Review on 24th December 2015,
Fawa time! Fawa time! I swore I said that on another review...X'mas lost Memories? Oh well, back to the review. K-on! is an anime that is all about the music...and if you know me, I love music. but of course, with that music, you need a good plot and characters, and does K-on! offer this? Let's find out whilst we all eat our candy canes.
Plot: 8/10
I found the plot fairly cliche. But if you combine that with cuteness 5000, it sorta makes you wanna forgive the cliche. It's a fairly basic plot, from beginning to play music and having fun with
...
a club. God knows how happy these girls always are....it's starting to get kinda creepy. No visible plot holes, which is good, and I love how they actually tell us the number of years pass...because then I could keep up on how old these girls are. Overall, even though it's a basic plot and the cliche is there, the cuteness of the girls just you to forgive K-on! for that.
Characters: 8/10
Very cute, especially Azura, or should I call her, Asunan...nah stuff that! I enjoy the unique personality of each character as well, and how they interact. Character development is also fairly visible as well. Even though I can't find any flaws, it gets an 8, as the characters aren't at the extensive level of amazing. They are just...good.
Animation/sound: 10/10
Once again, animation madness strikes again. Stunning animation, amazing sound. This was an easy 10
Opening/ending/those in between: 10/10
OBVIOUSLY THIS POINT WOULD GET 10/10! LIKE SERIOUSLY! THIS IS A MUSIC ANIME! WHY WOULDN'T IT GET A 10! Sorry for that...sudden rage. But, because K-on is a music anime it excels in opening/ending, and all those musics in between. It fits extremely well into the genre as well. I said enough.
Enjoyment: 9/10
Certainly enjoyable seeing the girls play. For a person like me who plays the piano, this is totally inspiration...kinda. I also enjoyed the ending as well, it was a shame to stop the series...BUT WAIT! Season 2 came out with 26 episodes, and as soon as I knew, I immediately watched it, and was amused. Definitely a great anime to relax and have fun that doesn't make you feel 50 emotions of grey.
Overall: 45/50
Fawa time! Fawa time! And that concludes the Christmas review! I hope you all have a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year!

"Those who seek out the truth must not be arrogant. You must not laugh at miracles just because they cannot be explained scientifically. You must not turn away from the beauty of this world."-Kotomi Ichinose
Couldn't had said it better, Kotomi! Clannad is the prequel released before Clannad Afterstory, the anime that almost bought me to tears. Man, I knew I should had reviewed the first season first, because the second season has a Christmas episode. Oh well, mistakes will be made!
From the distance:
"GET ON WITH THE REVIEW KYUBEY!"-Kyou
Ok ok...geez
...
Plot:10/10
Like the second season, the first explores the past of the characters in Clannad. Unlike the second season, the first explores the main character's past. Without spoilers, the most interesting one to me is Kotami's one. Of course, with these explorations, many emotions will be felt, and that's what makes this anime so good. You travel through people's past, whilst feeling what they are feeling. First season also has many of the things that made the second season so good. Unfortunately, I can't talk about it here, because the second season used spoilers from the first season. But either way, the second season delivered, and the first did as well!
Characters: 9/10
"Character development...character development everywhere!"-Buzz Lightyear
First season went mad with the character development. Only a few didn't get it, however those got theirs on second season, so it solved that problem. I love the uniqueness between the characters. I also specifically enjoy this one character who I should not mention her name otherwise the parallel spoiler universe will appear and erase me from existence. BUT ANYWAY! The only actual flaw about this is that the main character is quite bland. I didn't mention this in Afterstory, because he wasn't as bland. But first season, he definitely is. To me, his actions are quite typical to the character he is suppose to me, and that isn't a good thing. However, even though with this flaw, the pros managed to get characters a 9
Animation/sound: 9/10
It was really hard to give this a 9. I loved the animation and art of this, it's stunning, it really is. However, ths sounds to me was just, good, and that's why I had given this a 9
Opening/ending: 9/10
Opening...is amazing. Extremely catchy, fits so well in the anime. It's just...amazing. Ending is good as well, but it doesn't really fit into this genre of anime, but was totally understandable on why they chose it. At least it's catchy and only brings opening/ending down to a 9.
Enjoyment: 10/10
Same reasons on why I enjoyed Clannad Afterstory. Enjoyed going through the past, all the character development, opening/ending, and animation. Don't really need to expand on it again
Overall: 47/50
"Meow,"-Azura from K-on!
