I smiled, I laughed, I was touched by emotions, I cried, I was afraid, I wanted to watch more and more till the last episode, what else can someone ask from a good series?
Characters were so well defined, even if there were only 13 episodes. It's a story about 6 friends who were once together. Friendship, love, family, everything is here ❤️
It was so relatable, everything made sense.
I finished in JUST A DAY! SO interesting story that I couldn't wait to delay. Romance Scenes & friendship scenes were worth watching.👏🏼 I loved every

Mixed Feelings
This anime definitely is not for everyone. I don't know why is it rated so high, by so many people. I'll explain just 7 points why you can watch it and why you can't.
1. The character TAICHI is one of the major reasons I kept watching the 3 seasons and anyone would love his character more than any other character in the series (say it girls or boys, they'll get impressed). He's a childhood friend of Chihaya, the girl whom he liked ever since 6th grade. They're high schoolers now, but he's not able to confess because he thinks that she likes Arata, another ... childhood friend of both of them. The major reason of Chihaya always Admiring Arata is the game karuta (a traditional Japanese card game) that she wants to excel at. She looks at Arata with admiration only because he's the one who gave her dream of being a queen in the field of Karuta. Taichi when comes to know about her passion for this game, he works REALLY HARD to be a best player in this game because he wants her to admire him and look at him the way she admires Arata. When I say he worked REALLY HARD, it means that the 3 seasons' series was able to convey his efforts flawlessly. Chihaya never looked at him with the admiration that he always yearned for. It hurt him to the extent that he was able to leave everything behind, just to get that one look of admiration. This is what caught my attention and definitely it can catch anyone's attention. Talking about his looks, he was overwhelmingly handsome. Golden eyes, with huge eye lashes and heightened appearance made him quite personable and stunning. In fact, his Karuta teacher calls him EYE LASHES because of his beautiful eyes. Definitely, girls in school were after him too, still it didn't bother Chihaya and I hated it the most. Characters are explained in details, whether it is Taichi, or Chihaya or Arata. Their preferences, their opinions, their families, their goals. Supporting characters (members of club) were also given limelight. But at one point, it was too detailed that even those who had no concern with the story were described in details (their thoughts, their background stories) especially during the duet matches so it became annoying for the audience. Still Everyone was given enough time, so I'd say character of this anime was good enough for me. 2. Friendship and Bonding with the people you work hard with, is never to be taken lightly. Season 1 was the beginning so I couldn't feel the chemistry between the friends and club members, but till season 3, I could clearly see the way they practice all the time to get into nationals. That's why their understanding and support for each other couldn't be left unnoticed. Taichi and Chihaya really improved a lot in being the best players, forming the base of the whole Karuta club. Experience makes leadership qualities exceptional and both of them proved it. How everyone depended on them, made me realize how amazing the feeling is when someone depends on you. How Chihaya changes completely into a serious player while playing Karuta couldn't go unnoticed as well. 👌🏼 3. If you don't like the game KARUTA, don't watch it. Actually you CAN'T watch it if you don't like this game. It's almost impossible. Decide on the very first episode that this game isn't worth the time you're going to give to the series of 3 seasons. I knew that I didn't like the theme of the series "Karuta" so I should've left the idea of watching it, but I didn't! That's why I didn't enjoy any match and that's why I didn't enjoy the series as well. For me, this game was like "Snatching or grabbing the card before other players after memorising the 100 poems and seeing it first before the other player. " that's it! Yes, it is a different game, yet I couldn't watch all the matches since they were so similar to me, just with a different set of faces. Victories were mostly predictable and I couldn't force myself to watch how one gets the card, this way or that way, it was boring for me. The ONLY moment among the matches that I enjoyed the most, was the match between Taichi and Chihaya. "Taichi, who started playing Karuta because of Chihaya is a lot better than her" this is what I thought. "The first time she looked at him with admiration" "The fruit of his hardwork" "The moment audience had been waiting for" These words were coming in my mind while watching that moment. Arata, getting jealous over the fact that he wasn't the one playing with Chihaya, it was Taichi, made me super happy. Just 1 match that I watched with full interest, was this one. Just imagine there are hundreds of matches of Karuta game, among so many players, I only watched one. So this anime isn't for those who don't like the concept of this game. Leave it the moment you feel that this game is annoying for you to watch. 4. Why you shouldn't watch it is also because of the SLOWEST LOVE STORY ON EARTH! Love story is really annoying and "patience testing experience" for audience so I won't recommend if you're a person who completes a series in 2 or 3 days, like me. Chihaya's personality is SO ANNYOING that one wants to smash her head after seeing how she links everyone's words and actions to KARUTA 🤦🏻♀️even if it's a confession, even if it's a compliment, she links it to Karuta. She only sees Karuta, she sees those who love Karuta, those who hate Karuta, those who are her enemies in Karuta and those make her learn something new about Karuta.🙄 For me, Chihaya's mind is like a 6th grade girl whose vocabulary starts and ends with just one word "Karuta" Development is so slow that I felt like BEING PUNISHED to complete the series, still the thought of not knowing the ending urged me to finish it. How can one be so clueless despite being a high schooler? 🙄 I Thanked God that I lived enough life to see Taichi confessing to this girl since he was the most patient lover on earth. Whatever Taichi did for her, whatever he became for her (he almost lost himself while getting her attention) still, all she cared in the end was "he's getting ahead of me", still she was showing lovey dovey expressions only for Arata, who wasn't even with her.. Ughh! I literally wanted to slap this girl Chihaya.. 5. Comedy factor isn't noticeable enough in this series to recommend to comedy lovers. I didn't laugh much, even though there were many scenes among club members that were considered comedy. Maybe it wasn't upto my expectations. 6. Another thing that is admirable is "Animation". 10/10 for that. This anime is for those, who strive to see beauty. It's a treat of eyes for them. (surely It was for me as well.) 7. Voice actors are brilliant too, especially the protagonists 👌🏼Though music didn't catch my attention.. Except the ending OST of season 1. Overall, I didn't enjoy because of No interest in Karuta and because of Chihaya's dumb Nature. I was expecting a good romance due to Taichi and he really proved his love, but if one of the protagonists isn't getting the other, it makes it so frustrating. Comedy also seemed dull and tedious, so I couldn't enjoy, so I'd give 3/10 to enjoyment, but the story improved greatly in this season, matches and completions for Queens and masters (which weren't in the previous seasons) and this is something admirable. Story despite being simple went really well. So I can recommend only to those who like the theme Karuta. Otherwise don't watch it! For me, overall it's 6/10

(21/25 eps)
Season 2 of Chihayafuru is continuation of season 1, which is about a game KARUTA. Protagonists Taichi, Arata and Chihaya is a love trio who want to excel in this game KARUTA. This card game is played by 2 people who have to grab the cards before each other. This season is incredibly slow compared to the first one because of The main characters. Say it love story or game, nothing was satisfactory for me. Every match seems exactly the same, just with a different set of faces.🙄 I couldn't watch the same thing for the whole 2 seasons so I skipped and forwarded EVERY
...
