Dr Stone is an adaptation from the manga published in the Weekly Shonen Jump. What was the last manga animated from the Jump ?... Ah, it was Kimetsu no Yaiba does the anime is as good ?...
No suspense, the answer is "NO" (purely subjective).
I'll do a TLDR just below, because I'll HARD spoil in a detailed review :
TDLR : Honestly give a shot, force a bit to pass the 7 first episodes. After this will be free ride but I'll understand if you drop it before...
...
Further I'll spoil like a pig.
Story : 7/10
The main plot is interesting, what will happen if every humans are in stasis from X years ? Some ecological and ethic theories are drawn.
And this is a review of what humanity accomplish from discover fire to creating space rockets (even if it's absurd the speed of the development).
At the same time there the "Stone Wars" against Mister OP, strongest human (LOLZ), Tsukasa. This pseudo wars is a cliché for giving some entertainment and don't lose people because of the scientific blathering. It's not that bad, but way to predictable how it's proceedings (maybe I'm too old for Shonen story :/).
Art : 7/10
There not that much animation, pretty limited, because it's mainly focus on the scientific progress. For actions scenes they used too much the ultimate method of "One-picture-with-sound-to-illustrate-what-happens", welp can't blame them but still...
The depiction of the characters is okay, each have some unique and nice design.
Sound : 7/10
Some good OST, there one OST I really liked. The openings and endings are fine in general. Hated the first opening, but really liked the first ending it's compensated lol.
Seiyuus part... I find every seiyuus good except two... Taiju and Byakuya, for those 2, I found them atrocious, hated it especially the first one (I'll book an paragraph for him at the character section...).
I enjoyed Senkuu's seiyuu (the same of Subaru in Re:Zero) didn't even recognize him at first. Didn't knew he could do some badass dubbing.
Tsukasa's seiyuu is the same as Bruno from Jojo. Very good performance, sound strong and calm at the same time. Voiced perfectly.
The others characters are ok.
Character : 5/10
Every character EXCEPT Taiju are good/fine.
This character is the sole reason that I hesistate to drop the series at the beginning. He's f*cking annoying, he's the typical dumb whose scream everytime (reminds me of Takeo from Ore Monogatari, obviously I hate this anime btw). I really don't know what is the purpose of this character, he's useless (yeah he's a good labourer...), the story could have working without him (and his useless girlfriend). He has no use as a comic-relief because he's not funny and his reaction are way too dumb for founding it funny.
Yeah I know he'll become somewhat helpful for spying Tsukasa (goodluck to the mangaka to make it logical lol). I'll have higher the marks of the anime if he wasn't there, but unfortunately he exists.
Enjoyment : 6/10
After the 7th episodes, I find the show enjoyable. Before it was hell.
Overall : 7/10
Welp. Aside the other dumb on legs, the show is good. Have good ideas and for a time you can learn something from an anime is always nice.
I saw there'll be a 2nd season. Unfortunately at the some point of the story, the background of all characters have been explained so there no more left to exploit except the wars so it'll be very shonen style anime. I hope that the animation will be good, otherwise it'll be a flop.

Cautious Hero or Shinchou Yuusha, whatever the name, is an Isekai anime (yeah again). But what it is different from the others Isekai ? The answer is obviously on the name "CAUTIOUS HERO", the MC is a paranoid being over cautious about everything.
Story : 6/10
Basic Isekai, an hero is summon by a goddess to saving a world from the Demon king or whatever.
Particularity : The MC is overpowered and paranoid.
Basically it's a comedy anime with some serious moments here and there.
...
Art : 8/10
One of the strong point of the anime is the animation. Solid animation didn't drop (plus some facial expressions are epics).
Sound : 8/10
OST, OP and ED are average.
But BIG applauses for the 2 MC's seiyuus they delivers a very strong performance. Since a long time I didn't have been marked by a dubbing.
Character : 8/10
The 2 MC are funny I find them endearing, obviously this point is subjective, and more or less realistic. Dunno if I give a higher marks because of the voice acting more than the characters on themselves but don't care, a character is linked with his voice actor in anime.
I don't give a f*ck for others characters, just background (afterall they are just some NPC lolz) for the MC of the anime.
Enjoyement : 8/10
This is pure entertainment comedy (and some action) show. Don't think to much on watching this, just appreciate what's the anime have to offer and take it.
Overall : 8/10
I recommend the anime to everyone.
At least try to look the first episode, if you don't like it then just drop it.
I am surprised that it didn't get at a 8/10 on MAL, but whatever personnaly I really liked this anime.

