Anime Adaption: Yes (Available to watch on Hulu and Crunchyroll)
Story: Such an interesting premise that is executed in a charming, hilarious, and heartwarming matter. Imagine being adopted into a family where your mom is a bad ass assassin and your dad is a bad ass spy. They may be the best at their profession but their hardest job is going to be navigating the world of parenthood and what it means to have/be a family. Very unique and interesting concept. Having a young and impressionable mind being able to read minds makes for an overall fun story. If you’re not into wacky
...
comedy with some action, then I’d steer clear. 10/10
Art: Nothing to complain about. Very nice art style. The detail in drawing certain scenes is *chefs kiss*. 10/10
Characters: I personally have no beef with any of the characters. In my opinion, they’re all likeable and fun and goofy in their own way. As the chapters go on, I’m sure the author will dive more into their characters and backstories and we as the audience will really get to see some massive character development and understanding. Even though I like all of the characters, I could see where someone wouldn’t like a character. For example, Anya. Her personality and character is not everyone’s cup of tea but that’s okay. I find her charismatic, unique, misunderstood, and so much more. I cannot wait to learn more about the characters. 9/10
Enjoyment/Overall: A very nice manga that I think deserves all of the love and praise for its creativity, uniqueness, and quirkiness. If you’re not into quirky manga with lots of comedy then I’d skip (but I hope you don’t). 10/10

*Spoiler free* Whew. I really want this to become an anime. There’s a live action on Netflix but it doesn’t do it justice in my opinion. On to the review!
Story: The story is pretty solid. It doesn’t require much thinking. It’s pretty cut and dry. I kind of wish there was more of an in-depth explanation for why the thing was happening but I guess that’s what the prequel is for (Shotgun Boy). I think the author did a great job conveying the fear that was instilled in the characters. I truly felt a lot of their pain and regrets. The gore was really good
...
and the psychological/horror aspect was on point. It’s hard to find a solid horror comic (for me) but this one will satisfy apocalyptic and horror fans. 9/10
Characters: Your average characters. It’s an apocalyptic world you could say, so the author did a good job displaying that power struggle and the hunger to be in charge. In the real world, everyone has their own ideas of how things should be ran and not everyone will get along. It’s shown in movies like The Purge, The Platform, Cube, and many other horror films. I really enjoyed this aspect of the story. The main character isn't anything special. Your typical main character. Wants to do the right thing, doubts their capabilities, etc. There are unlikeable characters but they are meant to unliked. You’ll know what I mean if you read it. There are also really likeable characters who are very smart, cunning, witty, and bad ass. 8/10
Art: I was iffy on the art. I hated it in the beginning but the story was so good that I overlooked it. However, I’ve reread this story a couple of times and it has grown on me. Definitely not my favorite art style but it’s not the worst. I love the way the author drew the antagonists (don’t want to say what the antagonists are). Very creepy and creative. I actually got chills with some of the designs. 7/10
Enjoyment/Overall: A very good horror comic compared to a lot of other ones out there. The author did a great job on the story and art. If you’re wanting something creepy, I’d suggest it. I highly enjoyed it. It’s something that you could stay up till 1 o’clock in the morning reading. 9/10

If you’re looking for an amazing slice of life anime, you’re not going to get it here. It has its funny moments. It’s “aweeeee. How cute” moments. It’s WTF moments. Cringe moments. If you’re looking to pass the time then I’d 10 out of 10 recommend giving it a shot. It won’t make you cry or anything. I wish they’d depict social anxiety in a more realistic light. Some parts nailed it like when she tried to order food and walked right out. Been there, done that. It’s decent. Not the worst thing in the world but not the best.
If you can’t and don’t
...
like over sexualizing and fawning, then skip. My biggest pet peeve (I hate this in anime and manga) is where EVERYONE likes the main female or male character for no reason other than their attractiveness. Sure sign that I will toss my computer or phone across the room.

I was a little skeptical when I started reading this manga, but it is really heartwarming. People need to read the manga for what it is. The story is about a group of friends who wish they could’ve saved their friend. That is the premise. That is what the manga revolves around. The concept is very unique and I have never read a manga like this.
Of course, there are flaws. I wish the sci-fi theme could have went a little bit deeper. In my opinion, there was not much character development. Naho didn’t have much of a personality, but the other characters balanced that
...
out and it made for an enjoyable read. The other three friends just were not memorable though. I remember Naho, Kakeru, and Suwa. Don’t ask me what the others names are.
I love anything that deals with mental health. This manga did an okay job with it. Kakeru’s feelings were very much realistic. How it was dealt with is where I was side-eyeing the manga.
Overall, there’s a strong plot but the characters are lacking.