MATCH. Almost all the players have same styles of playing and Victory is predicted by the audience perfectly every time. For me, it wasn't enjoyable at all.
Talking about romance, no development! Neither Taichi tells Chihaya about his feeling, nor Chihaya is smart enough to get it on her own. All she cares about is KARUTA 🙄 just like a kid.. She thinks that she'll love KARUTA game forever and it pisses me off to see her over obsession (which is called passion).. she came to know about his game because of Arata, so definitely she thinks that she's in love with Arata. I'm Really hoping Taichi will be able to convey his true feelings in the later season, still this season's love story was lacking the development in every way. Character development is so slow it seems to me that it is a punishment to complete the series. 🙄 Yes however, chemistry between the friends was fairly developed in this season. Art and animation is brilliant. Voice actors and music is Okay. Overall I'd say 5/10.

Recommended Preliminary
(11/12 eps)
It's a Must watch, especially for those who are looking for a Complicated plot with beautiful Protagonists. First half literally made me love this series, but 2nd half was so unclear that it ruined the interest.. So many questions were left unanswered in the last episode, with no proper ending.
Art: 10/10 First of all, the most impressive thing about this anime is its Art. A huge round of Applause! I simply Loved the appearances of the characters, shiny eyes, beautiful sceneries and colors of this series. Dresses of the female protagonist are so brilliant. I'm glad she isn't going to wear the same outfit for ... the whole series (unlike almost every anime) Her light makeup, her dress styles, dress colors, her sandals, what should I not notice? It's all worth the praise.. (I couldn't stop myself from taking screenshots 😅) I can't say if everyone wants to see only beautiful protagonists like me or not, but I don't watch anime where characters aren't handsome 😬 Every character is such a masterpiece in this anime, so it was like a treat to me! After "Hakuoki Shinsengumi Kitan", this is the 2nd anime which caught my attention for handsome sexy men. Story: 6/10 I've always been a fond of complicated plot, that keeps us engaged to watch more and more episodes. I hate simplest plots where you already know what's gonna happen next and predict the ending in the first few episodes.. This story is quite unpredictable & quite fast, because every episode has TONS OF SHOCKING incidents happening one after the other. This seemed reasonable only till 9 episodes. Questions after questions were left in the minds of audiences without answering, bothered to the extent that the story became junk in the end.. A girl, who has no memories of her first five years of life, because of a specific incident, is a Producer of a company now, a company inherited from her father. Even when there aren't any possibilities to save the company from going bankrupt, she does her best, so it depicts SHE NEVER GIVES UP. This quality of hers attracts audience's attention.. In doing so, she meets 4 men who have special powers (& are called Evolvers), who are acquainted with her already in the past which she has forgotten or maybe someone erased her memories. Evolvers is quite a unique theme (for me at least)! She tries to find out the memory how she was lost and the truth of her father’s death… This show went to shit starting from episode 9. The story wasn't clear. Who is the black queen? Boys only fighting and fighting, without telling who are they fighting for? Haku promising to return but not telling anyone the real thing? No proper ending of romance with any guy? What happened to Kira (Kiro)? Who did he join in the end? Why Shimo (Lucien) was with the Black Swan to begin with? Why now he acts like everything is normal? Why does she act like nothing ever happened with him? And why do you say it's only the start when it's obvious there won't be second season? Ughh! It pissed me off in the end.. CHARACTER: 10/10 All the characters are worth discussing, without a doubt. Female protagonist is quite a beauty, with a great sense of dressing. Her politeness and manners are shown through her words and speech. Her "not giving up" quality is what I like the most. She has the power to cheer everyone up, around her, with her innocent smile and purity. One of the four Evolvers, is Haku. He works at the police station and went to the same high school as the heroine. He appears to be a stoic and unapproachable individual at the beginning and has his own moral code. Quite a personality he has! Since he's a police, he's good at action and martial arts. Brown hair, golden eyes, pierced ears and Police jacket make him far more attractive than any other person. Next is the founder and CEO of Loveland Financial Group, ZEN. His company LFG is the one which invests in the heroine’s producing company. At first glance, he can be perceived as cold, reserved and difficult to please, but he also has a gentle side. Suited booted, stern eyes, black hair, a Perfect CEO appearance, around whom everyone is afraid to speak casually. Again! Quite a personality he has! (If I'm saying their personalities hit hard, please trust me😅) 3rd one is Kiro, a popular superstar and idol known for his charming looks. His irresistible smile can't be overlooked. He has a very fun-loving, playful, and kind personality, unlike other evolvers. He meets the heroine in a convenience store and becomes the cast of her shows. Blonde, blue eyes, very casual appearance yet so attractive. 4th one is Shimon, a famous neuroscientist who has owned a high IQ since childhood. He is extremely gentle and friendly to the heroine, but it seems that this “light-hearted” personality was just a decoy to mask his darker self.. He's very doubtful, like an unknown man with smile on his face always. So for characters, I think 10/10 is quite justifiable. Sound: 7/10 I really am loving its OPENING OST. Its music is amazing. But background music isn't fitting to the situations many times. Enjoyment: 7/10 It will be a lie if I say, I didn't enjoy. I enjoyed every single minute till episode 9. Afterwards, the story became unclear and we kept waiting for clarity and answers, making it not enjoyable enough to be rated as 10/10. I'd rate it 7/10 Story's unpredictability and characters are enough to make us fall for this series. Go for it! 👍🏼

The Theme was really boring to me. A card game known as Karuta, in which 2 people have to snatch the cards before each other, didn't seem to me interesting enough, as it was seeming to the protagonists.
