Clione no Akari is a short anime about bullying and the effects it has on the bystanders that do nothing. Samurai Flamenco is an anime about a guy who makes a decent effort in becoming a superhero. At it's surface, they're nothing alike. But once you finish watching both of them there's something there that I can't mention due to spoilers.

If you liked Dragon Half add

...then you might like Mahoujin Guruguru (2017) add

Both are parodies and have similar artstyles. The only difference is that Dragon Half never finished and Mahiujin Guruguru got a second run. Maybe we'll get lucky and someone will decide to fully adapt Dragon Half and not go to jail before it ends.

Both deal with adult characters who are at a crossroads in their life. Yoshino ends up helping out a small town and learns new things about herself, while Arata does the same only he goes back to high school.

Both are short slice of life animes about food. Piace deals with Italian cuisine, while Bonjour is about deserts.
