I began watching anime sometime back in 2015. I never expected to get into it so much when I first started. Or maybe I did know, somewhere in the back of my mind. Well, more on origins later; but when I look back at it as I am now, it has been some journey. The creative expanse and flexible nature is something I've always admired about this art form. And the pure emotions that I'm confronted with always make me fall deeper in love.

About me, I like to call myself an aspiring author. It's not entirely accurate though; I did publish my poetry book back in 2019. In a sense, my mindset of being an author is tied to the novel that I've been working on since 2014. A lot of issues have popped up throughout my writing career and I have ended up, not for the first time, back at square one. But I want to give this passion one more chance, one final effort to succeed.

Recently, I started working in the field of software engineering, and once again I find my focus drifting. Whether this path leads to my writing taking off or not, only time will tell. If everything works out, I'll be able to complete my novel in the near future, collab to write a couple of manga and even make an anime someday.

I have always loved to collect stuff; there's a ton of books stacked up in my bookshelf. Over the years, that habit has crept into buying games on steam (half of which I still haven't played). Naturally, the otaku goodies followed suit. My manga collection is growing steadily and I got my first Nendoroid figurine (RBC from Cells at Work) sometime back in 2020. I'll put some pics up whenever I find the time.
