Not the worst but not the best is the best way to describe this anime.
I think this would've been better if it was fleshed out properly. The pacing feels all so fast and slow, as you're slapped with all these characters, fleshing them out one by one through the episodes.
Reading all the reviews, it feels like it is judged so poorly. I mean, the animation is mediocre (bearable) and the story flow is pretty common, but it has character development and it is enjoyable at some level. And let's face it, there are far worse anime compared to this that has higher ratings.
Will recommend?
