Soul Eater is a disappointment. The anime starts off strong introducing our main characters Maka, Soul, Black Star, and Death the Kid. Initially these characters had me excited and looking forward to what was to come next. However, as the anime progressed pass the first few episodes, my anticipation for it dissipated. I believe Soul Eater had much potential to stand out from other anime, but due to the plot's lack of substance it turned into cliche trash.
Out of all the things I dislike about Soul Eater, Maka was the worst. Her constant complaining and lack of resolve makes her a chore to watch. Black
