This review is based off of both season 1 and season 2 of honey and clover. (I have bad grammar, but review will be spoiler free)
STORY:
The story is about a group of art college students who become friends and live there lives. That is the story in simple terms. The story also has some twist. For example there are a couple of love triangles, and a few other small annoying factors in the story that are not a huge deals, but they still plays a toll on the story.
ART:
As I am sure the majority of us are well aware, but for those who are not
...
the art is very well done considering the anime was only aired in 2005. Even if the art is actually considered "bad" in my opinion it is perfect. It matches the story to a T, and for some reason makes the story feel.as if it were on a more emotional level.
SOUND:
I didn't notice the sound much throughout the anime, however when there was a scene that was supposed to be emotional or dramatic the sound was for the most part on point, and really emphasized the emotional aspect of whatever scene it was in the anime. (Dramatic scenes for the most part )
CHARACTER:
If ir weren't for the main fact that my favorite character was rejected by a.certain someone in the anime in the second last episode I would probably gave a higher rating, but I waited for the very moment when she would NOT reject him, but she decided to reject him even though she "loved him" and holy moly I wish it were different. Anyway enough with the rambling. The characted development was consistent throughout the anime, and each character had something to overcome, and I feel no characters was left out. I will admit some characters should have been focused on more than others, but in the end they managed to make most of the characters instady thoughts come to a stable point where they could end the anime. I realize that may not make much sense but basically the characters thoughts and feelings came to a point at the end where they could be happy simply put.
OVERALL/ENJOYMENT
Overall I really enjoyed the anime. Especially the romance aspects of it. Even though there was more drama than romance. My favorite character was also at the very least recognized and loves my the one girl I wanted him to end up with, however they did not end up together so that made me enjoy the anime a little less. I recommend anyone who likes romance. Of drama to give it a go. Again this review is based on both seasons.

I want to give a fair warning if she had not ended up choosing the guy I wanted her to I would have give a 0 if I could, but all worked out in the end.
STORY:
The story was awful, and it had a twisted concept at that. A girl in love with a guy, and a "friend" who does everything in her power to make the main characters life miserable, and along with this another boy who is also in love with the main character makes the story all the more complicated. I hated the story! She had a "friend" as I mentioned literally make
...
the class mentally and physically abuse her, and yet the main character can still forgive her "friend" over and over even though her "friend" pulls the same kind of crap every time. The only reason I even give a 2 is because she ended up with the character I like the most.
ART:
I don't want to be so hard on the art because this anime aired in 2005 I believe (sorry if I have the year wrong) , but I found the art to be bad either way. I will say' even though it was bad I think it was the highlight of the anime.
SOUND:
I do not really have any idea what to say for sound because I cannot remember anything sound related in the anime besides the opening. In other words the sound didn't leave even the slightest impression.
CHARACTER:
I hated every single character!! The main character was dense, and did everything she shouldn't have done. (Near the ending wasn't as bad, but it was still hair pulling) The "Friend" who kept on making the main characters like a LIVING HELL! I have no idea who the made her out the way they did, but I really wish the made her more lovable, because I feel bad about myself for having sympathy for an incident involving the "friend", but any how i'll leave characters at that, because the two main male characters were no where near as bad.
ENJOYMENT/OVERALL:
Well I wish I hadn't started the anime to be honest...I liked the ending so I guess it wasn't as bad, but I highly recommend you stay away unless you LOVE drama, because this anime has a ocean of it, and it is extremely annoying to me, and I have watched plenty of drama anime, but this one was the worst anime not to mention drama anime I have ever watched.

