For some reason, this two mangas give me similar vibe. The romance starts from the girl getting interested in her schoolmate, which eventually turns into love. His feelings are a bit unclear at the begining. The girl doesn't have much love experience but she's facing the love head on. The boy is kind of mysterious. And of course like in (almost) every shoujo manga, we have additional people in love with our main characters. Both mangas just give you the 'realistic' vibe and show the growth of the characters in the relationship.

The two manhwas have similar vibe in the romance part. Protagonists don't really like each other at first and need a bit of push from a third party to start truly looking at each other. Both have secrets they cannot tell others, while the girl's secrets have a supernatural background. Also, the supernatural part is connected with a long family history that also plays a big role.

One word - threesome. One of the boys just can't decide between his sex friend/lover and a best friend that he loves/friend he shares everything with. Will the love triangle stay polygamous, depends on the story but both mangas focus on the polygamous type of relationship.

At first, it may seem weird to compare this two, especially since Junjou Shounen is an omegaverse and HtT obviously isn't. Yet, I find the tragic past of the uke, their line of work, superficial "love" towards sex and being stuck in the past quite similar. And there's the protective, shiba-like seme who gets struck by uke's past but can't let go so easily. Even though uke tries very hard to be hated.

On the surface this mangas have nothing in common but reading Kimiiro, I was feeling similar sensations as while reading HgK. Both manga show slow romances where characters dwell about their own feelings and want to stay close not really sure why. Moreover, both works show a happy/cheerful character getting involved with a bit unsociable person with a lot of personal problems. Naturally, they influance one another and change thanks to each other. I think if you liked one, you won't regret reading the other one.

Both are manhwas which give similar type of atmosphere and the story goes in the same direction (I don't want to spoil too much but once you read both till the end, you should get what I mean). There's also a love triangle between three man (Pure) and two man with not annoying (!) woman (Triangle).

Both works are truly tragic, lots of domestic violence and difficult family situations. Big role of "brotherly love" and the romance develops slowly and with lots of inside problems.

Both stories have similar auras of mystery and death. In the beginning there are few separated stories and later they let us get to know the circumstances of people working for the site (JS) or the inn (UY). Both manga have complicated, quiet girl a as a heroine and bunch of people working with her and dealing with supernatural business. They both wear classical japanese clothes (yukata) and seem to be of another realm.

Both manga deal with unusual relationship between a young man and a child that became father and daughter out of certain circumstances. While Usagi Drop starts when Usagi is very young, Yajirobee shows the realtionship when Haru is graduating into high school. They both have this warm feeling and not very dramatic way of telling the story.

When I was reading Kasa no Shita, the image of bitter-sweet, triangle love between Hitomi, Ryuu and Hikaru from Hydra/Rules pooped up in my head right away. Both mangas give similar feeling of mixed emotions, strongly affecting its readers, making us love and hate certain characters and feel strong connection with them. The storytelling is also quite similar, drama and amazing art mixed up together. One of characters notice feelings the other two have for each other in both mangas and he's tring to go between them, snatching one for himself. Both mangas are going to break your heart in some moments, so better brace yourself.

They both yaoi that have humans turing into animals, although the circumstances are different. SGL is a bittersweet story with harsh past and so is KKnA but SGL have sweet story telling while KKnA story is rough and graphic so overall, they similar in the cats part, don't expect any similarities in the plot or the "feeling" of this mangas.

Kimi ga Inakerya Iki mo Dekinai and the story of Chiaki and Hatori are similar because of the characters personalities. Uke are both messy, childish human beings, completely unaware of love, focused on drawing manga and sleeping in semes beds after deadline. They rely on seme characters in terms of cooking, cleaning and in board meaning just making the living. Also the couples were childhood friends and they were always together.

Hamatora The Animation

Main characters have special powers with which they help people. They learn how to use them in special 'schools' and usually fight in pairs. Although DGM have quite a lot of humor, it's written much more serious than Hamatora which can make you feel like in a rollercoaster while swinging between serious action and complete change of scenery.

Although this two are not very similar in the plot or characters, they both give you a similar vibe and feelings. Characters fight in pairs and have been born with special powers, about which they were/are learning in special school only for such children. Both anime swing between drama and special kind of humor, sometimes leaving the mine plot behind by adding comedy episodes out of blue, and this exactly why I always thought about Soul Eater humor while watching Hamatora.

First 3 chapters in Bi no Isu and 6 chapter of SFR involve rape by toys. Both seme act violent while uke don't fight with them (their reasons for that are completely different though). Both stories have scary and dark aura, although SFR is more graphic and give you much stronger feeling of sick relationship.
