This is so bad it's good levels of entertainment, that level of The Room and Birdemic Shock and Terror where you know what you're watching is trash but you could watch it with a group of friends and just laugh your ass off with the insane plot, animation and voice acting.
This is one of the progenitors of the Bara genre and it definitely shows it age at times but that makes it even more iconic, and given how big meme culture is it honestly came at the best time.
I would recommend this to people who want a good laugh and don't take things too seriously
...
so while I give it a low rating because objectively it's bad I give it a 7 in humor and entertainment.

This is it, they finally did it, they screwed up so badly I dropped it after episode 10 because in episode 10 they practically flipped me off with 15 minutes of time wasting and in the last 5 minutes 'oh wow let's fight right now!, oh sorry out of time' so this is it but what do you expect when you dont even get full fights, maybe but this is taking lazy to a whole new level, I won't even bother to talk about the story, art, sound, character because just like it wasted my time I won't give this series a full review because
...
it doesn't deserve it.

Story: To quote Drawn Together "I am on a neverending quest to save my boyfriend" is the story this time around, it's practically filler this time around which is probably why it was never dubbed, taking all the effort and development the characters had throughout the first 3 seasons and tossing it out the window. It's incredibly predictable with its fights and doesn't have any excitement or thrill of the match.
Art: pretty standard with the series, no drops in animation or anything.
Sound: In terms of voice acting this was terrible, some of the new characters sounded painfully annoying I will get to a certain
...
person int he character section and in one episode this one guy who they kept cutting to during a fight with Koutei who is my personal favourite since his fights are always fun and he would speak in such an obnoxious, annoying way that i was tempted to just edit out the scenes of him because of how bad he is. Music is pretty standard.
Characters: Congratulations Vanguard, you introduced a character who I hate more than Nagisa and Asaka if that was your intention this whole time, good job. Rati Curtie has got to be one of the most annoying, obnoxious, smug little brat and what's worse is that she plays my favourite clan and just treats one of the best characters terribly, I don't know why we should feel sorry for her when all she does is annoy and treat people like crap. I cheered whenever something bad happened to her and she is one of the reasons I was so close to quitting the show. Every other new character is unlikeable I hated every new character introduced.
Enjoyment: there was no enjoyment in this series, aside from one cardfight everything else was incredibly hollow and bland.
Overall: This series was terrible but does it deserve a 1? No because the original cast saved it and it was cool seeing their new decks in action that was it.

If I could describe this anime in just one word it would be 'generic' everything about it felt so cliche and typical that it just felt like it was just going to be everything you think that would happen does happen and it has no real hook or appeal to it.
Story: The plot is about a demon hybrid named Rin Okumura who goes to a school learning to be an exorcist and has a magic sword and flames as a weapon, that's about it really without giving away anything but you would probably already know what happens from episode 1 as it doesn't do
...
anything different from the standard shonen battle anime. The plot is incredibly easy to follow so you might lose interest early on.
Art: The art is decent but once again its nothing you haven't seen before its just playing it safe, although the blue flames look pretty nice that's about it.
Sound: The openings are quite nice but doesn't really hook you in it's just there, voice acting is okay but nothing special or unique and could be done by anyone.
Character: The main character Rin is your typical reckless, powerful, violent but friendly person who looks very average apart from blue flames, there are a lot of other characters such as his brother Yukio who is the complete opposite of Rin and once again doesn't stand out.
Enjoyment: I watched it because nothing else was on at the time and I just wanted to watch something I don't need to think too hard about, if you just want generic shonen anime then this anime is for you.
Overall: If you're tired of shonen anime then avoid this because every cliche you see is in this series and feel that you watched it but didn't gain anything from it.

