The main romance plot is very similar between them. They may not share the same main plot (Music and Slice of Life/School) but secondary characteristics may apply. The alternance between comedy and drama is really similar, while the romance feels really heartwarming. There are a lot of similar events at the end of both, talking about them would be spoiling, but who liked one will probably like the other.
