Here is my tip:
- If you like the manga: Don't bother. You would spend your time better simply rereading the original.
- If you just want to see some anime boobs: Watch a hentai instead.

I wanted to like this anime, but unfortunately everything they have done yells "cash grab" to me.
Animation is bad - watching it is like watching a slide show of risky anime girls images, only they are fat and unappealing, which is quite a shame since I enjoy the manga and find the characters there to be much sexier. The scenes are disconnected, the story is moving forward without any thought or ... continuity and is simply boring.

Where manga let's us learn and like it's characters, teaching us about their motives while adding lot's of comedy, anime is like - "Are you bored with all that story, most of which we skipped anyway? Here, have some boobs." or "We don't think this scene was funny enough. It will be much better if that character clothes suddenly explode for no reason." And if the director was a simple horny man, I could understand him. I could even agree with him, because I can appreciate honest horniness, but he is not. Everything is done as badly as humanly possible without even an ounce of love. The director of this disaster is either a complete idiot or is too lazy to even care what he is making under his name.
To be honest I'm sad. It is another series that will never see good anime, because it's chance was lost by some greedy, lazy bastards.

Seems that person reviewing this this manga before me stopped reading just before developments concerning all the faults he/she described. Not that scoring it as 1 is anything different that simple score bombing or unexplainable hate, but to make this a proper review and not a comment on what someone else had written, allow me to tell you my feelings about newest Hiroyuki manga (and about quick anime - Hiroyuki has quite a lot of his works animated already, If I had to guess, it probably made talks about new series much faster)

I'm longstanding fan of Hiroyuki works, I started with Assistant-san to Mangaka-san ... to, then was Aho-girl, then I learned about older Doujin-work and his own doujin works (jam it in etc.), and I have to say, Kanojo mo Kanojo is his best manga to date. It's grown up, no longer infested by juvenile storytelling that his earlier works had, and at the same time it keeps his light, incredible pen for comedy that transforms scenes that in other mangas would be cringy, into something that makes me laugh out loud. Everything of course with healthy dose of moderate perversion and stupidity, that again in somehow works, and makes it very enjoyable.

All problems my predecessor mentioned - this manga is aware of them. It's supposed to be like this. It is, silly, funny, lighthearted comedy with interesting but exaggerated for comedic effect characters, that makes you feel good while reading it. I could say that it's hard to demand deep engaging plot from stories like that, but Hiroyuki surprised me with some plot-twists, subverted tropes, how complex, self-aware and well written it is, and how somehow plot always keeps coherent and interesting no matter what's happening.

For me Kanojo mo Kanojo is testament to Hiroyuki growth as an author in every aspect. Especially his storytelling and plot devising skills, but his art also got better than before. 9/10 and I hope that his next work, or even better this work after some more chapters will be able to get 10/10

Warning! following Review is wrote in sarcastic tone, although it quite accurately describes my feelings about that anime.

Rail Wars is yuri anime about, like name suggests, titties. Main heroin, named Takayama Naoto, is a girl, that always wanted to drive trains, so she didn't cared about anything else in her life and her education level stayed in kindergarten. Fortunately she passed high school and got admitted to Japan Rail School, where she met new friends:
Ojou-sama Titties, Police Titties, Boss Titties, Osananajimi Titties and Captain Titties. There was also Iwaizumi Shou, the only male character from main cast.

Unfortunately Naoto was born with powerful titties magnet ... instead of brain, which makes a lot of trouble for main cast as at least once per episode some titties flies toward main heroine.

Story: 3/10

I rated story so low because it's too logical, and i only watch anime to make my brain empty. Seriously if you only want some stupid recreation, better go watch Code Geass or other Death Note, the story is definitely too complicated, and behind every corner there are enemies, and they are bad, and you never know when titties starts to fall on Naoto.

Art: 6/10

Titties are nicely animated, they move up and down and they sometimes fall on heroine, or get grabbed. if only there would be more titties, i would give 10/10

Sound: 7/10

Sound is good, music isn't memoriable, but it goes good with the show. Every pair of titties has it's own sound effect that's goes from "pom" to "boing"

Characters 3/10

Unfortunately titties wasn't very distinctive of each other, they looked almost the same, that's why rate i so low

Enjoyment 5/10

As i said story was too complicated and it was hard to understand everything.

Overall 5/10

I would like to recommend that anime to people that likes complicated PLOT. Ah, i would forgot, but there are also some trains.