Female and male protagonists are beautiful and handsome respectively, but the girl is so over obsessed with the game that I was hating it. I wasn't getting her obsession, maybe I couldn't relate. What caught my attention was "Taichi getting jealous With Arata because of Chihaya" Maybe he liked Chihaya for a long time, so I thought the story will be interesting, when some goal (Karuta) will ... be the bridge between the protagonists but I was utterly disappointed.. Matches were really boring.. Character development is nill.. And club members despite being together all the time didn't have the sort of chemistry that friends have.. I wasn't enjoying at all.. What motivated me to watch it more was Taichi's answer in the first episode, to Chihaya's question "What is love?".. That is: "It's when nothing goes the way you want. When you're not having fun, and yet.. You still want to be with her." Most of the focus was on the matches and competitions. Neither the love story, nor the character development was apparent. So I didn't like the series.. Only positive point in the whole series is, good animation. That's it! For me, it's 3/10.

Death Note
(Anime)

Mixed Feelings Spoiler
If you want to feel "What will happen next?" with every episode, Watch it right now!
A mind gets surprised by tons of moments that this series has! I started watching it after seeing its name in the "most popular anime" list. Normally I don't watch suspense and thriller without romance, so it wasn't catching my attention in the beginning, but then I started liking it after 2nd episode. It's almost IMPOSSIBLE to drop this series in the middle! (this itself proves how amazing the series is) Story is known to everyone, so I won't go in details. A god of death throws a notebook ... in human world, which is revealed to be a notebook that can cause death of people just by writing the names on it. One high schooler gets hold of it and uses it to create harmony in the world by writing the names of the criminals. The major focus is on DEATH NOTE and its owner. "The death note never fails." and whoever writes a name on it is died, FOR SURE! If I had to describe the whole story in one line it would be "an FBI officer Trying to find the criminal" The thing that audience can yearn to watch is CHARACTER of this series. LIGHT YAGAMI and L (Ryuga) The way Light and L think is just flawless.👏🏼 Their rivalry to find each other is something that GLUES the audience to the chair, till the end. This show didn't slow down even for a moment👏🏼 They're both unique and likeable in their own ways. "L" impressed me on how he was finding out "who Kira is" and Yagami Light was impressing me on how he kept his identity a secret. If we focus on Light, he'd be perfect Heroic figure ONLY IF SOME KINDNESS had been added in his character. He's a witty, intelligent and Brilliant student with a bright future & can make anyone fall for him, (Even L couldn't stop himself from admiring his wit), but he was too evil to kill people so easily, that it creeped me out. L may seem like a plain character but he isn't. He tried his best to capture Kira risking his life, in each attempt. Deep inside, he really didn't want Light to be Kira because he hadn't met anyone so similar to him in his ways of thinking and he saw Light as a friend, even though he was almost sure that Light was Kira. Without spoiling much, I can recommend it for those who want to see a thriller. It seemed to me, as if it's a series to enhance your inquisition and it can make you a very good observer. People of any genre can watch this series. It's my bet that if someone begins watching it, he'll never stop it in the middle. (even if you're someone who only watches comedy romance like me) *Spoiler alert* (Read only when you're okay with the story being revealed. This is just an analysis of later episodes✔️) I HATED LIGHT YAGAMI. These are the reasons. 1. Seeing him through a 3rd eye, I only thought "This Light guy's creepy as hell." because who would want to be a God, by killing the criminals and thinking that he's doing a favour to the humanity? Killing itself is a crime, an evil act. When he said I'm bringing justice in the world by killing criminals, It made him no different from the criminals because he was also murdering. Killing them through law seems more justified to me, so I was kind of terrified by Light's notions and views (unlike many people who found his notions justified only because he had power) I found L's views more relatable to mine, when he said "He has a very childish mentality. He's driven by his own idealistic sense of justice." & I felt exactly as L. 2. In the beginning, I tried to understand Light's views, keeping myself in his shoes, that how one feels if he actually gets hold of a Death note. When he thought that he wanted justice for innocent people and a new world for them, I somehow could relate. But I started despising him when he started killing everyone who tried to find out who Kira was, even the policemen and FBI officers only because they wanted to know who was he. He was going too far as to kill the innocents rather than the criminals and he was getting on my nerves..🙄 So I watched further episodes only in the CURIOSITY of knowing how he'll end up (To see him dying😤) That girl Misora Naomi (I'm still sad for her.. ) actually made me so relieved when she was conscious enough not to tell anyone her correct name (not even to a stranger who tried to be so nice to her suddenly) because she was determined to avenge Kira for her fiancé's murder, but Light's lies over lies, just to get the name out of that girl and finally killing her 😑 Ughh! It pissed me off to the extent that I couldn't understand his views anymore.. 3. When L put surveillance cameras in his room, his cleverness was commendable because anybody in his place would've gotten panic in such situation. Going as far as to show his father (who was also a policeman) that he watches dirty magazines so that he may not be suspected at all, made me want to puke.. I was like "whoa! He doesn't even care how his image will get ruined.!" Light didn't panic, thinking so confidently "A normal person would probably give himself away but you're messing with the wrong person, L. This is as far as you'll get." 4. Many a times, Light seemed like he'll befriend L wholeheartedly but he never did. Feelings and emotions never mattered to this guy, since he was too concerned with his goal. No friends, no girlfriend because he's not touched by any pure feelings and emotions that will block his path. His dialogue "I need to keep Misa madly in love with me" shows how far can he go in using others for his needs and motives. He even had no respect for his father who trusted his son blindly & couldn't even imagine to think that his son could be Kira, still this guy was so relaxed thinking of how smart he is. He even said "Overly earnest people with a strong sense of justice like him always lose" Despicable! Hateful guy! 5. Every time L clobbered him with his wit, especially when he arrested Misa (2nd Kira) and ultimately ordered Light's father Yagami to be prepared for bringing in Light to testify as the prime suspect, Light stroke him back with a better answer every time. Indeed, INTELLIGENCE beats everything! Light & L proved it many times, but Light? He was always 1 step ahead.. He took the risk of sacrificing his memory related to Death note and left everything to Rem. Both of them can keep you wanting to see the next episode, that's for sure. The only fact that made me like Light Yagami was this one 👇🏼 Even now, I admire how confident Light is, especially while facing and talking to Shinigami (since he was too scary to watch). When he told him about a deal of Having Shinigami's eyes, the look in his eyes made me think that he is going to fall for this deal in the hope of killing L by finding his name, but he instead proved to him how smart he is. ✔️ Ryuk's dialogue reflected my mind's thoughts "Even though I'm a Shinigami, he's not frightened nor does he try to suck up to me. He has no problem giving me a hard time" I got impressed with his conviction. One learns, while looking at Light Yagami, how can you stay calm in situations where you're scared or ALMOST exposed.. One has to admit that being cautious like him isn't an easy deal, yet he did it so well. This dialogue by Near, exactly explains my thoughts "you're no different from a crazy serial killer who has a god complex. That's all you are. Nothing more, nothing less." I was relieved to see the ending. Since I always focus on watching a good Art, the animation was Too dark to be likable, but I can't say it was bad. Music was poor (without giving a 2nd thought) Overall I'd rate it as 6/10 Really engaging story, with a good animation and characters. I'm sure if I wouldn't be a comedy romance lover I surely would've rated it as 10/10 and enjoyed more.

