Story (10):
TBH I'm not typically a fan of anime that is not action so this anime was actually not even in my watchlist until I literally ran out of things to watch and thought "might as well". Holy EFF, was I in for a treat! From the very first episode you are HOOKED. Each episode provides the perfect amount of heart-touching and heart-pounding moments. Each episode is jam-packed with development and answers all the questions you had from the previous episode, but at the end it leaves you ... asking more! No cheap cliff-hangers to just have them, they are all cleverly timed. Even my friends who don't watch anime, watched and thoroughly enjoyed this series. An original/unique story-line with elements so refreshing you feel like you'll never watch another one like it.

Art/Sound (10):
The animation's smooth and fluid movements was one of the things that stood out to me the most. Beautiful scenery and tones were used for each episode, feeling like a masterpiece. I honestly have no complaints. The voice-acting? Good lord. My favorite element were the voices. Satoru's young voice was too cute and to die for. It made me wish I didn't need subtitles just so I can focus solely on each character, their range of emotions, and all the words being spoken.

Characters (9):
Whoever developed these characters, obviously came as a gift from God (lol jk). Each character, from Satoru, to his mom, to his friends, were amazing in their own ways. They all played off each other so well that it was actually hard for me to pick a favorite person. I'd say the development of the main character was something that enticed me to root for him and continue to watch to make sure he would overcome whatever challenge he had to face. Their design was children and adults were also amazing. I loved how each character were so unique in their own right. You got the smart/charming. The cold/do-gooder. The energetic/mature. All of these combos were unconventional but worked well and didn't seem forced.

OVERALL/ENJOYMENT (10):
I could tell I seriously loved this anime because I was able to binge the entire series in 4.5 hours. I couldn't stop myself from watching. I didn't even eat or move from the position I was in (hahaha). Each episode takes you on this crazy journey, leaving you begging for more but at the same time completely satisfied. Psychologically, mindf*cked. A lot of people ask a lot out of anime and want an to answer every question. But overall, the story did its purpose. If the anime were to go into any more depth, it would take away the central story and struggle of the main character for this particular moment in life. You aren't given a lot of background, but if you're down for a story about a series of events for this man's (Satoru) life, give it a watch!

Story (8):
There really isn't much of a story. If you need something with character development, or twists, anything that moves a character along, I wouldn't say One Punch Man could give you that. Each episode is more of "a day in the life of" the main character (Saitama). I still thoroughly enjoyed each episode because each episode is filled with great comedy, action scenes, and even the introduction of more characters.
