Senyuu.

Both have really similar way of making comedies through dialogue, though, of course, apart of that there's nothing else in common. But either way, if you like Gintama's comedy, you'll like Senyuu too.

Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge

Even if Nichijou is kind of more exaggerated, Tanaka-kun has a similiar atmosphere thanks to its color palette, simple character designs and the fact that it consists on comedic sketches, which tend to revolve around a particular theme or thing happening.

Bokura no

Dennou Coil
add

Both have a similar atmosphere (though Dennou Coil is not as depressing as Bokurano), the character designs are very similar (at least to me) specially because of the dull color palette, and both involve a lot of children. I first thought they had almost the same staff, but nope, they are just very similar.

Joshiraku
add

Both are really crazy and parodic silce of life shows with its studios going all-out to portray its comedic scenes. Though after four episodes Joshiraku slows a bit and kinda gets boring, but if you are into this kinda shows you will like them both, I guess.

K-On!

Joshiraku
add

Both are really crazy slice of life shows with cute girls. The only difference is that Joshiraku's focus is not on music, though it doesn't really focus on rakugo too, it's just kind of a context for the show, and maybe this one, specially in its first four episodes, it's crazier and more self-aware than K-ON, and it's not as cute either, but it has really good designs, specially with how J.C. Staff went all out to animate it.

If you liked
Saraiya Goyou

Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu

Both are similar in its atmosphere, the way that the characters interact with each other, and its historical setting is mostly the same. If you liked Showa Genroku and want to look a show with a similar feeling, be sure to check out Saraiya Gorou, and vice versa.