Fruits Basket 2nd Season
(Anime)
add
Recommended Preliminary
(24/25 eps)
I'm so in love with this anime, ever since I've started it. No exaggerated comments, IT'S THE BEST TREAT OF 2020 so far, when it comes to Slice of life & comedy romance anime.
It taught me tons of lessons that I hardly learnt form any other anime or lessons that could be applied in real life as well. "I Wish I Could've Lived My Life Without Making Wrong Turns. But That's Impossible. [...] We Make Mistakes. And Little By Little, One Step At A Time, We Push Forward." Yuki Soma Every dialogue is a lesson, every scene is emotional, every comic part is worth ... the praise, IT'S HIGHLY recommended! I'll explain only 7 points of why I liked it and why is it worth watching. 1. First and foremost reason, TOHRU HONDA (the female protagonist). She's the key to the appeal of the series. Her polite & selfless attitude towards everyone, her kind hearted nature and being Contended with whatever she has, makes her an outstanding Character. At the start of the series, she is living in a tent because she couldn't live with her grandfather who asked her to stay with her friends for few days. Rather than staying with her friends (Arisa and Saki) to avoid being a burden to them, she decides to live in a tent despite knowing that it won't be easy during rain or hurricane.. She doesn't burden them with her worries. She also has an after-school job to pay her tuition fees so that her grandfather doesn't have to pay hers. Her life isn't easy yet she smiles all the time and cheers everyone around her. Yuki once described her in front of Arisa and Hanajima "Honda-san isn't the type to ask for moon. She smiles at the littlest things like she's having fun. She always says the thing you most want to hear." Hatori also observed and said "She has a way of softening people" Kyo thinks about her many times "She thinks that she's stupid or that there's nothing good about her.. But she's so precious. I like her the way she is.. " Tohru is so kind-hearted that she can't make herself say mean things, even if it's just an Act or a play. While playing an evil stepsister in a class production of Cinderella, she couldn't say "you won't have dinner for tonight if you won't complete your chores.." so for her, the whole play was rewritten. She makes a place in everyone's heart with her cheerful smile and selfless love, who only says what others wish to hear and forgets her own worries while talking to them. She has the ability to appreciate what she has in the moment, instead of always wanting more. I can write pages on how beautiful her character is ❤️ From my perspective, she's cute and beautiful not because of her appearance but her kindness. She cares about others more than herself, that's why everyone respects her and values her opinion (say it girls or boys). Audience learns from her, because they can relate a lot in her personality. It's impossible not to be a fan of Tohru Honda after watching this series, because the way SHE perceives the situations is quite different and It changed my perspectives of life as well. I learnt how to handle many situations, which are not in my control, just by looking at her character and I could relate a lot. Her views can guide the audience to have peace and happiness in their life easily. 2. Another reason of this anime to be perfect is a STRONG PLOT, with a very unpredictable story and overwhelmingly influencing characters. The story revolves around Soma family that is cursed & are possessed by spirits of the Chinese zodiac. (there's some FICTION in the Plot that makes it quite unpredictable). 3 members of this family, (Shigure, Kyo and Yuki) plan to hide about this curse from Tohru, who incidentally has to live with them for the time being, but the day she intends to live with them, their secret is unveiled because of Kyo because he arrives to challenge Yuki to a fight & in the confused & panic state (about why does he want to fight?) Tohru accidentally hugs him (in order to stop him from attacking Yuki). Ultimately Kyo transforms into a cat. In her surprised state, when she stumbles into Yuki and Shigure, they also transform into a Rat and Dog, respectively. Kyo's dialogue "You can't even make a cover story if you jerks transform too!" describes clearly that they never had this sort of situation before. 😂 However, she promises to keep their secret because Yuki tells her how the memory, of those who come to know about their secret, is erased by Akito, the head of their family. Tohru befriends the three Somas very soon, also taking care of the house chores like cooking and cleaning (which used to be Shigure's headache). Gradually Tohru meets the other cursed members of the Soma family & helps them through her kindness and sympathy. All that is focused in this series is this specific CURSE, that Tohru knows about in the beginning and then intends to break. Because of this curse, no Soma member is allowed to act Without Akito's permission. She wants to help them and that's the MAJOR Climax of the story that I won't reveal. In short plot and story is Admirable enough to be rated as 10/10. 3. Relationship of Tohru with Yuki and Kyo: Kyo and Yuki are slowly affected by her presence, when she starts living with them specially Yuki is touched by Tohru's request that even if her memory is erased, he will remain her friend, which no one had asked him before. Kyo initially appears to dislike her, but he, like Yuki, is "drawn" to her kind heart and gentle behavior. Many a times, he tries to get closer to her but ends up apologising to her for commenting angrily and impulsively because of his inability to express his feelings. He's never gotten attention form anyone like Tohru so he didn't know how to express his care until he's assured that she won't ever leave him. This happens when Tohru becomes particularly close to Kyo after his foster-father Kazuma Soma forces him to reveal the monstrous "true form" of his curse to her. Tohru stays with him even after he violently tries to push her away, because she cherishes the moments that she spent with him. This makes Kyo assured that even if the whole world betrays him, Tohru won't. Yuki learns to handle major reasons of his own self-doubts because of her. Kyo and Yuki's personalities are a complete contrast. Both of them praise each other in their hearts, getting jealous over each other's social behaviour. Since they've to avoid physical contact with opposite gender, they've to be cautiously alert all the time. Yuki finds Kyo to be social and so does Kyo feel about Yuki. But both of them are amazing in their ways, which they never realize and it leads to their unending fights. Ever since Tohru starts living with them, they start to get along better than before, (not very well, just better than before 😬) which alone explains how affected they were, because of Tohru now. So the conclusion is: Kyo and Yuki's personalities are another reason of Audience's major interest. 