It's so hard to watch this because it's an anime with 0 consent but it's playing like everything is OK and it's not right. The prince is an idiot with a "pretty" face, a child that doesn't understand that no means no and outright creepy in the affection area.
I have 0 idea how lettie can be happy with anybody considering nobody listens to her wants. And everyone is fine selling this kid to a future she didn't ask for nor want. You can't help but feel frustrated watching this.

I've been reading everyone's reviews and honestly the praise is a bit too high for what I saw. The first 10 episodes are actually pretty solid. Nothing awful, nothing praise worthy either. Could have been a solid time waster for the season but the last 2 episodes? My. God. It was awful. I've never seen a modern show drop the ball so fast. I won't talk about the plot, or the characters, I'm only speaking about it's pacing, and quality overall. The quality took a nose dive, The last 2 episodes sped run the plot so fast, then decided ...

Oh man, you ever watch The Misfit of Demon King Academy and just laugh for what an absolute Chad our protag is?
It's not a good series by any means but it's so stupidly funny that you watch it. Well this series is almost the exact same concept. If you watch this with the idea that this is a chunibyo's story come to life, it becomes so much better/funnier to watch. I think the biggest fault this series has is that there really feels like there's too many characters to keep in your head when all the fame and fortune go to a select 7-8 ... |
