This is the first time I talk about an anime/manga before finishing it, but this one bothered me from the first episode. The character of the mother is boring to die, she is boring, speaks a lot, and highly cheated (however I love her voice in other anime). It would be a funny parody of an isekai, that's what I thought at first, but after seeing the 2nd episode, the joke was already unfunny, it's the same again and again. And there is too much blah blah and they compensate for the lack of humor by the fan service...
The only joke that worked on me
...
is when the guy sees a girl in the onsen and he (and the spectator) waits for her to hit him but she doesn't do that...
I'd prefered if Wise was the main character. (I don't like tsuderes in general, but this one is very cute "sometimes", well drawn, and maybe reminds me Lina Inverse just a little bit)
In short, I will continue to look to see the evolution of history and see if there is a real stake, otherwise, I do not recommend it. KonoSuba is a thousand times better.

The anime should end at the 4th episode since the quest of the mom and son is fullfilled there.
And the truth is : there wasn't any problem between them at all. It's just an excuse to expose the same situation every 10 minutes.
If someone likes it, it means that he/she didn't watch any anime (or other media) of this kind before, or this person have memory problems :c
There's something that I didn't get : When the slime attacks them, why only the clothes of the mom are dissolving and not the son's ? O_o