Man, I am on a quote rampage this review! But to sum it all up, definitely watch the first and second season of Clannad. It is an excellent anime, and it will have you feel all the emotions God had given us. A must watch for everyone.
After the review: One more to go! And I hope I can make an ice cream joke this time...

Review: 24th December 2015
"Oh god...plz stop this!"-NiceKyubey whilst watching this
The review all of you had not been waiting for. Boku no Pico, the world's most weirdest and questionable anime...Heck, they even made ice cream questionable, and God knows how much I love ice cream jokes. Even though it's questionable, the question is, "Is it still a good anime to watch?" Let's find out! To the PapiMobile!!!!
Plot: 2/10
Really bad. Not one bit was I amused about the plot! It is clear that the producers went too overboard with the Hentai genre, which caused a really cliche plot. Without spoilers, let me just say, that it
...
is as bad as Yui from K-on! not having cake, and that's something! Overall, extremely cliche, overboard with Hentai, it is just not good.
Characters: 1/10
Well more negativity...
First of all, this is a one eposide series. I know there are two after this, but those two are entirely different plots, so let's put them aside. Unfortunately, here, no character development has been made, making characters really bad to begin with! And to add on to that, it's like everyone has a dirty mind. Oh sweet Jesus on Tenshi. O_o. This is so bad...I think, I feel sorry for Pico...
Animations/sound: 7/10
The strongest point in this series. I simply thought the animation is stunning...but the sound effects, it's good, just...really weird and questionable if you close your eyes and listen to it...
Opening/ending: 3/10
Opening is...ok. Happy, cheerful...it's alright for an anime like this. Ending though...it's happy, but after what we just watched, we do not need to be happy! Irrevlevent, and a kinda lame ending as well...wasn't catchy.
Enjoyment: 3/10
Look. If you make the Papi scene realistic, then you get this! And do I like to look at this? No...not at all...
Overall: 16/50
Terrible! The only reason for watching this is so that I get $40. Let me just say, that was worth it. At least it wasn't seeing gore and all those horror cliches for a hour, I hate those stuff...ew.
After the review: well, that was shorter then I thought...next review Clannad! Hopefully it is better then this...

Review on 23rd December, 2015
"What’s the difference between the real world and the virtual one?"-Asuna
Actually, there's a couple, but that is not what this review is about. Sword Art Online (SAO for shorts), is an anime by A-1 Pictures, that is quite similar to another anime, Log Horizon. Is OAS a good anime of not? Let's find out...no wait...it's SAO...
NOTE: (Ditto from all the other reviews) and another thing. I will do this review a little different. The plot, opening/ending and characters session will be split into two, so that I can separately talk about each arc's characters and plot.
Plot- Arc 1: 4/5
People argue for,
...
day to day which arc was the best...no wait, everyone agrees it is the first arc, and I would had too. This was SAO's strongest plot, as we don't see so much romance until late episode 11. The plot is quite good actually, I liked the concept of once you die, you die. This was the only arc to feature that concept, and it was a good one. Shame that A-1 pictures removed it after Arc 1. The KiritoXAsuna Arc was quite cute, but it went wwaaayyyyy over the top in Arc 2, and I will get to that once we talk about Arc 2. The ending of the first arc was sweet. A minor flaw I had with this arc, is how they didn't show the fight with the Laughing Coffin. It would had been an interesting and intense fight...oh well. But overall, it's obvious why this is the best arc of all of the arcs. Good concept, KiritoXAsuna when it didn't go over the top, and the really sweet ending. However could had been improved if the Laughing Coffin fight was included.
Arc 2: 2/5
HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Because the first arc was so good I was so hyped for the second arc. But all that hype was for a rushed plot...a very rushed plot. I simply hated the whole, "Asuna is useless as hell so Kirito come get her." This was definitely out of character and affected the plot really harshly. I also hated the antagonist's goal in the second arc. It was honestly really stupid and illogical. I have so many things that makes this plot bad, but I don't want to make this too long. So I will just end it here.
