The first 30 or so Reborn episodes are very similar to Sakamoto, they feature the same comedy involving high school, delinquents, characters everyone thinks as cool, playing games (like snow fights) with ridiculous twists, they both have nice characters, and even the music in Sakamoto is very similar to Reborn. Well-thought plot that makes you watch more, dark atmosphere and colours, but slill there is some humour. Flame Hazes and Exorcists don't have other choice but to fight many desperate battles for a serious cause, most of them agreed to it because they wanted revenge except for main characters, and that's why they try to find the "third option" conclusion for the prolonged battles.
