"Ore ga Suki nano wa Imouto dakedo Imouto ja Nai", or "My Sister, My Writer" is Brave.
Brave enough to get published as an ongoing light novel series, brave enough to get adapted into a 10 episode anime, and brave enough for this anime to be simulcast on crunchyroll, being one of the highest advertised of the season. Brave enough to do all this, while being the actual worst series I've stuck through.
Joining the likes of "Eromanga Sensei" and "Oreimo" as one of those trashy little sister anime, "My Sister, My Writer" truly shows us just how far society has regressed. I love little sister anime

with all of my heart, as I am a degenerate, but watching through this anime was truly a testament to my patience. Last year, when Eromanga came out, I enjoyed it more than you can imagine, despite its many flaws and actually criminal plot. By the time this anime came out, I figured it couldn't possibly be any worse, and that I'd enjoy it just as much; boy was I wrong.
Almost every episode is plagued with the worst of the worst quality of animation, stooping below even Black Clover and Dragon Ball Super. Episode 9 in particular caused me to convulse and almost impulsively blow up my twitter with an animation rant that would put shitposters to shame(Though I controlled myself and ate some ice cream instead). The animation in episode 9 was so poor, under-detailed and sporadic that I actually couldn't tell what was going on. Thanks for that, anime god.
Characters... I guess you could say there were characters, though it's not as if they were any more than archetypes. Suzuka, the titular main girl is nothing more than a Tsundere Little Sister. The other girls are all stereotypical archetypal characters, all wanting the dick of the main guy for god knows why. Speaking of which, this main guy, I don't even remember his name, but he makes me want to actually die. He is the definition of a cuck. His voice is actually that of a whiny, self-entitled man-child who is clearly in the business of watching other men fuck his hot wife-sister and harem of hot bitches that he doesn't deserve... Looks like I got a little carried away. This guy actually pisses me off so much.
At this point, you might be wondering if there is anything good that I can say about this show. Despite the fact that I could keep going on forever about the many things I hate about this show, there actually are a few things that I guess I could consider positives, if only in comparison to everything else about this show. The pros are as such;
-Ahegao Double-Peace-sensei is fucking amazing. She just loves drawing hardcore porn, and isn't gonna let anybody tell her no. Fuck yeah.
-Sakura literally looks like a penis. Seriously, her silhouette is literally the shape of a penis.
-The OP song is pretty cute.
-Suzuka is also mildly cute.
"My Sister, My Writer" may be Brave, but it is actually terrible. Slogging through it is painful and confusing, and you should never watch it. The only possible use this anime could ever serve, is using the promotional material for "research".
