Megami no Café Terrace

The anime shows with ecchi tags are usually tedious. The story and characters become repeatable and enjoyment waves off as the experience of watched anime increases. However, this show is well done for the genre and can bring a lot of enjoyment.

The troupe of girls and a boy living in the same living space is nothing new. It usually goes along with accidents of a sexual nature and girls falling in love with the MC. You can write it off as a typical harem that brings nothing of value. However, there is something more comforting about this show. It is a ... story of a group of people of different personalities, backgrounds and goals that strive together to aspire to a higher goal inspired by a person they all loved (the grandmother). They reconcile with their difficult pasts and try to move on to create a family. We get to know each of the characters better and possibly find elements we can relate to.

The characters are anime archetypes. The MC is a serious type who has a grasp on reality and cares for people around him in his own way. The 5 girls are of tsundere, cool, innocent and stupid character. Their interactions are always entertaining, and the voice actors did a great job. My personal favorite is the cool type, Akane.

The art and animation are average, neither great nor bad.

The comedy with sexual elements is done in good taste and not too overused.

Altogether, I recommend this show to improve the mood however naturally you can't expect too much intellectual entertainment. I await the second season.

The third season of Overlord is an enjoyable show. There is much action, and the plot is engaging. The whole concept of Overlord has always been somewhat original. Viewers who seek gore and cruelty won’t be disappointed. The whole process of assessing technicalities is mundane and worthless, so I will go straight to the point.
The main reason for me to write this review is to put a certain thought into words. Ainz and Nazarick are extremely powerful and merciless. It would not be an exaggeration to say that their capabilities are closer to the gods than humans. This whole show perfectly demonstrates the pitifulness of ... the human condition. We are powerless in the face of greater forces. Whether these forces are the state, society, gods, or the concepts of time and existence. Every person puts so much importance on their individual ego, but in the end, we are no different than the countless horrible-quality CGI copies on the battlefield or side characters turned into experimental subjects. Worms with little impact on reality, given into the hands of fate. Humans struggle like cockroaches trying to prevent their demise. We seek countless reasons to live; pleasure, family, religion, philosophy. I do as well, but after watching an anime that focuses on the insignificance of human life, the whole struggle seems extremely pitiful. 
If you're looking for Weltschmerz, I highly recommend this show.

Netflix is known to destroy everything it touches. The ultimate evil of the modern media. 
Fortunately for us, this time they pulled it off. By no means can Cyberpunk: Edgerunners be called a masterpiece, but nevertheless, the show is done splendidly. 

It has all the necessary aspects of a great cyberpunk anime. The decay of society is perfectly presented. Degeneracy on every corner; corporations owning every ounce of people’s lives. And in the midst of this hopelessness, a group of outcasts who just struggle on. 
The greatest merit of the show is the soundtrack. The music selection is brilliant. 
CD Project Red is great at creating anime. First the ... Witcher movie, now this beautiful piece of art. I await more in the future. 

If you have a need to see something truthful, gruesome, and deprived of any qualms, I wholeheartedly recommend this show.

At first, it seemed to be a promising anime that would provide many wholesome moments. And it does, but the amount of unnecessary plot elements ruin it all.

Story: 3

The plot is the worst part of this show. If the main focus was on the development of the relationship between the main characters it wouldn’t be so uninteresting. Unfortunately, it strays away from the most important element all the time and provides an extremely boring plot. And as the show continues, it gets only worse. Episode 12 was such a mess, it is not even worth discussing.

Art: 5

Art is far from beautiful. The characters are designed ... well but that’s the most positive adjective I can use. The animation itself is terrible, especially during fight scenes. It only gets better during wholesome scenes.

Sound: 6

The sound is decent. The voice actors did their job well. I enjoyed the ending song. Very calming and suiting the relationship between Rit and Red.

Characters: 5

The main characters, Rit and Red are likable. Their relationship progressed through the show, which is unusual for many anime. When it comes to side characters, Ares will be remembered for his pitifulness and Ruti for brother complex. Most of the side characters were unremarkable.

Enjoyment: 6

I enjoyed the little moments between Rit and Red. They are very wholesome, and such relationships are a rarity in the anime industry. All the other elements are just very tedious.
