myself to watch any alternate versions of this. This anime definitely surpassed Akame ga Kill in terms of emotional impact, and whether it’s better than Clannad is hard to say—for me, both are a solid 10/10. It was absolutely worth watching."

Another incredible story production by Jun Maeda. For me, it’s on the same level as Angel Beats. The meaning in dreams and memories is more apparent here than in Kanon and especially in Clannad, where people mostly overlook those dreams as if they have no significance in the overall context of the characters. Yet, it’s precisely those dreams that give the entire story meaning for the viewer. I love complex narratives with hidden meanings, so Clannad is better for me. However, Air still stands out compared to most anime, starting with Yukito. Initially, he annoyed me, but over time he won me over, primarily through ... his dedication to Misuzu and understanding of her situation. Michiru, as a symbol of Minagi’s loss of her mother, hits incredibly hard. The motif of Kanna’s memories is brilliantly portrayed, starting from around episode 7, as it was initially difficult to understand their purpose. Misuzu’s story and the pain she silently endures are deeply moving. In her case, death represents liberation from her suffering, which I also really appreciated. The ending intrigued me. I looked into some theories, and apparently, it signifies the reincarnation of Yukito and Misuzu. However, I think it’s more likely a reincarnation of Kanna and Ryuuya.
