Shiori wo Sagasu Page-tachi is a relatively short manga with 10 chapters spread across 2 volumes. It tells the story of how Chitose Tsujikura falls in love with Touka Satsuki while visiting a library. Early in the manga, it is revealed that Touka is hiding something from Chitose, so it makes us (the readers) tense because we don't know what she's hiding or how it will affect Chitose and Touka's relationship. However, we find out that the secret Touka is hiding is that Touka died in the summer, and her younger sister Ayaka has been pretending to be her by dressing up ... as her, talking like her, and liking the things Touka did (e.g., books and Chitose).

However, after the secret is revealed we can see Ayaka starting to come to terms with her sister's death, as well as learning to be herself again around people. What makes the sisters different is their behaviour, Touka was soft-spoken and loved books, whereas Ayaka can be blunt and isn't too fond of reading but she does so she can talk to Chitose. But, what makes the sisters similar to each other is their love for Chitose. Towards the end of the last chapter, there is a time skip and we get to see how Ayaka and Chitose have changed and grown, and how their relationship is more authentic compared to when they were teenagers.

- The storyline progressed fast, but that's to be expected in a short manga

So I was looking through the "Summer Stack Challenges" and saw Dive!!, I like diving sports so I took a shot at this anime. It's missing everything that the other sports animes have, for example, there's a lack of energy and adrenaline that the characters give off making them forgettable and a bit boring. Additionally, there's a lack of information about the diving techniques, scoring, and difficulty levels. Furthermore, in other sports animes, there is competition and we get to see the teams progress in order to beat the other teams, in Dive!! there are hardly any competitors shown; it makes us ... (the audience) question what pushes these characters to improve and train harder.

Additionally, there are moments in the anime that build tension, however we don't get to see anything come out of those scenes. The characters hardly develop, and we don't get the chance to see them push or challenge themselves to overcome these hardships.

Boku no Hero Academia is a long manga with [430] chapters across [42] volumes. It focuses on Izuku Midoriya (aka Deku) and his friends as they learn and train to become heroes. I'm happy that BNHA has come to an end, it's been enjoyable to read and has produced amazing characters with unique designs and stories. However, some of the arcs have felt drawn out and I have struggled to keep up with the manga at certain times, especially for the last "Final War Arc" spanning chapters 343 to 424.

Overall, I enjoyed this series but I am happy that it's ... ending. I loved the characters and their designs - and it was fun reading fan theories about the characters.

ACCA: 13-ku Kansatsu-ka / ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Department

I loved watching the anime, so I thought "Why not read the manga?" and so I did. I love it. The characters are interesting and likeable, their designs are unique and I haven't seen other anime/manga replicate it. The world-building was done in an engaging way as was the storyline. As the story progresses, it gets more intriguing and finding small details that get brought up later on is fun. It's also a quick read, I read it in just over 10 days.

If you enjoy mysteries and drama, you will probably enjoy reading ... ACCA. It's a simple story that follows the main character Jean Otus and his inspections of the 13 districts.

Many people have been waiting for season 2 to be released, and I have been one of them; this part of the manga got me hooked on Jujutsu Kaisen. Season 2 focuses on Gojos Past arc (manga chapters 65-79) and the Shibuya Incident arc (manga chapters (79-136). Without giving away too many details, I can say that the anime closely follows the manga and a few additional scenes are thrown in. I loved the character introductions this season and their designs - it's been fun watching the story go from the manga to being fully animated!

Additional details:
- The animation is ... very clean and colourful, and the use of textures, lighting, and sound design has been amazing
- The music choice this season has been remarkable! The intro and outro music are engaging, and I've added them to my playlists!
- Action scenes are engaging and fun to watch.

Attack on Titan is finally over. This anime has probably been on everyone's "to watch" list at one point. The final two episodes stuck very close to the manga (besides one or two scenes being cut), and these chapters were very action-packed and lore-heavy. However, in the manga, some scenes confused me, but I'm happy that the anime cleared that confusion. Also, some of the scenes in the anime were emotional, such as seeing characters we haven't seen in some time.

On another note, the animation was very engaging. Each scene was full of movement and fun to watch, ... as well as being smooth and colourful.

I'm happy that this series is finally over. I thought the series was beginning to be dragged out with each new season stating that it was the "final". I look forward to rewatching the whole series now that it is completed.

I started reading Sasameki Koto (AKA: Whispered Words) after I had watched the anime, and I'm happy that I did. The manga includes so much more information than the anime. I'd say it's a short manga with 55 chapters spread across nine volumes. It's an easy and fast read. The story is easy to understand as it follows a group of friends in high school and their day-to-day lives. I loved reading this manga; it's fun, and the characters are lovable and relatable. Also, the story is pretty fun to follow along as it has emotional aspects that are ... both heartwarming and sometimes comedic. I would highly recommend reading this manga if you enjoyed the anime!

TW: Blood, sex, violence, fighting

Mignon is a very short BL anime, the episodes range from 4 to 8 minutes but a lot happens during this time. The story progressed quickly and is easy to follow and understand. The animation is very nice and smooth, and I love the character designs! The characters are pretty interesting and I wish we knew a bit more about them and their origins but I'm sure there are some fan theories out there. As well as the characters are very likeable and add to the story. Also, the colours! The colours are amazing and very aesthetic-looking ... as they weren't too overpowering but added to the scenes and helped portray the emotions of the characters. Additionally, the sound design was pretty nice too, very realistic and crisp!

Bungo Stray Dogs season 5 - I’ve been looking forward to this season! It begins where season 4 left off and sticks close to the manga, which is helpful because it explains some parts of the storyline which can be confusing. So far the storyline is tense and full of action, what will happen? Who will win? It gets you hooked on each episode and getting excited when the new episode is released. The ending is a bit tense and leaves us with a cliffhanger!

The animation this season has been amazing, the art style is beautiful, the colours are amazing, and the ... art in the opening and ending scenes are pretty. Also, the music this season has been enjoyable to listen to, very powerful which adds to the scenes and storyline.

Sasameki Koto (Whispered Words) is a short anime with only 13 episodes but it’s very wholesome and kind of relatable at times. The storyline shows the main characters have unrequited crushes and how they learn to deal with their feelings, but these crushes do change a bit throughout the anime which is relatable because “young love” is always changing. Also, as the story progresses the main characters slowly become friends with the other girls and they form a little group as well as a Girls Club. During their time together, they go on chaotic adventures and have fun times with one another. ... Also, the ending is very wholesome!

- The opening and ending credits have lovely songs and relaxing animation
- Overall music in the anime is very relaxing to listen to
- The visuals throughout the anime are very nice, they could make for some nice backgrounds