There are very few animes that I enjoyed as much as I have this series, maybe because for such an unusual fantasy premise it feels so grounded at the same time.
Story: In another world where every fantasy cliche takes place, the Demon king Satan is at war with the great hero and slowly starts to lose so as a last resort him and his right hand demon Alciel flee through a portal where they end up in our world in Japan and have the fish out of water moment to begin with but quickly transitions to them adapting to our world from renting an
...
apartment and working part time at a Mc Donalds parody and doing a good job at it. While more characters are introduced and there are fantasy elements the main plot is just life and how we can relate to his situation of being on your own and working to make a living and that's one of the reasons why I love the story
Art: The art and animation is very nice standard and doesn't really do anything too out there, so there isn't much to say.
Sound: first off major kudos to the dub for really getting the characters voices down and extra points to Felecia Angelle who voices Emi for really getting that angry tone, the opening is nice to listen to and of course the japanese voice acting is done really well, I would give both a listen to.
Character: This is the main reason why I love this anime, every character is unique and the interaction between them is amazing, from the hero who comes off as a villain, Chiyo didn't irritate me as much as I thought she would, my favourite character is definitely Lucifer because I can relate to him a lot, as a matter of fact a lot of the characters I can relate to because they are written so well and are really funny.
Enjoyment: I could not stop watching this anime and I was extremely sad once it ended, I tried reading the manga but it hasn't gone that far yet but I still hope for a second season, I know a lot of people might not have enjoyed this series as much as I have but I can guarantee it doesn't feel like a waste of time.
Overall: It's a fantasy anime that has a very slice of life element to it that merges the two complete opposite genre's together so well that it can appeal to both fans. 10/10 would watch

Victory Gundam is known to be extremely depressing and for good reason, Tomino, the creator of the Gundam Franchise was depressed at the time because Sunrise was merging with Bandai and this is personally his most hated series and even said 'You are a fool for watching this' But as a Gundam fan I felt it was my duty to watch this and I can see why he hates it so much.
While Victory is a 'kill em all' series, a lot of it was rather unpleasant to watch as there were a lot of deaths that were a little extreme like beheading, vaporized by
...
a beam saber, and crushing your skull. Death is nothing new in the Gundam series but these were some pretty heavy killings and I wouldn't have much of a problem with it except for one thing which is that the main character Uso Erwin is only 13 years old, the youngest pilot at the time before Gundam AGE and all these things happen around him, its a little much for the series and of course the bath scene which I still find very unusual.
The animation is nice and very smooth but for some reason, none of the characters or mech's have any shading, its a solid colour which didn't really bother me but it does stand out while you're watching the series.
There are quite a few characters but I'll focus on the main 2 which are Uso and Shakti. Overall Uso is a likeable character with good traits and a skilled pilot, he does mature quickly in the series. Shakti however is probably one of the most hated if not most hated female lead because she constantly gets captured and actually sometimes goes to the enemy only for the league militaire to rescue her and suffer a casualty each time because of her.
Overall the series pacing was pretty clustered at first but did have a good ending, the characters were likeable except 3 people overall and it did have a pretty decent Gundam.

What more can I say about this anime that hasn't already been said? It's a fantastic show that left an impression on me and I absolutely loved the journey.
The story is so well written that I think it is arguably one of the best scifi anime's out there, the pacing for me was perfect, it took its time to introduce the characters and while people might see it as slow to start off, the payoff is definitely worth the wait. The story is about a self proclaimed "Mad Scientist" named Okabe Rintarou but prefers to be called HOUOIN KYOUMA who experiments the theory of time
...
travel with his other lab members and he come's across a breakthrough that could change the face of science forever.
The art is very dark and rather realistic look to it which actually compliments the theme and atmosphere very well, there are not too many locations, most of it is in the lab which is a small room. I really loved the character designs as they were all very unique and suit their personalities very well.
I loved the opening of steins gate, the voices are spot on, the bgm is subtle and rather quiet and my only nitpick is that they had good oppurtunities for bgm at times but it wasn't utilized but apart from that it was amazing.
This is the crowning achievement for me because I loved every character, all of them likeable. Kurisu or Kristina the Tsundere, Daru the otaku, Mayurii the childish girl with a pure heart, and of course HOUOIN KYOUMA (Okabe Rintarou) who is eccentric, arrogant, paranoid but still likeable because it fits him perfectly. There is no character development apart from Okabe who changes himself for the better but still manages to keep his old traits. Watching him throughout the series and his interactions with others is what really makes the show interesting to watch and be invested as to what they do.
This show while slow at the start becomes incredibly interesting that you cannot help but feel happy, sad, and curious. It's definitely one of the best anime's I have seen and have recommended it to a lot of people.

