They have the same idea, but instead of a 'disgusting' face, my recommendation is on the heavier side than the other girls. Both have boys around them after their 'beautification'.

In both anime the MCs are surrounded by beautiful and strong girls. They have to manage the kingdom in a fantasy world (Genjitsu Shugi no Akaji Kokka Saisei Jutsu), or in their own world. but with the help of the girl they're most interested in (and by making alliances with other regions), they also succeed in battles, changes and the kingdoms recovery. The main difference is that Genjitsu Shugi no Akaji Kokka Saisei Jutsu focuses more on the political / military / resources issues to save the kingdom and feels a little more serious, whereas Tensai Ouji no Akaji Kokka Saisei Jutsu is more comedy oriented, because the prince just wants to sell the kingdom and disappear, but it doesn't go as he expected. Both are also genius that scheme and react to the schemes of others and they are very protective of their family and throw caution in the wind if they are threatened or insulted. Not to forget that one is a harem isekai and the other is more traditional fantasy. Wein is also a combat prodigy, where Souma isn't a fighter at all.

I don't know why, but it feels as if Vampir Kufa is similar to Sebastian. Like Sebastian is in secret a demon and Vampir Kufa is half vampire lycanthrope. They like to tease their "Masters" and they both have ulterior motives. Melida Angel is the opposite from Ciel. First of all, Melida is a girl, she is shy, quiet and overall bullied. But the interaction with Vampir Kufa (teacher / Student) is almost the same as Ciel with Sebastian.

KnB may not fight monsters or demons, but they do have the friendship that I saw here. Tatsuma Hiyuu and Kyouichi Horaiji have the same 'relationship' as Tetsuya Kuroko and Taiga Kagami. Kuroko and Hiyuu act a lot like each other but still, they carry a deep secret.

Both Tsuna and Sena are victim of bullying and have no friends. They both have a female character that supports them. They are have a talent (or in this case a family business) that they are being pressured to do and after some time, they like it. Later, they get more friends and love the things that they are doing.