I am doing a very quick review, and before I start I wanted to let everyone know, I watched this anime a few months ago, so don't bother reading if you're looking for a detailed review. I will explain what I thought of each expect of the show.
Also pardon me if I get small details wrong like age etc, The review will stand for what I say even if I get a small detail wrong, I am going by what I personally thought.
Story
So what happens when you're grandfather has a kid and he passes away? Well normally they're a little older and matured, but in
...
this case his child is only 6 and no one wants to take her. Fortunately his grandson, or her uncle decides that if no one else would do it, he would. Anyway in short the story revolves around there new found life together and how the manage to survive, and in all it is a very heart warming anime that anyone could sit back and relax while watching.
Art
The art is perfect to go with this anime, it gives off a childlike feel. I am going to assume that is what they wanted and so nothing else to say, the art was perfect.
Sound
Now the sound to the story was as if again like the art, had a childlike feel, and so nothing more to say it was perfect, it went with the story as best as it could.
Character
The whole story was around the development of Rin and Daikichi. The development was paced perfect. there was something new every episode and it is not like you can put a load of fan service in a series like this, so again perfect.
Enjoyment
I enjoyed this series to its fullest. It was a perfect anime and a much watch.
Overall
It was a perfect anime. 10/10
P.s sorry for the bad review, but I don't know what to say after watching it so long again, when I think back to the anime I can only think perfect! anyway give the anime a shot I say.

So have you ever wanted revenge towards someone, so much you would sacrifice your soul and send them to hell?
Story
The story is basically about different people in each episode who decide to do what I have asked as my opening question. Anyway while this is going on a "reporter" seeks to stop it. In all the story is very unique and very tragic. Depending which episode almost anyone can relate. my one problem which was only small, was that some small things like someones dog dying and a girl sending a soul to hell for it, along with her own soul. I
...
mean I love the story but it is nonsense no one in their right mind would do this. I did like the fact they used real like examples of people out for vengeance.
Art
I loved the art! it could be creepy, sad, and happy all at once. It stood out a lout and it was just plain out amazing. I do however wonder why the decided to draw a school girl dress on Ai through out every episode. She didn't really go to a school. It is just small, but overall the art was amazing. Some things I wished had more variety than drawing the same thing over and over, however like I said it was still a great style of art.
Sound
Now just the same as the Art, but I find the music fit perfect in every episode. I loved the music when a creepy, happy, sad, or just every scene when it played. It stood out to me a lot. I especially loved the i intro and ending. So that was a big plus. I can't say much for sound or art but I said what I think so it is good enough.
Character
Every character that continued to show during the series had some kind of character development. I do think that the development could have been better for some. the build up was wasted at the end I find. I may be saying this because certain characters don't continue on to season 2, but I really thought that the ending would have more impact considering all the build up. I still liked all characters though. All the supporting characters too.
Enjoyment
Well what can I say? I found almost everything perfect. I realize my score is a little rough but I have my reasons. I still really enjoyed watching, I can still remember watching the first episode and feeling so exited to have found such a wonderful anime. This will always be one of my favorites and so will the next couple of seasons too I hope.
Overall
Well, why are you still reading this? Get on to the anime! This anime was nearly PERFECT. I believe everyone should give Jigoku Shoujo a try.