4. Art and animation style of Fruits Basket is worth the praise. Without explaining I can assure that it's 9/10. 5. More or less, Akito is the villain considered in the story and his influence increases more and more with every coming episode. Major twists in the plot occur after 2nd season's 9th episode when Kyo finally realises his feelings for Tohru & audience comes to know how much strong Akito is and how much influence he has over other zodiac members as God. Akito is like a God to them, who controls their lives, even if it torments them physically or mentally and Tohru finds them pitiful.. "How will the Soma Family get rid of this curse?" is the major question, the answer of which everyone wants to find out, so nobody gets bored while watching Fruits Basket till the end. Strong Characters (Akito, KYO, Yuki, Tohru, Shigure, and many other Soma members) are obvious in the beginning of this series, so character must be rated 10/10. 6. COMIC factor of this series is WORTH the praise. Whether the laughter and smiles come with "Kyo and Yuki's fights" or through "Ritsu, Ayame or Shigure's editor's personalities", nobody can stop himself form smiling if he starts watching them. Tohru's friends Arisa and Saki are also given quite the limelight, especially when it came to comic relief. It's a bet! There isn't a single moment that I forwarded the scenes or skipped any episode, which alone is enough to prove HOW INTERESTING this series is, so I'd rate Enjoyment as 10/10. 7. Background music, Openings and ending songs of this series are REMARKABLE. Nobody can deny how perfect this series is! Overall: Anybody who loves comedy romance with slice of life, would rate it 10/10.

It wasn't boring but it wasn't up to expectations maybe! I'll conclude both the seasons in just 6 points. (being honest 2nd season doesn't even have anything to be discussed, so most of the conclusion is from season 1🙄)
1. The end of Kirito's heroic abilities is the start of this series. 6 months already have passed after the fight with Quinella. Alice is taking care of Kirito, who's in a constant state of Coma, doesn't recognise anyone because all he does is that he eats when he's hungry (Alice feeds him), drinks when he's thirsty (of course Alice Takes care of him), sleeps when he's ... sleepy(sometimes even With Alice on the same bed because he's too unconscious to realize that he's with a girl😂), doesn't talk since he can't move his body (not even his lips). The beginning was so frightening, that It left me speechless.. How on earth Kirito became like this? Was it because he couldn't save Eugeo? Was he sad to THIS extent that his body became like THIS? THESE were My thoughts.. The thing that made me emotional was, Kirito unknowingly grabbing Eugeo's sword whenever anyone would try to touch it. Even in his unconsciousness, he remembers Eugeo and his sword because he loves Eugeo more than anyone! All that is left of Eugeo is his sword, (this was very Saddening..) His unconsciousness is filled only with the regret and sadness of not being able to save Eugeo during the fight with Quinella because of which he's considering himself a person who should never be forgiven. He considers himself at fault that's why he's not responding, being in a state of helplessness even when a war is about to start in underworld. Alice is taking care of him only because she has fallen in love with him, after he saved her from Quinella. 2. I won't lie if I'll say that I watched this season, till last episode, ONLY IN THE HOPE that Kirito will wake up, but he didn't wake up from coma, in the WHOLE SEASON.🙄 We, the audience, are so accustomed of seeing him saving everyone that Even I was expecting his HEROIC Awakening so soon 😂 For me, it wasn't easy to accept that he's not going to take part in the WAR because of this coma state. But YES, This happened! And it really pissed me off since Sword Art Online is nothing without KIRITO so how could anyone enjoy this season. 🤷🏻♀️ 3. Major Part of this season involves FIGHTING SCENES of Dark territory with HUMAN territory, it involves the coordination of army, their leaders & Soldiers. All the fighters of Central Cathedral, who were once against Kirito, now were hoping to see Kirito again on the battle field because everyone admired him because of his commendable Fighting qualities. Plus, they were already short of soldiers after Quinella died, they wanted someone strong to fight Dark territory. Quinella, who once made all of the leaders & soldiers so strong, we hated this fact back then when they were fighting against Kirito. But now it became the reason we were assured of human territory's victory in this war, thinking "WOW, QUINELLA SURELY DID A RIGHT THING BY MAKING THEM STRONG." Alice and Bercouli are Amazing leaders, it was proved during this war. Secondly, all the time, Kirito unconsciously wanted to fight, but couldn't move his body. Especially a scene, where his disciples were about to be attacked by some dark territory soldiers (More precisely monsters😑) Kirito couldn't lift the sword, but he was constantly trying, even when he was unable to do anything, unconsciously.. This fact was really saddening.. 4.Another villain Was introduced in this season, who already had been acquainted with Sinon in Season 2, Gabriel. Being very honest, his influence wasn't strong enough to scare the audience, like Quinella had. Every audience had a general idea that Once Kirito would wake up, this person is going to be defeated by him anyway! The only fact that he was MERCILESS, triggered this thought that he'll harm Alice. Alice could get hurt, this thought was scary, since ALICE NEEDED TO BE SAFE, everything happened because of Alice's safety. So, until she was taken back to the real world, she had to be kept safe. Other than that, nobody could find him scary. (Kirito had faced hundred times tougher opponents, who was he? 😂). Gabriel was the one who started the war actually, not worrying about the lives of people of Dark Territory, (Despite being their emperor) which brought quite a disturbance amongst their Army leaders. They were beginning to rebel against Gabriel because of his unconcerned decisions and many of them sided with Humans eventually. 5. Asuna came back to this Underworld, as Stacia who's a Goddess of Creation, to help Human territory in this fight against Dark territory. She primarily came to assure Kirito that she is never going to leave him. Kirito despite being unable to recognise anyone, reacts ultimately after Seeing Asuna in front of her. She knew right at the moment when she saw him, how lonely he had been in this world for so many months, especially after Eugeo's death, so her words "You did well! I'm here now. It's okay" made Kirito cry ultimately. Even though he couldn't speak, yet he kept crying because finally he was assured Asuna is there. (Yes😍His unconscious was aware of Asuna.) I had a hope that Kirito would wake up from Coma if he'll see Asuna but it didn't happen, which is also quite unpredictable. Sinon also came to see Kirito and to help Human territory in the fight against dark territory. Now the twist in the plot began (in the real world). 