If you thought this was spam, then you're wrong. This is not just spam, this is Daimidaler-level spam.
Daimidaler is the essence of insanity and craziness. With robots powered by perversion and 'penguins' with front 'tails', Daimidaler was a show that made me laugh and think about what the hell I just watched.
Every Saturday morning, when I wake up, Daimidaler is up and subbed on plenty of anime sites. So, the first thing I do in my day is get a dose of triple mindfuck and laughability. Daimidaler always makes my day, especialy the penguin scenes.
'That's right. If one reads another's porno magazines, one must return them properly."
-Penguin Empire
So, let me get straight to the review.
Story: 6
Daimidaler doesn't have much of a story. All of it is about humans, penguins, robots and porn magazines. It's entertaining as fuck, but there's not much of a plot.
Art: 9
Even though the art looks pretty old, it matches Daimidaler's theme and atmosphere. All I have to say is, the mechas. They look awful, which makes this show even funnier. I mean, even the MC gets annoyed by that one puny arm that the Daimidaler has. Overall, the art is pretty funny.
Sound: 8
The OSTs and the sound effects were pretty run-of-the-mill, but the OP is what makes this good. Kenzen Robo Daimidaler, sung by Endohkai, is sorta old-styled like the art. But, on the other hand, it's catchy as hell and is a song that makes this show enjoyable.
Character: 9
The first MC and his girl -ahem, toy- are one of the highlights of this show. Mandanbashi Kouichi is the most perverted and crazy high schooler that i've ever seen (besides Issei), which makes him funny to watch as he abuses Kyouko inside the Daimidaler for Hi-ERO Particles, which I like to call High-on-drugs-Erotic Particles. Ritz was also funny as hell to watch, and the Penguin Empire was probably the thing that got me to give all this a nine. Only bad character in this show was Souma.
Enjoyment: 10
Like a said before, this show is like weed. It makes you high and is insanely enjoyable. I laugh like crazy everytime Kouichi or the Penguin Empire has a scene.
Overall: 9
If you like crazy and nonsensical anime, then you will love this show. If you hate these types of show, go away or the penguin empire will attack you with their front-tail cannons. This show is drugs and epicness combined together.
Watch Daimidaler and see for yourself. You'll either drop it in the first five minutes or watch all the way, laughing.

Muscles or Physics?
Around two months ago, I took a try at the Little Busters visual novel. So I downloaded the 3 GB file and I played through it. I have one word.
Amazing.
The visual novel was beautiful in many aspects. It had some great comedic scenes like the 'Loli-Loli Hunters', the Muscle Sensation, and other laughable parts. Then there were the feels, with the character routes and Refrain, the true route of LB.
This review will be about the anime adaptation for Refrain.
So, this fall season, after the JC Staff announced the second season for LB after their first 'mediocre' season, I took a try at the
...
VN. I had not watched the first season anyways, so I didn't know shit. There.
So after being blown away by the Little Busters visual novel, I took a try at the JC Staff version.
Lets just say... it was good, but not as good as I was expecting.
The story for Refrain is directly adapted from the visual novel, making it beautiful and, well, great. With a ton of plot twists and tear-jerking scenes, the story for LB is better than most anime out there. I can't go into detail for this or the whole thing will be spoiled.
Here's a big downfall for Refrain. The art. JC Staff is famous for their, cough, 'mediocre', cough, art. Refrain was a big step up from their first season of LB, making this anime more decent for the eyes. Still, the art can't really compare to the visual novel. Heck, I really wanted this to be remade by KyoAni, I would give that an eleven or twelve.
Back on topic, the art for Refrain is decent at best. I still enjoyed it, but deep inside of me, I still wanted it to be a bit better.
The sound for both seasons of LB are taken directly from the VN, even the OSTs. All credits go to Jun Maeda. The exception was the opening for Refrain and 2 of the EDs. Sort of surprising, wasn't expecting it. I still liked it, and it still matched the mood of LB a bit.
Anyways, the soundtracks for Little Busters are very nice and they almost always match the theme of the scenes. Jun Maeda is a great composer, and Rita is a great singer.
The characters for LB, simply amazing. Mostly extremely likable, GO KURUGAYA!!!
Okay. Each character gets development, and anyone can grow to like at least 5 of them after finishing the series. Even the guys.
Sadly, I cannot go into much detail for the characters because many of their personalities affect the story.
I enjoyed this even though it did not live up to my expectations. I even marathoned the first 10 episodes, being the Little Busters fanboy I was. It was a nice ride, and now it's over.
Overall, play the visual novel first. After that, watch Refrain. Don't even watch the first season. Just follow me.
9/10