This anime was a very amusing anime, it had a harsh reality aspect to it, and for some reason I always like those, it also had a "deep life lesson" that I 100% agreed with, and for that I feel everyone should watch this anime, whether you love, or hate anime. I watched this anime a few months back and so after coming across it again I thought why not do a review, and set everything as 10, however I do not remember the music and sound. So I decided to re-watch the anime itself.
Story
So a soul gets places inside the body of a boy
...
who committed suicide, now just this part tells you the story will be a sad and depressing one. There will be happy times, sad times, and times that will annoy the hell out of you.
The story was very interesting and made me really think, as I said at the top you don't have to love anime to understand the meaning of this anime.
Art
The art is done spectacular for this anime, it does an amazing job portraying all the emotions. When they run through the run I can practically feel the wind going through my hair and the rain drops pouring down on me.
Sound
Now the sound in this anime was very well done, and everything played at just the right moment. It made the whole anime so much more dramatic. I really enjoyed every bit of it. I feel there was a little bit of everything mixed in the sound, sadness, happiness. It was as if someone was sitting there playing the instruments right in my living room.
Character
The character development was amazing. I don't know if I am talking about just the main character, but by the end of the anime I could feel some kind of connection to piratically every character. There were times I wish I could have smacked half the characters, but that is life. We don't always get what we want and it all was very unexpected when a character did anything.
Enjoyment
So enjoyment. Did I really enjoy this anime? As I mentioned in character there was times when I wanted to smack some of thee characters, but I really did enjoy the anime. I enjoyed every single second of it. I loved the story and how it developed along with the characters, I liked how the art and music made the anime give off so much more emotion. The anime is a very deep life lesson anime and again anyone would enjoy or at least not regret watching this anime.
Overall
So overall I think I stated it in my enjoyment. I find the anime one of the best anime I have seen, mainly because of the story and the fact I don't see anime like this often. So I recommend anyone to watch. I apologize for my lack of grammar and spelling, and also if I repeated anything. I hope I at least convince someone to watch this anime. I give a 10/10

Story
I am going to make this a very short review. I believe this is a story of how just because we are different, doesn't mean we should fight, or hate each other. that is what I got out of the color bit.
Art
I liked how the art was done, it was different and definitely helped make the main point of the story stick out. (if that made any sense, or if I even got the main point)
Sound
Well the only sounds I head were a bell, and the background music. The bell just added mystery, and the background music was put there for a good reason
...
and it sounded nice.
Character
Well not much to say but this was a nice short story, it starts with a boy being bullied or told off my other "colors" then he has a chance meeting of sorts with a girl, and it goes on from there. (watch to understand what I mean because I don't wanna spoil)
Enjoyment
Well I always enjoy heat filled lessons, when there is a "deep lesson" to be learned I always find it interesting, and this story was so exception.
I feel it was a short anime, with a deep message.
Overall
Well overall as I said in my enjoyment, short anime with deep message.
I think anyone should take the time to watch because it was a very interesting and great anime.
I don't know where you can watch this other than YouTube so here is a link; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mbkgA9mU5Uw

Time of Eve is a rather short series, and although it is short it is one of the most well done "robot" type anime I have watched. I haven't watched many so that may be why, but either way it was good enough for me to enjoy watching it.
My review is going to be based on the impression it gave me while watching it, and I say this because I think it may have giving different messages to different people. Anyway I hope I can at least convince someone to give this a try, I have not watched the movie yet, but I plan
...
to as I an told it has more detail.
Story
So in a world where androids (Robots) are being used more commonly you can't show gratitude towards them without being considered (a name I forget) Anyway while watching I was wondering why they weren't being polite toward the robots because they may be machines, but they still did something for them, and they were acting like shallow jerks, but it seems that it is the way people are expected to treat their androids, and anyway basically the owner of one robots tracks their robots movements and ends up at this weird coffee shop and then the story begins. I have to say that the story itself is very interesting but at the same time I couldn't quite put my finger on the main point of the story, was it about how robots are treated unfairly, or maybe it was about our main character and how he once had issues with robots along with his friend. I really couldn't figure out. I still overall think it is a nice story but if you need to have a pacific plot point then you may want to find another anime to watch, also the ending felt like it was unfinished, and frankly it was kind of a cliff hanger. Overall for the story considering it was a 6 episode story it was fairly well done.
Art
Now the art was really well done. As I normally say in almost all my reviews I really am not picky on art, but it was drawn well, an it gave the anime a more homey feeling if that makes any sense. I also felt that the art gave off how the robots were feeling, when the robots were being mistreated the art looked gloomy in a sense. I really hope I am making sense, but either way I really liked the art.
Sound
Now for sound something else I really don't care to much about unless it is outstanding. Now this anime did not have any intro or ending song. I liked the music that was played at the ending of each episode. It always fit. I also liked the song that was played on the piano at one point, although I was confused on what happened with all this piano business. Anyway I found the music to be okay, but not the greatest.
Character
Now I am kind of being generous for even giving a seven, but again for a 6 episode series it was okay. There were many characters I was confused on, but maybe that was the point, I barley even found out about the main characters "issues" I did understand that characters all had their issues with either robot laws or how they were treated, and some may have even had issues with robots in general, but all the issues revolved around the same subject. However that doesn't make up for the fact I barley even seen characters stories in a sense, there was some development, but what had happened in the past to make them the way they were, or what made them go to that place, maybe the point was to show that robots and humans were the same and the reason for us to not know much was so we could get a better feel. Frankly I will probably never know but at the same time I felt that little mystery made me watch the show with a little more curiosity.
Again I am sorry if that made no sense.
Enjoyment
So the question is did I enjoy the show, and again for a 6 episode series it was fairly well done, so I will say yeah. I enjoyed the series to an extent waiting to see where the story went, was I disappointed by the ending well I was a little but I still enjoyed watching, I also enjoyed how the anime had a homey feeling to it. Again I wish the ending was different, but maybe the ending was meant to be the way it was.
Overall
By now if you made it this far in my review you are probably very confused, and wondering if you should bother watching this anime. If you are looking for a calming and relaxing anime to watch that you will now look to deep into then I suggest this series, but at the same time maybe you need to look deep into the series to fully get it. There was so many things that confused me when I finished this mainly because of all the cliff hangers, which is why I say if you wont look to deep into t you may enjoy. So really if you like robots give it a try. Frankly it will vary from person to person I enjoyed the anime, however as I ave been saying I am still wondering about a lot of things. I hope I made things clear, just give it a try I will say as my last statement.

