Okay, Puella Magi Madoka Magica. What can I say? I liked it. Really beautiful art style, the voice acting was okay, and the music was fantastic. The way the character developed went made it a bit hard for my simple brain to understand, but I think I understand why certain things happened. It is true, episode ten is where things get serious, but it didn't blow my mind as expected. Overall, watch the series. I enjoyed it. I didn't love it, didn't hate it. Pretty glad I did watch it though. Not really worth the hype though...I did find myself connecting with Homura the most

K-On! It has to be my all time favorite series. How I found out about it is kinda funny I suppose, but that's a story for another time.
K-On has some really funny moments in it that make up for the lack of a clear story. What got me hooked was the character Mio Akiyama. You might say that I have the most strange love for her, and it's true. The moe-ness of K-ON is almost unbeatable. I challenge anyone to find an anime that is funny, has great music, has lovable characters, and a kickass set of voice actors, both dub and origina Japanese. I ... |
