Similar main characters. Komi is more funny while dress-up is more focused. I prefer My Dress Up Darling since it's I find it less formulaic.

Tragic stories that blend fantasy. Punpun is my recommendation for a more fleshed-out story since the characters have much less defined goals, but strong morals. Eri is much more self-contained and progressed.

Both have -Maid cafe -Maid cafe with different personality -sadistic maid the main character -Manager involved with illegal activity Other than keywords these shows are similar since both take ordinary situations are portray them in a very intense way like most other shounen would. I believe Komi to be the better since character relations are first to comedy where Blend is the vice-versa.

-Both include the main character getting power similar to the enemy -Both include regenerative enemies -Both include tragic backstories Demon slayer, however, puts much more human into its villains than the Titans which are very disposable. If you want more action I recommend AOT. If you want more character development I recommend Demon Slayer.

Komi is essentially a more extreme version of Hitori Bocchi. Komi must make 100 friends while Bocchi must befriend the class. Komi on the other hand is not given a motive. Bocchi has no love interest to help her which isn't much of a problem since Bocchi can communicate. If you like more of a wacky rom-com, you would like Komi.

Both have the main character be simped over in a gay manner by people of the same sex while said main character is not explicitly gay themselves. In Kobayashi's case, this is shown to take a much more serious tone as nobody ever attempts to harm Komi. The simps also work at a maid cafe. If Agari is your favorite character for some reason you would like this in my OPINION.

Both have characters with dyed hair, large breasts, and 0 IQ. However, Chika is not a servant and this makes her a better character. Agari on the other hand is seen to be a doormat. If you like more romance Kaguya would be my OPINION to watch. If you like more since of life then my OPINION would be Komi.