6. Since all of this was happening in Virtual world, but what actually was happening in the real world was also shown alongside. Kikouka and his ally Higa were constantly keeping an eye on Kirito's fluctlight (actually they were the ones who sent Asuna in the first place to help Kirito in awakening) and Higa noticed a huge change in his fluctlight ever since Asuna and Sinon went to see Kirito. He was about to get awaken, but all Kirito needed was some work outside the Underworld that could only be done by Kikouka and Higa (but they were attacked so they couldn't get it finished so easily). This all technology thing will be understood only when one watches this series, but all I remember is, that Kirito's fluctlight needed a Collection of memories from SAO SURVIVORS who already had entered Underworld, especially Kirito's close allies, Asuna, Leafa, Sinon, Lisbeth, Klein etc, so that they could assure him that HE WASN'T THE ONE who CAUSED EUGEO'S DEATH. This needed to be done sooner, Higa had to do it, because Human territory needed him. Now this was all Season 1 (till episode 12) but, Kirito didn't wake up, till the end of this season.😑 What the audience could do, was to wait for Kirito's awakening! That's it. It was really difficult to see a war where no Old character was there, except Alice. Bercouli was really Admirable in stopping Gabriel from harming Alice. He fought with Gabriel and amazingly he defeated him. His death after that victory was so upsetting 🙄 Till episode 6 of season 2, Kirito didn't wake up. (just imagine how slow this season was🙄) Last 5 episodes were the ones, where we saw Kirito's strong powers and he also used Eugeo's broken Sword. The only thing noticeable in season 2 Bercouli's death and Eugeo becoming the reason of Kirito's awakening. Kirito never forgot Eugeo, even when he was fighting. He cried tons and tons of time, while missing him, asking for his forgiveness. Whenever he was about to lose, Eugeo came to encourage him in his unconsciousness and Lift him up against the enemy. Eugeo, despite dying, became Kirito's strength. ❤️ The only Factor, I loved. This was the only incident that left the Audience with some emotional feelings. Story: 4/10 - that's also because of a good beginning (Kirito's Coma state) Other than that, everything was predictable and very slow. Music: 5/10 - background music might fit the situations, otherwise I didn't find the openings and endings worthy enough to be heard or loved. Art: 9/10 - the only Factor to be praised was Art. Animation was amazing. Enjoyment 5/10 I enjoyed only when Eugeo didn't die in Kirito's heart. I enjoyed only when Asuna and Kirito's love still was blooming. The fights and technology things dragged this WAR OF UNDERWORLD so much that enjoyment wasn't possible. Overall I'll give it 6/10.

Sword Art Online: Alicization
(Anime)

Best season of Sword Art Online to watch is the 1st one and this one "Sword Art Online Alicization."
Just like previous seasons, Kirito dived into another virtual world but this time, he didn't do it just for enjoyment! Instead, he had a mission to complete "To bring Alice back into the real world." it was more like a job given by an acquaintance Kikouka-san. He was the one, who created this underworld. (sorry I don't remember his full name 😅) Now who exactly was this Alice whom Kirito had to bring in the real world? ALICE was the sole product (sole reward) of whole ... research project "Alicization". This is project that Kikouka along with his allies could complete only after Alice had been brought in the real world. This product ALICE could be useful for army in the future of real world in many ways. Alice is a girl in underworld whose brain was more like a COPY OF A HUMAN Brain (known as Fluctlight), still it could be compared with normal human being's brain. (sort of a human, yet not human). This time, Kirito felt some major differences while diving into Underworld. It was more like a real body being in underworld instead of just mind being there. He didn't know until he fought the monster while saving Eugeo that he could feel the pain while getting injured. His dialogue "It hurts too much. In a virtual world, no way would I feel... Pain like this!" Previously, whenever he dived in the virtual world through Sword Art Online server or Gun gale online server, he never felt or sensed any sort of pain, mainly because his body was in the real world, even after getting hits or attacks from monsters, he couldn't sense pain, but it was different this time. It shocked him to the extent that he couldn't believe whether he was in a virtual world or real world. Another difference from other virtual worlds was the TIME DIFFERENCE. Few hours in the real world, and so many years in virtual world. Time was fast in underworld. It means he spent almost 2.5 years in that virtual world but in real life, he only spent few hours or days lying on the bed. His mind had travelled for so many years in that world. These specifications about two different worlds were discussed in the first few episodes. Still it wasn't boring, because details of both the worlds was shown sequence wise. (For me, Kirito being in the virtual world was more enjoyable to watch.) I'll explain 6 points only, to clear why this season is better than the rest of Sword Art Online seasons. 1. Inside the virtual world, Kirito met another character Eugeo, who was put into limelight, unlike any other season where only Kirito was considered a perfect Hero. Eugeo became the center of attention, in fact, became a more relatable character to audience than Kirito because of his lack of certain abilities and imperfections, unlike Kirito who was way too perfect (in previous seasons) in being stronger and confident. In the beginning Eugeo didn't have enough confidence to have absolute resolve and had regrets regarding certain decisions in his life, but after meeting Kirito, he came to realise what his abilities were and became confident enough to do what he wanted, instead of using excuses (of not being able to do the things) that he kept doing until now. Kirito being a kind hearted person, never backed off from helping him in becoming a stronger person and taught him sword skills, practiced day and night, just to see Eugeo satisfied. Eugeo respected him for his commendable leadership qualities, his experienced sword skills, his easygoing personality and his confidence. He found an ideal to follow, a trustworthy advisor, a caring friend and a partner in achieving his goal. Tons of time, he used to say to him "I want to be like you." Kirito was someone from whom he learnt a lot. His goal was "to save Alice" who was taken into custody, in Central Cathedral due to her punishment during their childhood (6 years ago) and Eugeo couldn't do anything back then, which became his extreme regret. Kirito believes in Doing something that you can do right now, instead of regretting and crying. This notion of him, motivated Eugeo to learn and improve his sword skills in order to get stronger and intend strongly, to save Alice. Kirito trusted his abilities more than anyone because of his potential and pure intentions. He thought that Eugeo wasn't given opportunities to show his real talent so he helped him in EVERY POSSIBLE Way. In fact, he thought that Eugeo would surpass him, someday in his strength and confidence. Many incidents lead to a stronger bond between them as friends. This bonding and friendship between them, is worth watching. Eugeo used to get sad thinking of the days when he won't be able to see Kirito after achieving his goals. 