I enjoyed this anime more than I expected to, I also find myself hating it for certain reasons I can't say due to spoilers, however I can say it has to do with romance situations.
Story
This anime is about two schools who try a merge, some of the students from a mixed gender school go to a all girl academy. Now you can imaging the reactions from some of the girls at this all girls academy. Anyway Shingo tends to be the mid-way point in a sense, all though not all students like him any better, but he seems to help. He essentially starts getting
...
involved and thus create the plot points of the story, making drama, excitement, and more. I really did enjoy the story overall however like many "harem" anime we all don't like the love choice or however you would like to put it.
Art
I really liked the art, I liked how the characters looked, all the way to the trees, now I am not so picky on art so long as I can see what everything is and its not drawn like a 4 year old would draw. Anyway this art made everything easier to look at and made the story look a whole lot nicer, especially the cherry blossom scene at one point in the anime. I just found the art made certain scenes a whole lot nicer as it should have.
Sound
Now I was not very fond of the OP, and ED however usually I can at least listening to it a few times however I really don't know why but I couldn't. I found they were okay but not the best. I also didn't really notice the background music popping out to me or even really helping make scenes stand out more. I realize that maybe I was not paying attention enough but there was two times it did stand out so I am going to assume it was just the music not being good enough for me. If that makes any sense.
Character
Now the main characters all got some screen time, we found out most situations, however there is one character that was my favorite she was a key corner stone to the story however she did not really get a "situations" it was more of a "this is why I said this" kind of thing, and I was also disappointed because of another issue with this same character, and this is me just expressing my opinion due to my favorite character being rejected.
Anyway overall the character development was okay, all them got screen time, and there was no real cliff hanging character development at the end, unless you count being curious about a certain characters feelings when it all ends.
Enjoyment
As I stated many times in this review, I am pretty upset about a certain character, however that does not change the fact I enjoyed the anime. I do wish the ending was a little different, well I wish things were different from around episode 8, but I still think it is worth a watch.
Overall
I think if you like romance anime you should watch it, if you like animals go and watch it, if you like anime maybe go and watch it. I really think it is one of the better "harem anime" so please give it a try.
P.s If I am getting it wrong and it is in fact not a harem genre then please excuse me. However I believe you all get my point.

