Man! it may not be the best Makoto Shinkai's job, but there's no doubt the man knows how to hit you in the feelings. Way better than it's prequel, this series has better characters and a more developed story. Yet it fails on beign a good adaptation of its source material, it succed on beign a decent series that wont bore you, specially if you don't know the source material.
I only watched the prequel because My Anime List says it has some relation with Steins Gate (I don't know where) and it was really dissapointing, a total waste of time, and only finished it just because I don't like left things unfinished. Anyway, I really enjoyed this sequel. Sure it didn't sparks joy in my eyes but at least ... Jan 23, 2020

OK, I started to watch this because My Anime List says it is an alternative setting to Steins Gate, but man, there's nothing remotely related to Steins Gate in that show! I waited 'till the end to see if maybe theres a cameo or some but nothing. Now, the main idea of the story is not bad, tech and people who can turn illusions into reality? sounds interesting, but the story was terrible developed, also the characters had an even worst development, lacking any convinceable motivations to do what they do.