B A B Y L O N.
What a strange name, I read from some posts that it could be a biblical references, well whatever.
As always will minimize the spoilers, just give my global impression.
Review wrote at episode 8, will edit at the end of the show (maybe before if something really big happens)
EDIT (27/01/19) : After seeing the end, I feel like I have been f*cked... The end is just dissapointing, didn't explain anything and we go through all of this for that ?... What the fuck, seriously... The scene post credit is a big "?", just feel it push for an another season.
...
If it's the case I will pass.
As I wrote before, everything depend of the end and the end is just sh*t... Just fuck this, don't watch it.
Story - EDITED 27/01/19 : 6/10 > 3/10 (following the ending...)
At first, thought it'll be a realistic case just like Sherlock Holmes stories, a horror thriller. But it turns out to be a supernatural case with a debate about some morals questions.
Honestly I don't know where this story going. It's interesting but at the same time baffling. Need to mention that some scenes are hard to watch, because it horrendous and very shady...
Art : 7/10
Not much animation, essentially discussion and some running animations but that's it. Can't fail something if there nothing to fail lol.
There sure some action scenes but they are very short and it won't be for the animation that will watch this anime.
Sound : 6/10
Nothing particular. OP and ED are mainly instrumental, OST is basic (didn't remember any of them, the seiyuus are good.
Character : 7/10
All characters are more or less realistic, except antagonists. Their mindsets are obviously twisted but don't know what they really seek it's the sole purpose of this show. To know what they want to accomplish.
Enjoyment - EDITED 27/01/19 : 6/10>2/10 (Just feel I have been hard trolled at the end...)
In the beginning I find it enjoyable. But more the plot develop, less I find it interesting. I put some hope in this show, but unfortunately the supernatural things had broke it.
I still watch the anime because I want to see how this will end. I almost sure I'll be dissapointed but a man can dream.
Overall - EDITED 27/01/19 : 7/10>3/10 (Just fuck this, all the debate feel worthless seeing the end - just my f*cking biaised point of view).
This score will drastically change dependent of the end of the story. For now I'll give a 7, but I have suspicions it'll have fall short...
Because of that I can't really recommend this anime. Just pass away, except if you want to try your luck and see what we got in the end. Do we have been f*cked ?

Anime who have been compared with Shingeki no Kyojin (SnK), a tough comparaison because same studio and similar period (more or less...). Like SnK it's a manga adaptation.
What have Vinland Saga did to offer ?
Story : 6/10
Here no supernatural power, it's want to be a realistic story (ven if they're some "super" human with a disproportionate strength...).
Without giving any spoiler about the story (even if the synopsis does lol), it's a common one. Nothing spectacular. What interesting is what happen besides the main plot and the progression of events.
Welp the writting is not bad, but predictable (there some goods parts that I
...
didn't expect though). And the pace is a bit slow, maybe watching this in one shot felt more enjoyable and fluid.
Art : 9/10
Good animation, the art is good. It didn't drop until the very last minute of the anime. Quite rare to have something that good nowadays.
Sound : 8/10
The first opening and ending is average, even if I'am a big fanboy of aimer I felt this average. The 2nd opening and ending are fire, the second ending is maybe my ending of 2019.
The OST is nice but nothing really epic unfortunately, unlike SnK.
Seiyuus doing a good job, some dubbing was really good (especially one barbarian don't want to spoil the name but he's reconignisable).
Character : 7/10
*Sigh*
The main MC... From the start I didn't like him, being an arrogant c*nt. He got some progression and you put some hopes in him, but in the end he didn't really change at the end of anime (maybe later in story). It's funny because even others characters mocks his stupidity. Anyway, he still an edgy boy, it's cool, but because he's dumb it's not that cool lol.
Fortunately, others characters are way more interesting. Don't want to spoil them, it's for them that I loved the show.
Enjoyment : 7/10
Very good animation and some nice plots make it fun to watch. Didn't really waited each week the episode to get out. But got pleasure to watch it even if it's inconstant.
Overall : 8/10
Give a try. Not bad. If you like some realistic story watch it. Apparently it's inspired from true event (don't check it, because don't want be spoiled like a d*ck).
The animation is really good, at least if you felt that the story is meh, get some pleasure from the fightning animation.
And because it'll become a big anime, think a 2nd season will come, it's nice for your anime culture (yeah this argument suck).

