i usually dont write reviews, but i am compelled to write one now. This was one of the first bl mangas i read and it easily made it's way to my top 10. The story was great. I finished it in one sitting. Even though things got bad pretty quickly, it didn't feel rushed at all. I rode the depression wave right along with the mc because of how eloquently the writer told the story. What really floored me, though, was the character development. it deals with the heavy subject of suicide in today's youth. You can see how twisted the mc becomes ... because of what hes been through and how family sometimes doesnt see the sickness. How far does the rabbit hole actually go? The feels were heavy with this one. I'm not one to shed tears easily so have your tissues handy.

Over all, if you are a bl lover, this is a must read. I will never forget this gem.

I may be a little biased because this was the anime that got me hooked on the genre. My ex put it on one day and i said to myself...WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE?! From episode one this series had me hooked, not to mention that Yato was my first anime crush haha. It was the eyes. Anyway, I loved the story this anime portrayed. It has fighting in it, but it's much more than that. The relationships between the characters are beautiful. The emotions this anime put me through was bittersweet. I also love the fact that the characters aren't complete tsunderes ... or airheads. There's something to love about all of them. This series had everything; action, drama, romance, and comedy. It has something for everyone. I recommend this anime to everyone.
