This anime is somewhere between Lucky Star and Ranma 1/2. There's martial arts that shows up from time to times. The characters are so cute and same thing for the sondtrack.
Story: At first there isn't much action action and the story is kind of simple. But then, other character like Cha-chi, Kaede and Mary appear and the show gets more interesting. The story is were touching, cute and funny.
Art: The art is great. Although personally, I didn't like the messed up character design they used in the opening of the first episodes but the new opening's is way better. The art for the show is
...
GREAT!
Animation: Well there isn't much to say the episode are approximately 10 minutes long, after all xP
Sound: The sound/soundtrack is great and I like the voice actor they used. Nuff said...
Enjoyment: If you like comedy, Penguin Musume Heart is A MUST! It's not boring and there is too much gag repetion like in some other anime that I won't name. The ecchi is not overly present too.
Overall: It's a great anime for those like me who are otakus. (so...yeah, 10/10)
For those who liked Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu, you HAVE to watch this, it's the same thing except funnier! I'm really enjoying it, and it's short so it's convenient, I think.