2. Second reason of This season to be a Perfect one is, A STRONG VILLAIN. Quinella, the administrator, and God of this underworld was scary in so many ways that one couldn't stop himself from getting fearful. She had the power to make people forget their memories, she had the power to hypnotise those who could rebel against her, her power of creating a world of her own choice was the very first thing that audience gets fearful of. She was the one who took Alice in her custody, made her forget her memories, forcibly added her as a part of her army & many other countless warriors, who were also deceived & used by her. They didn't know how evil she was, in fact they were doing every act, in the hope of making this God, Quinella happy, who had only evil intentions for them, all of which only Kirito knew. Eugeo and Kirito had to rebel against her in order to achieve their goal. Kirito had a bigger goal than Eugeo, because not only did he want to save Alice, but also the underworld and its future from Quinella's unpure intentions. In the previous season, "Death Gun" was considered a very strong villain (in the first few episodes only 🙄) but audience already had an idea that only Kirito is going to defeat that Death Gun. Similar was the case in Season 1, where Akihiko Kayaba was the villain at first, Whom only Kirito Defeated. Everybody knew already that Kirito is going to defeat every villain and solve Any mystery without any second thought, but this season was somehow different because Eugeo was also stronger and Kirito depended on him a lot more than he did on any person before, especially during fights. There were many incidents where Kirito was saved because of Eugeo. The fighting scenes were enough to drag the audience till the very end, with this thought "How will they defeat this one" because of Kirito and Eugeo's Brilliant partnership in fighting (for me these fights added more curiosity in the story). Audience who wanted to see what will be Quinella, Alice & Eugeo's end, it didn't bore them. I was sort of predicting Kirito's end to be Perfectly fine and victorious (like it happened every time) but IT CAME OUT TO BE VERY UNPREDICTABLE, which increased my admiration for the plot. Characters were so strong & influencing, that if I'd have to rate them, I'd give 10/10 3. If we focus on previous Seasons' animation, this season's animation style was very different & soothing to the eyes. Sword fighting, is always my favourite, so it made the animation even harder not to be noticed. The sceneries of Eugeo's village, Academy's Dresses (of 1st and 2nd year), nothing went unobserved. New attacks of Kirito and Eugeo with their visual formations also caught my attention, and to my surprise, Eugeo's sword and its freezing abilities were more impressive than I thought. We were so accustomed of seeing Kirito stealing the limelight every time, but it didn't happen this time. Especially Eugeo's figth With Bercouli increased this season's Level. If I'd have to rate the Art, I'd say 10/10 4. Music was another reason I fell for Sword Art Online Alicization. OSTs of opening and ending, as well as background music, they're all worth the praise. I even listen to them nowadays, since I'm a lover of "Music without vocals". So music is 10/10 for me. 5. Romance was somehow disappointing in this season because we know Kirito already has given his heart to Asuna so we can't expect a romance story from Kirito again 😬 yes However, I had huge expectations from Eugeo to express what he felt, in front of Alice. As Eugeo remembered Alice everyday for 6 years, he never forgot how she used to bring lunch for him when they were together, he used to cry thinking of their laughters together, these scenes had a great link with Romance. Adding fuel to the fire, Alice's sister had a crush on Eugeo, but she felt very disappointed when she realize how much Eugeo regrets not being able to be Alice's protector. My disappointment started when Unfortunately, neither the story revolved around Eugeo so his feelings weren't described in details, nor his ending was shown like the audience wanted (maybe I didn't want it like that🙄). In fact, Alice falling for Kirito instead of Eugeo was a bit saddening.. Eugeo, despite trying his best, had an idea how Alice would only like a guy like Kirito, but it can be seen as a realistic plot. This plot didn't show fantasy with a happy ending, but a very realistic ending was shown when it came to Eugeo (which I ended up admiring again) Story was very realistic and definitely unpredictable, so I'd give it 10/10 6. The most unique part of this season turned out to be Kirito's vulnerable and Fearful state, which was never shown in any of the seasons before and after Alicization. Previously he was a Strongest black swordsman, who wasn't afraid to fight even when all of players were afraid to die. Say it girls or boys, everyone used to get impressed of him. In Alfehim online, when he was about to save Asuna in the tower and got defeated when Leafa revived him again, he said to himself "Is this the punishment of always feeling superior?" It clearly showed that he never feared once, whenever he was in previous servers, but this time, he was afraid to fight, many a times, because of fear of getting injured just like a normal human does. This was a great change for the audience to know that EVEN KIRITO had a weak side. Here, He used to plan before every move. He used mind and his words in this season, more than his sword and fighting skills. He was cautious more than ever, still never backed off from fighting. Many a times, Kirito needed Eugeo to save him and incidents proved how important it was for them to be together if they wanted to live, unlike season 1, where he remained a Solo player for more than 2 years because he actually felt strong and superior. In fact, he felt more secure when he didn't have to save others during fights, as it used to burden him with the thought of losing them.) This side of Kirito wasn't shown in any of the seasons and I enjoyed it even more. Overall 10/10 Story 10/10 Chafacter 10/10 Music 10/10 Art 10/10 Enjoyment 10/10 I thoroughly enjoyed this Alicization season more than other seasons. Strongly recommended!

