I played the VN, which was better than this, I would reccomend the VN. The manga for the VN is missing some pieces I feel like, so if you want the complete storylines then definitely go for the VN. If you don't want to use up too much time then read the manga
But the manga is ok i guess, you can still get the idea of whats happening. The storyline is fine, and the art style is similar to the style you see in the actual VN itself
around a 6/10, maybe I would rate higher if I didn't have higher expectation from reading the VN

Do not watch this hentai if you are not into anything hardcore. There are a few vanilla scenes in the hentai scattered rarely throughout, but you would have to skip a lot.
Storyline: 5/10 The storyline, like most hentai, didn't exactly make much sense. If you haven't played the eroge, don't even bother deciphering the storyline in the hentai. Art: 10/10 Unlike many other hentai I have watched, this hentai actually has really good art; if you are interested in extreme scenes.