Characters- Arc 1: 3/5
The characters are...alright to say the least. I sorta liked Sachi's character...idk what it is, but I just like it. Like I mentioned, Asuna in this arc was as badass as Batman doing a fancy move, and that should be Asuna's character throughout the season. Still shame that they change it. HOWEVER! The thing that really put characters down is...Kyubey drumroll plz........Kirito. Man, I want to talk about how bad is Kirito for a long time. First of all, his voice is annoying in dub...Second of all, every girl for some reason falls for him. Jesus, what are you? A chick magnet? Want me to find a bunch of chicks and you use a magnet to attract them all? (joke intended). And third of all, his character is pretty damn bad. But I give him credit, his quotes aren't actually that bad. Additionally, he gets even worse as the eps go on, and I will talk about that in Arc 2. Overall, characters had been ruined completely by Kirito, the main character of this whole season.
Arc 2: 1/5
Man, the second arc was even more disappointing in the characters then when they ran out of ice cream in the cafe! Asuna was out of character! Recon and Suguha was irrelevant! Lisbeth, Klein and Silica had almost no role in this arc what so ever, and the worst thing of them all, KIRITO WENT EVEN WORSE! Man, his obsession with Asuna went really bad this arc, even going to the point of mental! The villain is just outright bad! Yui...was actually ok, but that doesn't help how crap everything about the characters is in arc 2. It's so bad...that I have to give out my very first 1...my very first 1...That deserves a trophy. Sword Arts online, you earned the trophy of the dripping ice cream of disappointment! Congrats! (Clap clap clap clap)
Animation/sound: 9/10
Stunning. Just, stunning. The animation was really good. Nothing bad to say about it. And the sound was good, but could be improved. Nothing else to say really, besides that this was one of Sword Arts's strongest point.
Opening/ending- Arc 1: 4/5
The White koala returns! Opening and ending was pretty damn good. It fits pretty well with the theme of the anime. Also pretty catchy, both opening and ending. Nothing else to say about the opening and ending.
Arc 2: 4/5
Same as arc 1, except not as catchy.
Enjoyment: 8/10
Kirito really hurt this section. His determination to save Asuna, even going up to the point of rage really killed the ending. Arc 2 was also responsible for this, but because of the hype I felt after Arc 1, I gave it an 8
Overall: 35/50
This is generally a good anime to watch if you are starting to watch anime, but definitely not recommended if you watched anime for a while.
After this review:
Phew, that was long...I need a break.
I will stop reviewing tomorrow, and will be back for a Christmas special on Friday, where I will review 2 random animes and an anime with a Christmas special. (Spoiler, it's K-on!)

Review on 20th December 2015
Childhood memories...I see a Xam'd and thought, "so freaken cool." And then stand in front of the sun, waiting for the sun to strike me in the arm so that I can turn into a Xam'd...joking! But the first point was kinda true, they were cool. Back to the review, Xam'd Lost Memories is an anime by Bones, who also made the not as impressive Ouran High School Club. But is Xam'd Lost Memories just as bad, or better then OHSC (not typing all that again). Let's find out.
NOTE: Like my review on Clannad Afterstory, animation and sound is Art and
...
sound is opening/ending.
Plot: 9/10
The plot is great, just not into the levels of amazing. I liked how realistic the anime is. Like, normally in anime, someone sees a giant monster thingy and doesn't give a damn about it, even going to the point of praising it. HOWEVER! Xam'd Lost Memories went another path. They went as far as getting the police in to catch these Xam'd, and that's what I liked about the plot. It's quite realistic about what will happen if it happens in real life. I didn't really see any sort of plot holes, which is good as well. Additionally, I actually enjoyed going through the past of some of the characters. They help reinforce the main plot, and is very interesting. However, personally, I didn't really enjoy the ending, but completely understand why they did it. Overall, it gets a 9.
Characters: 6/10
Only fair to be honest, but I will start with the pros. Guys, prepare the ice cream and find Papi, you gonna need it, cause this point is gonna be really, really long. So long, it has to be put into paragraphs.
Like I said, we are starting with the pros. Firstly, I enjoyed some of the characters past. Ummm....some. Like I said, they are interesting to know and helped make the plot interesting. Another thing I liked is how enjoyable some of the characters. Everyone is unique, which makes up for some interesting interactions.