An another sport anime, if you don't like those type of anime pass away, Ahiru no Sora didn't revolutionize anything. But If you like this genre then give it a try.
I'll compare this anime in my review with Kuroko no Basket, same sport and popular anime.
Date of review : 22/12/19 (will probably make some edits further the anime advance)
Story : 7/10
A generic sport anime but not driving by the shonen spirit (for now).
...
Player's skills seems logical, contrary to Kuroko no Basket, and character's background is interesting, again in Kuroko the characters background is kind hollow (IMO !).
I find more interesting to follow the progress of a team, as a whole, because it make the story more coherent and it make the characters more lovable.
Need to mention that's the anime explain the rules of BASKET (!) when in Kuroko I didn't recall to read (I read the manga) or watch (and watch the anime) the rules explained. It's nothing but I appreciate the efforts to, at least, understand the depth of basketball (don't practice this sport lol).
Art : 6/10
As always in the first episode the animation is good, have been bait by this, but globally it's VERY average animation even during a match which is a pity. Unfortunately it didn't got the same budget as Kuroko no Basket. But well expect a way better animation in important matches.
Sound : 6/10
Not a fan of the OP and ED.
In the seiyuu part, even if I am a fan of Kaji Yuki, his dubbing is "okay-ish" not spectacular as Eren or Silver Mask (Arslan Senki) where he push his voice to the limit but his character don't give the oppurtunity to express himself so I feel a bit disappointed (not his fault but well, I'm conflicted).
For the other it's good, the voice match with the characters (yeah I minimize the others unlike Kaji Yuki... :X ).
Character : 7/10
As I wrote earlier, the character's background is interesting. The motivation to push them to play and train is coherent and understable (for the key players I precise).
As a whole they don't have any default, except some stereotypes but well I'll give a pass because it's not really annoying.
Enjoyment : 9/10
My shonen spirit who was more or less dead, because of the disappereance of good shonen have burst with this anime. I repeat nothing spectacular and because I starve some shonen energy I overestimate this anime but I am really enjoying watching this anime.
I have followed the last season around 10 animes (more at the beginning but dropped some in the way) and this one, was my most awaited each week.
Overall : 8/10
I give a 8 because of the story, the consistency of the characters and the shohen spirit (totally subjective point).
Cant give an higher score because of the weak point inherent of the animation which is low.
So I recommend it if you're neutral or like sport and the animation is not a mandatory point for you. Otherwise pass away.

First review didn't expect to make it for this anime (LOL !).
Date of the review 21/12/2019. Wait the last episode for the final judgement but I don't expect much at this point...
For an easier read I will use this code to distinct the MC :
MC1 : Melida the young blonde girl
MC2 : Kufa the black haired guy
Story : 4/10
...
A common story on a pseudo school life for magic users. Will explain in different parts what make me give a 4 for the story.
1/ What I expected from the first episode
Awaited some good development from the MC1 and some interesting motive from the other MC2.
> What I awaited come very slowly but didn't fullfil my expectations for the MC1 (and won't be fullfiled in the last episode I think, but who knows). About MC2's motive I find it a bit weak, not very rationnal but I'll give a pass (still meh). For this part, I have been a bit disappointed.
2/ Different stories
Generic stories but didn't well executed turn it to be boring.
One exception about MC2's story which was interesting, just appreciate the conclusion through (the construction and development was poor).
3/ The conclusion of the anime
I dont think they will make a sequel (except if they want to spent some money for the lolz). But if the anime ends the story it'll weird because of the differents questions who wasnt been answered, they're a big chance that the ending will be an open end.
It last one episode, expect nothing it'll be plain and forgetable, but if the conclusion is really MAGNIFICIENT I'll change my review (99,9999% it'll be a boring end).
Art : 3/10
The first seconds of the anime was a beauty, but all the rest is slow descent to the mediocrity. Even in the lastest episodes when they're some serious fights the animation is really weak (animators were fed up with this ?...).
Sound : 5/10
Some good OST, not fan of the OP and ED, seiyuus is average. Not much to say otherwise.
Character : 4/10
Generic characters. Didn't like MC2, too edgy and perfect (it's boring), and MC1 didn't evolve that much (act like a character from a slice of life). The rests are average or annoying. Even bad guys are generic, it's just boring.
Enjoyment : 4/10
Didn't enjoy myself, near the end (at 10th episode) waited to drop the series but I push myself because the end was near...
Overall : 4/10 (not average of the previous scores)
Honestly dont look it.
The animation is way too bad (not eye-candy friendly) for looking this for fun, there plenty better anime like this with a better animation.
EDIT - 26/12/19 : Just as expected, the last episode was disappointed like hell, nothing really happened it delivers a generic ending which is boring... Even the animation for the last episode was utterly bad, what a joke...