Akame Ga Kill the animation is the adaptation of an unfinished manga about an assassination group known as Night Raid who are part of a revolutionary army that wants to other throw the cruel empire and most characters wield these ancient weapons known as Teigu which have special skills but only can be wielded by specific people.
Story - (7/10)
The story is very simple, tyranny rules a country and the people are oppressed so a revolution seeks to other throw them, a story that has been done many times but even a simple story done well can still make it unique and Akame Ga Kill manages
...
to add a little more to the formula and that is due to the characters. Sadly though, it was rushed to the restrictions of 24 episodes and the fact that the manga is still going so changes had to be made to have an ending within 24 episodes which do weaken the anime a bit but with what they added still manages to leave you somewhat satisfied.
Art - (8/10)
Like most action anime the animation is fast paced and energetic and doesn't do anything too over the top. The character designs, while simple still managed to have a somewhat distinct design and the transitions of emotions, specifically the villains were done really well when showing their personality visually and that was something I really liked.
Sound - (6/10)
The sound and music were pretty much very generic and nothing too memorable, it sounded good but it could have been done in any other anime.
The seiyu's were also good but nothing too memorable, a very safe choice to me.
Character - (10/10)
This is one of my main reasons why I really liked this anime, the characters were so interesting and engaging that they were so likeable. My favourite is Tatsumi and while he looks pretty simple, he had really great development. In the first episode he actually was already able to handle himself and was quite strong and despite not having a teigu he is still able to fight on near equal footing, what I liked was while he was strong, he wasn't too strong as they shown he had lots of room for improvement and each episode you see him get stronger both physically and as a character, he breaks most traditions of a main character and doesn't fall into the typical good guy category. the other characters like Akame, Bulat, Mine, etc are all very interesting and most have some really good backstories and get as much screen time to display their skills.
Enjoyment - (9/10)
This was a fun anime for me and left me wanting more after each episode, the story is simple but the characters make it interesting and you can get easily invested with what happens.
Overall - (8/10)
I would recommend this for anyone who likes battle anime where the action is intense and really engaging and character driven. While it is rushed, there are still the moments that matter a lot and doesn't feel too dragged or unnecessary, each episode had a purpose and did really well with each one.

Fairy Tail isn't so much a bad anime, it's just over-welcomed it's stay. It was a one trick pony that was constantly played until you get annoyed and see the repetitive nature of the show and it's sad because this had a lot of potential to be really good .
Story - (3/10)
This is one of the weaker aspects of Fairy Tail as it gets daunting and rather boring because there is no real progression, and it becomes incredibly predictable with how it will play out, at first it was pretty fun since the stories did serve a proper purpose and introduced us to some other
...
characters but as it goes on, you feel that it's afraid to make changes to the characters so they just write what they know and that's where the repetitiveness comes from. The gags were funny for the first 20 episodes but then they get really old fast as well as the fanservice, it even gags at important moments, you could have a serious fight but instead have a comedy bit in the middle completely ruining the mood for the fight.
Art - (6/10)
The animation is pretty good for a shounen anime as it can be fast paced and some of the magic does look pretty cool but at the same time, the designs of most characters seem really plain looking, minus maybe 2-3 characters everyone else looks really generic.
Sound - (9/10)
Quite possibly the best thing about Fairy is the sound as it mixes irish folk music with some modern day sounds blending really well and does match the battles that happen, this was something I am glad they kept as it was something very different from the norm. The OP's and ED's were also very nice to listen to and mainly composed of some very energetic pop music.
Characters - (2/10)
This is by far the worst aspect for Fairy Tail, one dimensional, bland, incredibly cliche and just lacked development. I will start off with the main character Natsu who is to me one of the worst MC's in anime ever. He never develops, there is no challenge for him, he doesn't have any conflicts with how he does things its just 'I'll beat the crap out of you' no matter how evil that person is, even if they kill someone he will still treat it more like a sparring match rather than him losing control and losing himself in the process of it, if he's always going to be this guy who doesn't think and just swings away then its going to get really boring really fast.He doesn't so much get stronger but rather uses the power of friendship after making a speech and wins. Lucy is another character I just could not handle because she was just fanservice and a plot device, she didn't get stronger each time, she just gets caught in a messy situation, screams a bit, summons a spirit and that's it, her character seems to be a key for the arc to go through but apart from that she is utterly useless. Now despite all the bashing of the characters I will say that there are some decent characters like Erza, Wendy, Gajeel and Gray because most of them did get stronger and developed and were conflicted with how they did things but even they can fall victim to lousy progression.
Enjoyment - (4/10)
It was fun at first but once the story and comedy repeated all the time, you get sick of it and switch to something else straight away, there is no proper pacing and some arcs went for too long that you don't feel as invested or interested any more to care
Overall - (3/10)
Fairy Tail lacked a lot of important elements and was clearly confused as to what it wanted to be, it was either over the top battle or a comedy, it was too messy to balance both because it couldn't have the comedy at the right time, I wouldn't recommend this anime because it's fallen to the many cliches and doesn't really bring anything solid to the table.