I had to put a pause on this anime around episode 4 so please keep that in mind if I for got anything. I overall did enjoy Myself;Yourself, it was a nice change of pace, and story altogether compared to all the other anime I have watched that usually have the same stereotypical stories, and endings.
and despite what I have said over 10 times in this review the anime is not as dark as I say it is, however it is darker than most anime I am used to so for me it is fairly dark, although I still really enjoyed it.
Story
The story in
...
itself is very dark for the most part in my opinion, now that being said there are the happy times in play. When Sana moves back he reunited with his old friends, and from that point everything is very happy, until an incident happens that causes a little drama and from this point I feel it was a roller coaster ride, with something new to add into play each and every episode.
Art
This may just be me, and I didn't look at dates these anime were made so excuse me about that but I feel whenever I am watching a dark anime there is normally this kind of art, I have no idea why I am using this as an example, but I find this art makes everything seem more real and set on a more personal level. This may not make sense, however I hope most will understand what I mean. I feel this art just makes everything stick out more, and so we are not always focusing on the characters.
Sound
I really enjoyed the opening, not as much as others, but it was okay. I even listened to it more than once while watching the series, the violin music was also very nice, I especially enjoyed the song that she played for sana. The background sound normally fit into what it was being played for whether it be a dark and depressing moment or a happy and cheerful one, although I didn't really pay much attention, as I don't normally.
Character
Now the character development was amazing, all characters had a backstory, and I guess you coud say problem, although some more dark than others. I do wish some of the back stories weren't as rushed, and we had a little more development I still find it was a decent character development for a 12 episode anime, had it been 24 episodes we could have seen a little more, and maybe had a little cleaner ending. (not to say it wasn't good)
Enjoyment
Now as I stated at the top I did have a pause on the anime for a short time, because of me not really enjoying it. When I sarted again and passed episode 5 I believe it was I started enjoying it much more, because the plot was getting a little thinker in a sense, I really did enjoy this anime. I enjoyed the happy times and the sad times. Although there are some weird things that happened that I was very confused about, they pushed the story. Now back on topic I overall enjoyed the anime very much. 8/10 for being a little different and original.
Overall
I overall enjoyed it as stated, I would recommend anyone to give this anime a try, unless you can't stand sad or depressing anime. I believe this is my first review unless I did one that I forgot about, but that being said please excuse the crappiness of it.

The second season of WIXOSS fixed everything that went wrong in the first and made the anime that much better, although there are characters who will make you wanna rip your hair out it was a great second season.
STORY
battle to have a wish come true. Is that the main plot to the story? or maybe it is finding Tama and making her a human girl to hang with Ru. I find the main point of the story is to find the purpose of the selector battles and saving Tama of course. I even loved the ending although I wish they added one small
...
thing to make the ending even better, but overall I was happy and satisfied with the way it ended.
ART
well I don't usually care about art work as long as it fits the story and I guess this was no exception...it fitted the story perfect and made this fantasy card game seem a little more realistic.
SOUND
I loved the sound and when they played it, it made the emotions sink a little deeper, although I could careless about the music as long as it's not crap. I found the music here made the anime a whole lot better.
CHARACTERS
although the back stories could have been better, I liked the characters. especially the main character Ru and tama. Now back to the back stories, I wish that I could know why Ru was called scary or why Hitoe couldn't make friends...the only character we really found a little about was Yuzuki and her issues/wish.
ENJOYMENT
well I usually love the anime I finish watching. So basically all of them but it usually has to do with how it ended and I guess I loved the ending. I don't want to spoil anything but it all added up with a few questions which made me enjoy it a little less but still a great ending.
OVERALL
same with the enjoyment I overall found it a great anime to sit down and watch, it had a little bit of every genre even incest for you incest lovers :)....I am just kidding but give it a try I bet you will love this anime.