However, with these pros, there are a couple of cons to go with it. The first con is that how there was barely any character development in the anime, and that is a major issue. If there is no character development, then the characters become forgettable and loses their enjoyment as the anime goes on. Another thing bad about the characters, is how quick some of the interesting characters die. There was one character I was interested on, and then he just...dies halfway through. ADDITIONALLY, I SERIOUSLY HATE ON HOW THEY WERE STILL INTRODUCING CHARACTERS AT THE SECOND LAST EP! It's just, ugh! Someone give me ice-cream. All these cons has harshly affected the score of the characters from a 9 to a 6.
Sound/animation: 10/10
Ahhh yes! The era of superb animations like Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood and Puella Magi Magica Mekaoka, or something like that. Love the design of the Xam'd and the animation, and the sound is just great. Yep, that's enough said.
Opening/ending: 9/10
Fawa time! Fawa time! No wait, wrong anime. Let it go! Let it go! Even further away...Run away! Run away! There we go! I simply like the opening and ending, it fits pretty well to this kind of anime. However, the ending to me isn't too catchy, and that's why it got a 9.
Enjoyment: 8/10
I enjoyed the anime, however wasn't keen to keep on watching the anime. I didn't really feel suspense in the anime between episodes, which would usually make me stop watching. However, because of my childhood memories, I kept on watching it, and even though I didn't feel the need to keep on watching, I still enjoyed the plot.
Overall: 42/50
They should seriously make a spinoff, called X'mas Lost Memories, where the main character insteads tries to find the almighty X'amd tree. Ummm...yea, not gonna happen. Back to finding girls to make their wishes come true.

Review made on December 21st, 2015:
"Emotions are a powerful thing. Don't keep it in, let it out."-NiceKyubey
Clannad Afterstory. The anime that will bring people to tears, or not if you are tough. Made by Kyoto Animations, who are also responsible for the not so sad, actually over the top happy most of the time, ice cream...I mean cake loving K-on!, Clannad Afterstory will attempt to hug your heart many, many times. The main question is; is it an anime worth watching? Let's find out!
NOTE: Art is animation and sound, and sound is opening and ending. Everything else is as the rating says.
Plot:10/10
Holy lord of
...
Papi's ice cream, the plot to me is really impressive. The attempt of mixing a bit of comedy, lots of romance, mystery and sadness really paid off in Afterstory. I just love how Kyoto Animations mixes all these elements in the plot, to create a plot that works in this genre of anime. Without any spoilers, let me just say, you will be travelling to people's pasts like the first season, feeling many emotions, and being filled with the mystery of the illusionary girl from the first season, which leads me to my second point on what makes the plot so good. The first season actually links to the second season. The story of the illusionary girl continues in the second season. It goes in even more depth about the robot and the girl...My God! This whole time, Deemo is the robot and the girl is...the girl! People, call the G-tar police(Dammit Yui). To make linking even better, the main plot is also linked to this plot about the girl! Holy cow, everything makes sense now...all this, has given plot 10/10!
Characters: 9/10
Unlike the first season, Afterstory didn't really reach my expectation for characters. I loved the development made on the side characters. HOWEVER! They pretty much abandoned the main characters from the first season except Sunohara, who has his own backstory, Tomoya (of course), and of course, Nagisa. I really wanted more Kotomi and Kyou in the first half of the series. At least they gained a bigger role in the second half, but not enough to make up for the first half. But, with this flaw, I still enjoyed seeing the past of the side characters, so I will give it 9.
Animation/sound: 10/10
Once again, animation and sound is amazing like the first season. Pretty self explanatory. Sound effects are good, animation is spot on. This was an easy 10.
Opening/ending: 10/10
Once again, an easy 10 for Clannad Afterstory. Opening and ending fits perfectly to the anime on so many levels. And to add to that, the opening and ending is extremely catchy...yep, I explained enough
Enjoyment: 10/10
Well I certainly enjoyed going through the life of Tomoya and Nagisa after "graduating from high school." Clannad Afterstory helps us see the mysteries and struggles of life, hence the hardship one of them feels in the anime. Without any spoilers, let me just say, that the ending may throw you for a loop, but I liked how it ended. Overall, I certainly enjoyed the whole season, seeing the struggles and mystery of life.
Overall: 49/50
I'm being serious on this one. This will be the highest mark I will give for a really long time. Clannad Afterstory has successfully shows us the struggles of life, the mysteries the world has to offer, and the past of many people. Clannad Afterstory also succeeds in cuddling people's heart, and bringing out the tissues. All these points is why I has given it the score I did. Well done Kyoto Animations.