Well, I've only read one volume of this series, so there won't be any major spoilers. Just from reading the first volume of Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance, I know that this series will be great.
Blade Dance takes place in a fantasy-like world where spirits and Elementalists live. The MC of this, Kamito, is a special man that can tame spirits. He meets a naked girl, Claire Rouge, in a forest and almost gets whipped repeatedly with a fire whip. Figures, he was commenting on her panties and how flat her chest it. Black is too early for you! Anyways, the girl is trying to
...
get another powerful spirit along with her black fire cat called Scarlet. After she fails to tame a sealed sword, Kamito gets in the way and tames it. Since Claire wanted the sword really badly, she wants Kamito as her own manservant. Women all think that they're greater than men, right? Girl logic. As the story progresses, new characters are introduced, like Ellis who pretty much half hates Kamito, Est, the sword spirit who doesn't have any idea about society, Greyworth, a slightly perverted witch, and Rinslet, a cold girl who's a rival to Claire, including trying to make Kamito her servant. FUCK GIRL LOGIC!
The art inside the novels was pretty average, maybe slightly above, compared to other light novels. Not many special things there.
There were a bunch of characters here with different personalities. Ellis, a tsundere with (maybe) feelings for Kamito, the big-breasted maid, who's clumsy and doesn't like too much violence, Grayworth, a slightly cold witch who likes to blackmail, and Claire, another tsundere with feelings for Kamito. Overall, it was varied and it worked with the story.
I enjoyed this anime. Right when I thought Machine-Doll wa Kizutsukanai was damn great, this novel shoved it to the side and was like, "Read me, bitch." I gave it a try, and damn was it good. Enjoyed it as much as Machine-Doll, as in a 10/10.
Overall, this was a really entertaining light novel. A few jokes, nude scenes, action, yeah. Pretty much sums up into a great light novel. Thank you Japan for light novels, because I get bored after reading 200 American novels in my lifetime.

Well, this was on fucking badass anime. Oh yeah, this is my second review on MAL. My first one sucked. A lot. Okay, time to start his review!
First up, THE STORY! That was probably the worst part of this anime. I had no idea what was going on at the start of the anime. So first this awesome fight scene with 3D and a lot of CG pops up for a minute or two. Then it switches to a regular school scene. It repeats this cycle over and over in the anime. I had no idea what was going on here. Of course, later on
...
I grasped the meaning of this situation. But the PLOT HOLES, goddammit. They need to patch those up. Maybe take a bucket of explaining and a few pieces to fix them.
The Sound wasn't bad at all. The traditional Black Rock Shooter song with Hatsune Miku and supercell in there. Definitely matches. I'm not a big fan of Miku(sorry guys, but GO LILY!!!), but this song matched and I sorta liked it.
Here comes the character train. The characters in the "other world" as they call it were pretty epic in terms of looks and personality. They didn't talk much though. Only Black Rock Shooter really talked at the end. The characters in the "real world" were average, nothing special. Average anime school girls, whatever you call them. I'd give it an 8 for this at most.
Well, did i damn enjoy this anime. The fighting sequences were top-tier. Never seen an action anime like BRS. I mean, I could be a Sports Anchor and be like, "There goes Black Rock Shooter giving a skeleton her flying kick! She draws out her swords and slices and blasts the surrounding soldiers with some smooth moves!" You get what I mean.
Overall, this anime called "Black Rock Shooter" was some top-tier action for me. On my list of action, this would probably place #1. Oh yeah, I even have a BRS pencil case :D. Jelly? So, to wrap up this quick review that I finished in less than 20 minutes, I'll give BRS an overall of 9. Pretty nice of me, huh? See you next time at...somewhere here on this site. Be sure to check out my anime list!

Row. Row. Fight the POWA! This anime is one of the best ones I've seen. Compared to some other animes, this one should be at the top. It is very interesting and anyone will just love it.
This anime takes place in a barren world, where humans are forced to live underground. The protagonist, Simon, and his soul brother, Kamina, break the ceiling of their village and reach the surface. A new friend, named Yoko, helps them a lot throughout the adventure. It is very tasteful in some parts, and very funny in others.
The art in this anime is amazing. The artist adds some techniques not
...
seen in any other anime, and it is very effective. The fight scenes in TTGL are very nice, where in the last few episodes, much of the producing money was used for the animating.
The sound is very nice. Some sounds could be tuned up a bit, but overall, it makes the anime awesome. They even put music in the final scenes, and that makes it all the better. The opening and ending songs are very good, and I enjoyed all of them.
The characters are some of the best ones I've ever seen. Simon was developed very well. First, he was very nervous and relied on Kamina. Then, he started to grow up and become braver. At the end, he was out-going and brave like Kamina. He even did some things better. Rossiu started out like Simon, and then he became wiser, except when he did some things that he shouldn't have done :D. Yoko did not develop that much, but she started out very demanding.
I enjoyed this anime a lot. The best part of this anime is the overkill. The giga drill breaker, the Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, the sheer size of everything is what makes this anime enjoyable. The size of many attacks are just overpowered, and the size of some bots make everything epic and top of the line.
Overall, this anime is my top anime. I still cannot find an anime better than this one.
