Roughly 200 pages of misery porn with no greater value beyond that.
The story, while not incomprehensible offers so little for the reader to extract from it that there really isn't any reason to read it at all past the initial shock value. No excellent characterization, incredible art, or thematic depth to be found anywhere within the work give little artistic merit to it's existence and as such I can hardly recommend it to anyone looking to read it for anything save the aforementioned shock value.

The only thing keeping this from receiving a 1 is that it is not artistically broken.

This is going to be tough to beat for the position of worst manga I've ever read. What rollercoaster of trash this manga is, and it only gets worse as it goes. We start with 8 chapters of cringe tier ecchi romcom slice of life story telling, which wouldn't have gotten this manga close to being the worst I've ever read if it had only remained that, but then we reach the infamous decimal chapters as they are known, and let's be honest, these chapters are the only reason most people ever discovered this manga, myself included. Here we are treated to a mini ... arc of the main girl wandering around school without her panties because funny I guess. This isn't quite where the manga jumps the shark, while a little different from the previous chapters it still maintains a lighthearted and comedic tone; by the end of the mini arc which painfully overstays its welcome we finally reach the point where the manga doesn't simply jump the shark, it grabs it and judo throw it into the sun.

For some reason beyond my understanding the mangaka decided that his ecchi slice of life romcom needed a several chapter long rape flashback scene and so that is what he put in, it might be the most tonally jarring and narratively incomprehensible story beat I've had the misfortune of bearing witness to. After it's over we get an incredibly anti climactic ending this gives zero closure to anything save the love triangle introduced right there in those very chapters, the main characters relationships remain as they have been since chapter 1 and you, the reader, realize that you wasted time reading this manga that you will never get back.