Highly recommended! Go for it!
A good story with a unique theme always catches the attention.✔️ STORY: 10/10 I'll only explain 6 points regarding story. 1. REALLY INTERESTING THEME, That is "Koto Club" Now what exactly is this koto? It's a musical instrument and focus of this anime is Music. Members of this Club play this instrument KOTO, since all of them have their reasons to be in this club because this club is quite underrated in the school. Once they join the club, they get along well, due to the president of this club Kurata. ... 2. 7 Members of Koto Club: Kurata, who's a very well spoken and mannered guy. He wants to collect at least 5 members in order to save this club from being disbanded from the school since a club must have at least 5 members to be recognised. The person who contacts Kurata first is Kudo Chika, who, by appearance, doesn't seem serious enough to be in the club because his image is ruined already due to being involved in fighting always and being ill mannered due to his company with bad boys, so Kurata (the president) couldn't believe when he wants to join the club. Instead he's scared & keeps on pushing him out of the club room saying that he's not welcome at all, because he's not serious about Koto. Kurata misunderstands him but Chika, despite being serious couldn't convince him, unless Chika's friend tells him, how truly he's wanting to be a part of KOTO club. His image becomes the major cause of Kurata's mistrust, but when he trusts him finally, he Leaves Chika speechless! From then onwards, Chika respects him, protects him, more than anyone, like a friend. Then comes another girl member, SATOWA HOUZUKI, VERY PROFESSIONAL KOTO PLAYER who has been winning national awards and been participating in various competitions, daughter of a Koto Head master. This influence of Satowa Houzuki's background was enough to doubt Kurata who couldn't even imagine that he'd get a member like her in his underrated club, without any problem. She doesn't befriend anyone in the beginning but she accepts this challenge of collecting 5 members because for her, it wasn't difficult to win and participate alone so she thought she could invite anyone who doesn't know how to play koto, to join that club, easily. Other 3 members are Chika's friends who join without thinking of Playing Koto since Satowa asks them to join only for the sake of Club not being disbanded due to less numbers. They join only for Chika. 5 of them, practice day and night and in a month, they've to prove to the school's vice principal how they're suitable enough to be in the Koto Club. Looking at them, playing together, another girl, Kurusu, also wishes to join the club. Her actual intention was to break this friendship bonding between club members because she was kind of jealous not to be a part of this Club, but she ended up loving them as well because of kind Kurata. Characters 10/10 3. THEIR PERFORMANCES 😍 I can't explain how well the Animation style and quality is. Especially me, who never had any interest in this traditional music, is enjoying each and every moment of these stage performances. So I think anybody would love them. Seriously! I used to wait for the performances, even though I don't have any interest for such traditional music pieces. When I heard Hozuki playing the first high note, on the stage, It felt so mesmerising. Since she was the one who had more knowledge in Koto's field, all the members used to depend on her a lot, while playing. Their whole piece used to become a masterpiece because of Hozuki. She guided them, without hesitating and realised how enjoyable it is to play with the syncing ryhtms of Kotos. The Remark of a girl "I didn't realize Koto was so..", I, as audience, completed in my head "So soothing to the ears". 4. SHY AND CUTE ROMANCE: I've always been fond of Shy romance, (And particularly hate Bold romance). Very graceful Satowa, who never did anything before joining this school, except playing Koto, didn't know how to respond when she encountered unknown feelings, that's why She was quite rude with Chika in the beginning, (because being nice with Chika wasn't easy for her). They used to fight a lot, but Chika respected her anyway because of her talent and grace. She started respecting him too, when she came to know the reason of him joining the club. Kurusu, who didn't want to see these club members together, started liking it because of Kurata, who listened to her, knew her intentions, yet he didn't hate her. 5. FRIENDSHIP scenes are SURELY WORTH WATCHING. Some emotions that one feels only with friends, were depicted so perfectly. Before performing, they used to practice a lot. Competing in a very positive way they used to have a lot of fun (quite nostalgic) Chika never forgets how Kurata Accepted him wholeheartedly in Koto Club and trusted him when nobody else did. He respects him in many ways (just exclude the fact that he calls him FOUR EYES because of his glasses 😂) He always knew how kind Kurata is, still he gets touched by his words every time. Feeling of having a victory with your friends, feeling of losing and being apologetic without realising and All of them, being nervous, before the performance seemed so True. I felt as if I'm feeling exactly like them, whenever I'm about to perform on stage. I've always been a person who's not confident on stage 😅 so I could relate a lot,( I think audience can relate a lot) by how they were reacting before the performance, especially Kurusu, who had never performed on stage before and Sano Reacting on every little thing such as "Hearing the school before us play makes me even more nervous" And when they finished, he was like "O-o-our turn's next. C-calm down." 😅 they were actually showing the real personality who's nervous before the performance. I loved those scenes. I loved their bonding, they supporting each other indirectly while playing and Chika's "Giving his best" attitude. 6. "Koto Club, Practicing and aiming for national competitions and performing with all their might" this was something I loved during the whole series. It was a major goal from the start, the focus didn't shift. This series had a STRONG plot. During those practices, their memories were the sole reason this story becomes interesting. This all clearly demands 10/10 of a story. Right? Animation:10/10 Animation style was SUGOI (TOO GOOD that I can't explain). Koto performances were ENOUGH to explain the brilliance of animation. Because of the Blushing scenes, crying scenes, girls were so cute (normally I hate the red lines on the cheeks whenever girls blush 😂) but this animation style was so outstanding that I couldn't stop myself from admiring it. Oh yes, another thing I loved and found unique were the pants and skirts of this school. Their uniforms were very different from the usual ones that we watch almost in every other school. MUSIC: 8/10 no doubt, some scenes were way too emotional, and music had a great role in enhancing them, still music didn't catch my attention. Opening OST of season 1 is refreshing, but I didn't like other OSTS and ending songs of season 1 and 2. But if I consider the music and pieces of Koto which they played on stages, they were brilliant. I can listen to their performances without a doubt, do many times without getting bored. So music is good because of those pieces. ENJOYMENT: -10/10 I would gladly say that it's the 2nd anime after Fruits basket that I enjoyed so much. Highly HIGHLY recommended!
