I remember watching this as a joke back then. But I feel as it predicted something.
Like this reminds me a lot of ASMR stuff and a lot of things where the viewer loves to interact with the "character". Like the ai character chats? But less interactive.
I am not really diggin the character designs but I don't think they are bad. Just not my style.
I would recommend it for the lolz and funzies, or just to try new things to see that thewre really is all kind of animes.
