I wasn't expecting anything from this anime and while I do like it, I had to put it on hold.
I like the story and love how it's horror but not serious and at times even cute. The issue is that I'm getting a bit bored. Every episode (up to episode 6) has felt like the same episode just with slightly different locations and spirits. The same thing happens EVERY episode: she sees spirits but pretends she doesn't, hangs out with her non spirit seeing friend while trying to not expose that she can see spirits, and repeat.

Personally, I enjoyed this anime but I think that's only because I watched the live-action film first. Unless you've seen the movie or have read the manga I don't think most people would enjoy this series as the story and style of the anime plus the sexual content may be a bit much. As for me, I think the original story is quite unique and doesn't feel like other supernatural demon anime's which is why I've watched the anime and film.