Wow. This anime was just.....wow. It was a roller-coaster. If you don't mind getting caught up in your feelings, I'd highly recommend watching this. Fair warning: it's a psychological anime, so it'll fuck with your mind a little bit.
10/10 Story: VERY unique. I don't believe I've ever watched an anime like this before. It's actually in a way realistic. It just draws you in from the beginning. You have these broken characters and you want to know why they're so broken. After episode 14, I did feel that it dragged on a little bit. Nonetheless, it was still amazing. Crazy good plot.
----------
10/10 Art:
...
Very refreshing art. Some of the best art I've seen in a long time. It gave me Attack On Titan art vibes and I just loved it.
----------
8/10 Sound: I REALLY loved the ending and opening songs. They were great. One was in English and that surprised me. It's kind of rock n' roll and that was a plus for me.
-----------
10/10 Characters: Great character development. Not all of the characters were likable (watch the anime and you'll find out why). However, every character did serve a purpose. The main characters all came to specific realizations in their lives.
-----------
Overall 8/10: It wasn't the best anime I've ever watched, but it was pretty damn good. I honestly wish there was a little more romance. The ending was good, although I would've changed it a little bit. Overall, I think it's a great anime.

Don't think. Just read the manga. It's SO good.
Let me start off by saying if you don't like or are not okay with manga's that have sex, cursing, big boobs, prostitutes, psychological stuff, gangs, violence, bad-ass characters, then I wouldn't read it if I were you. This manga isn't for everyone. Moving along.
Story: 10/10 If I could describe the plot in one word it would be interesting. It's very interesting. The climax is good. You want to know more about these people and what they're all about. The story-line is unique. I don't think I've really read a manga like this before. At first
...
I was skeptical about reading it, but you should like it IF you have an open mind. It moves kinda fast. Beware. So read it carefully or you'll end up confused.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Art: 9/10 I love the authors drawing style. It's very different and good. The main female character is drawn so beautifully. I love the fact that she has darker skin. You don't see many characters in manga's and anime's that have dark skin.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Characters: 10/10 SUPER likable. The two main guy characters are really cool. Nic is VERY interesting. I've never seen a character like him before. The main girl character isn't annoying as fuck which makes me happy. She's a strong character. Oh. And the manga leaves room for shipping. Nic x Alex

Plot/Story: 10/10 I just want to start off by saying that this anime is SO fucking funny. You'll be laughing in the first five minutes. Unless you know......you don't have a sense of humor. Super original and unique plot. You got this yakuza looking guy looking after a baby. I mostly watched this just for the comedy.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Art: 8/10 Very good art. Not too shabby.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sound: 9/10 Nice voices. The baby's voice is adorable.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Characters: 9/10 Super likable characters. Most of them are so funny. Decent character development.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Overall: 8/10 If you like to laugh. Watch this anime. If you're one of those people who THINK they
...
have a sense of humor, but low-key don't. Don't watch this anime. :D

Plot/Story-line: 9/10 I love the plot. One question will always pop into your head. Why? The anime leaves you guessing and wanting more. Which is good. It's not funny. It has its little funny moments here and there. But those are very rare moments. It's more dark and deep than funny. If you're looking for a funny anime, you've come to the wrong place.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Art: 10/10 Beautiful, beautiful, and gorgeous. The animation is so good. Props to the animators. The manga has pretty good art too.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sound: GREAT sub AND dub voices. The emotions are good. I prefer the dub. The soundtrack is SOOOOO good
...
too. The song in episode 13 though.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Characters: 6/10 They don't have really memorable characters. YET. Armin is a little annoying. Mikasa is like fuck everybody else, I only care about Eren. It's like everyone can die for all she cares, as long as Eren is okay. Eren is.....Eren. Hopefully season 2 has better character development and in the manga. There's like ZERO character development.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Overall: 9/10 It's really good. I love the gore. It could be better though. Make a little character development, make some characters less annoying and self-centered, and we're golden.

Plot: Original plot and storyline. It's easy to follow. There're not a lot of fillers. You can always go to animefillerlist.com if you want to see which episodes are fillers. It'll make you cry and it'll make you laugh. Just watch it.
Art: Don't judge the anime just on the art. I'm not going to lie, it's a little funky in the beginning. The art gets SO good later on in the series. I'm getting tired of people only watching the first episode and then they go and talk shit about the anime. At least, watch multiple episodes.
Sound: The best voice actors ever. The
...
dub voice actors are really good as well. So if you're the kind of person who prefers dub over sub, then you're in good hands. I can't praise the voice acting enough.
Soundtrack: Really enjoyable music. The openings are so hyped.
Characters: I just love the characters. The characters are so funny and just really enjoyable. You really get into the characters. I rarely find any characters in One Piece annoying. And the character development is pretty good.
Overall: A bomb as anime. Don't hesitate, just watch. This anime will make you cry over a damn ship and it will make you laugh. It's just soooooo good.
