...then you might like Aldnoah.Zero add

Both share visually the same similarities of unique elements such as having the feel of space, mecha, sci-fi . War is involve and there's a struggle of trying to survive and help each nation to defend themselves from outer conflict. Protagonists also develops really well and is very likable in most of the story. Both stories deal with trying to solve problems and restore peace instead of fighting. There's a lot of action that will keep you on your toes. If you're a fan of sci-fi and action blended with suspense/thriller, both are definitely worth checking out. Highly recommended for sci-fi fans!

Both series have war and a lot of relationships to outside conflict and each side having to defend and attack. Both involving a lot of terrorism and solving crimes. Highly similar protagonists, very calm and very determined to help one another to find solutions to problems.

Both series are similar in many ways: Both have mechas, a lot of war and conflict going on between invasion of an outerworld force from another planet. Story involves young soldiers training to be involved in the military and fight in robots by defending home from attacks from foreign enemy.

Both the main characters are almost very similar, they have the determination to become one of the best and strongest person there is. In both series they possess unbelievable strength and power already or later on. They both are also similar since they have a path of solitude and basically not wanting to rely on others that much. Another aspect about both series is that they both have a lot of Drama since the main characters have at least a lost a loved one. Both are also really good Shounen and this one is mostly Seinen 'cause the characters are more matured for a lot of older teens and adults and this paired with lots of action and violence is what makes it stand out.

Both are sports anime that involves having 2 characters trying to accomplish to reach their goal to be one of the best and hard-working sports player. Trying to pursue a career for both takes a lot of patience for both main characters in each anime, so definitely both animes are very magnifying to see each characters trying to attain their goal.

If you liked Seihou Bukyou Outlaw Star add

...then you might like Kidou Senshi Gundam 00 add

Both Mobile Suit Gunadm 00, and Outlaw Star have the meccha type anime and plot takes place in mostly from a galaxy far far away in outer space, =P. Not really but you get the whole concept that both animes pretty much takes place outside the world and use Mecchas. Anyways, these two animes made me realize you don't really have to be a hardcore meccha anime fan or a casual meccha anime person to be honest, but it's basically watchable to any people who are into anime in general. It's amazing to see the that Mobile Gundam 00 has more actiona packed and more Mecchas, I haven't seen the anime full yet but I've seen previews and from friends that this anime is amazing. On the other hand, Outlaw Star has Mecchas, action, adventure and what not, but it focuses on the Romance aspect as well.

...then you might like Kidou Senshi Gundam 00 add

Believe it or not, Neon Genesis Evangelion is basically the predecessor to all the meccha animes ever made in history that pretty much influenced the whole concept of Mecchas . Watching Neon Genesis: Evangelion is a must if your going to watch this anime. So don't hesitate, Both are a remarkable series that has great characters, great storyline, and the whole concept of mecchas.

If you liked Darker than Black: Kuro no Keiyakusha add

...then you might like Kara no Kyoukai Movie 1: Fukan Fuukei add

Watching Kara No Kyoukai came to mind that it made me think about Darker Than Black. After watching Darker than Black and Kara no kyoukai, both animes seem so incredibly fascinating in terms of supernatural events, not necessarily supernatural but Kara no Kyoukai has more mystery into it that leads to more further investigating than Darker Than Black. Darker Than Black deals with contractors who are humans as well, though I haven't really come to study about the true meaning of contractors, but contractors are just like humans who possess human characteristics. That being said, I highly recommend this anime to Kara No Kyoukai due to the fact they both deal with investigation type of scenario.

...then you might like Darker than Black: Kuro no Keiyakusha add

It's funny sometimes to see that Ghost Hunt and Darker than BLACK both has the mystery type, investigation, type of anime. However, Ghost Hunt has more Comedy into the anime than Darker Than Black. On the other hand, I find that Darker Than Black has lots of funny parts on most of the episodes, but most of the time it's mostly focused on the serious aspect of investigation.

Both of these animes seem to have a lot of similarities. They basically both deal and have that mystery and investigation aspect.

If you liked Seihou Bukyou Outlaw Star add

I made this recommendation for Outlaw Star because everyone is forgetting about this anime has a lot on Meccha and Space ship adventures and what not. If you like the concept of Meccha and animes that takes place in space then this is definitely the type of anime worth checking out. It has all the Sci-fi/Fantasy of a good anime. Both animes are definitely are really good to check out.

Everyone is forgetting the similarities between Neon Genesis Evangelion and Outlaw Star. Both animes was release upon about the same century and era, both have meccas, both the storyline and plot pretty much takes place in space. What more can you ask for? These 2 animes reminded me of each other when I saw anime for the first time when I was little.
