Both anime are set in an elite high school setting. Both anime have a female protagonist cross-dressing to join an all boys club. Both anime have a "commoner" protagonist who works hard to get into an elite school. Both involve rich and priveleged characters who have trouble understanding basic ideas(in a humorous way) Both involve a lot of beauty, fashion, and mix slice of life, romance, and comedy elements together. Both have a very unique art style. Both might seem at odd at first but grow on you with time. Both of them are good wholesome fun and I really enjoy them!

Both shows have light-hearted romance themes. Both are in high school club settings with tight knit friend groups. Both are FREAKING HILARIOUS! Comedy shows. Both have an incredibly endearing cast of characters that you can't help but love and root for. Both use episodic storytelling but also have progression throughout the whole series, all while keeping it fairly lighthearted. Both deal with "commoners" going to an elite school where they face and overcome prejudice. Both have characters who deal with the strain and even abuse of living with overly strict parents with high expectations. Both really tug at your heart strings. Both are really good.
