So.. as I write this review in the peak of night right before dawn, about 4 in the morning because I just started watching about an hour ago... let me tell you what makes Master_Piece a masterpiece.... or is it?
To be honest I was hyped for the release of the episodes to the point that I may have overhyped it... well... overflowing libido is a characteristic of

a man of culture... but maybe that's just me.
But was the hype worth it? Well, you will know later on after I finish the review.
Let's start with the story...
There must be something wrong with you if the only thing you're looking for in a hentai is the story... seriously.. what the f**k man?
But to be honest the story was indeed the typical stuff that you will find in common Ecchi/Harem plots... well, that's how hentai should be... unless you're into some weird sh*t... besides.. we don't come for the plot... we come for the PLOT ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Art is great... if it weren't for the character drawings in some scenes being rushed... they are barely noticeable if you're already caught up in the moment (ehem... fapping...) but since I was just purely admiring the show, my hands were just free and so were my instincts... it just so happened that I was in the mood to observe... But since I was observing I was also amazed at something else... like WOW!! Amazing physics on the animation... good lord... I have never seen such fluid animation on bouncing titties.. There was even motion blur applied.. Like seriously?!!? Motion blur!! definitely great effort put into the art.
Sound.. I'll say it's quite relaxing if you would fap to some ambiance music...
terrific...
Character... well it's not called character development for hentai... It's hentai development... pulled it off nicely though... The characters themselves... well it's just the typical stuff that we like... "Very loving family members". But a wise man once said, "If she's not blood related, she's free to be dated."
Enjoyment... Oh my boy... you will definitely enjoy this one... So.. was the hype worth it? F**k yeah it is. But Master_Piece is definitely a masterpiece that has yet to achieve perfection... The only thing I can say is that it was almost there... but there was something that drove it a bit sideways from perfection... I can't figure out what it is exactly...

Looking back, how did I discover this series?
Well, I was looking for feels to be honest... I forgot what exactly I was doing back then that made me add this show to my watchlist but I don't regret doing that. In fact I was glad to have discovered this series. As I read its synopsis, I noticed that this series was focused around a game, and that game is Shogi. not bother to learn the rules on how to play it. Luckily, this series did not need prior knowledge of the game to understand the story.
So what does the story have in for us? Well, let's check my first opinions as I started rolling the first episode.
So, the first episode starts off with the opening. Quite a tradition to older series of anime but good thing there were no spoilers, it just leaves you kind of confused but it is nice. I remember anime series by their iconic openings and the more marvelous an opening is, the better I remember the scenes of the series. But let's not focus on that.
The first episode already gives off a lot of melodramatic feel and it hints that the show is somewhat heavy on the mood. There's plenty to think about when you start watching. As you progress more and more, the story highlights that this is all about the internal struggles of the main character. Well, I shouldn't any more than that since spoilers are something I would never bequeath upon thy audience.
The art, well... It is something truly unique. I have some words to say about this element of the show. I cannot really fathom this art style because it feels as if it was based heavily from the manga's art style and it feels that they gave incredible animation to each page of a volume. Well I cannot really describe it properly but to be honest, I haven't really gotten used to the art yet. It does not particularly bother me, but I just can't seem to notice it everytime a character does an action. The transition for each chapter is so well done and it does not kill the mood.
The sound is something top-notch. The BGMs and soundstracks fit so very well and the staff found great music producers for this show. Everything fit so well with the mood and even the sound effects are excellent as well.
There will always be characters that you will hate but I do not particularly have any of them in this series. Well, maybe not yet. However, I found that the characters lacked a bit of development and detail during their screen times.
As I previously said, this show is not light on the mood but it is not particularly that heavy as well. But as the struggles went by, the anime also alleviates the pain by itself amidst the struggleswhich is a great feature for a show that has drama. This anime is truly something that prioritizes the mood because you can feel it wrap around your heart. You can feel both pain and joy when the mood calls for it. It's like having a spoon of ice cream after drinking a hot cup of coffee. Another element of the story that I noticed is that it frequently displays the deafening silence in the environment. Silence is something considered as peaceful but it also can be a main factor among the chaos. Although the show was not all that bad, I can't help but think that it felt kind of empty with no direction.
Well this first season was alright, but I'm looking forward to seeing the next one.

Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn is indeed a unique series to the franchise. Aside from the main mobile suit, the characters are iconic as well.
I may have made a mistake as choosing this series as my entry into the timeline of the Universal Century. what really happened because I haven't seen the originals yet. I don't even know if I even qualify as a Gundam fan. But I must not let that kind of thing get to me because my passion is real. Anyway...
So how did Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn went for me? Hmmm... Well the only thing I regret is that I should have started watching this a long time ago. This series gives off an entirely different feeling from the others because of its episode structure. Instead of a standard 25 episode per season series that goes until season 2, here we get 7 full length episodes and by full length I mean, 1 hour long episodes. Yes. The cliffhanger style you get from the other series won't be much experienced here. Each episode is jam packed with plot and there is absolutely no bullsh*t to be seen. Everything is straight out about the plot and each episode just gets more interesting. I never thought that a series with a short number of episodes can be so wholesome and the way this series was directed was very well planned. Sunrise spared no effort in making this OVA.
I have a summary for this series. It goes like this:
"Whenever the main character enters the mobile suit, there's a guarantee that he will end up somewhere far away."
I found that to be quite humorous and meaningful at the same time. It goes to show that there will always be adventure inside of a Gundam, and that is true indeed.
Overall, I found this series to be outstanding and it is recommended for fans of the series to know this story. It may be the best installment in all of the franchise. But that's just an opinion.

Eroticism has always been the epitome of experiences for a man. (For an adolescent boy, to be exact.) It is a sacred state of being that exists in the dirtiest minds or the most innocent individuals.
Ah f*ck... no one reads this kind of sh*t anyway. Besides this is a hentai review... What the actual f*ck are you even doing down here? It's hentai for f*ck's sake... Why would you even need to check reviews for a hentai?
Anyway... so that I can't be called out for being ironic or anything, I'll atleast tell my thoughts about this one.
Mankitsu Happening which literally translates to
...
"comedic happenings" is just your average vanilla hentai with no supernatural sh*t that has ghost, vampires or even goddamn tentacles. Yes... just straight out f*cking. But, what makes it so different from the others? Well, the fact that visual quality is prioritized over everything else is indeed a big factor that made the difference. Yes, I tested that factor out and saw an episode of this in 360p. Even with a low resolution, it was still amazing.
The story of this series was not given any sort of extra details so that there would be no confusion or plot holes. I like how everything just goes straight to the point. No bullsh*t or underhanded twists. However, there was a sort of drawback in the end because I am used to continuous storylines and therefore it didn't really feel like it ended. It kind of left me hanging.
The art well... it is literally sensational. The Last hentai that I saw was Eroge! which was also made by Collaboration Works. I have now concluded that they make the best hentai in the business.
The characters are enough. Enough to make a harem and enough for satisfaction. The main hero is just your typical eyeless hentai protagonist with a face full of bangs.
Enjoyment... Hmm.... I don't want to talk about that. Let's just say I had a great time ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Before anything else, I would like to announce a few things.
If you're here after reading my review for the first season, thank you very much for your patronage. But if you're someone who has not yet seen that previous review, I recommend that you read it first so that you would understand the points I have for this discussion. Either way, I hope you enjoy reading this next one.

hope you have the same one that I have. "One hell of a story." Yes, these were my exact words when I finished the last episode. And at the time of writing this review, the lingering feelings are still strongly eminating from my very soul. You might be wondering what these lingering feelings are. Well, I can't describe them to be honest. Let's just say that the feeling of emptiness you get after finishing any form of medium plus overwhelming emotions that makes you want to think about life. If you remember on my previous review, I stated that the first season was already satisfying as it is and there isn't really a need for a sequel because most of the conflicts have already been settled. But I was feeling obligated to finish the series because there might be more stuff that I need to see that I didn't know that I wanted to see. Yes, never have I been so dumbfounded when I started watching this second season. So, let me tell you how it went.
Clannad: After Story. Well, that is indeed a title that speaks as a sequel. Not just plain "Season 2" so, why is that? Will there be some changes? Is this an entirely new story? The answer is yes and no. So, right off the bat on the first episode, it starts off as a direct continuation of the previous season. How can I be so sure? Well, it's because the previous shenanigans and tropes also made it to this season. Comedy skits, running routines, flying people from a kick, etc. Of course those aren't new things so I wasn't really excited about those, but I felt that I needed to see more of these moments so that was alright. So after a few episodes, I started to notice that the plot is just going straight and easy-going. My instincts automatically assume that there must be something big that's going to happen, and I was right. Since I was barely affected by the drama during the first season, it made me think that the drama I was looking for is in this one. So, everything was going straight until the first half of the season, then suddenly... Almost everything started changing. I began to think, "Is this still Clannad? Or maybe... Is this what Clannad's supposed to be?" Well, I don't want to tell what happened to the story because I want people to witness it for themselves. However, people have different interpretations and it's not going to be the same message for everyone. Since we're getting nowhere with this explanation, let's just get into the review proper.
The story of Clannad: After Story (wait that sounds redundant) is something... Well, I can't even describe it. But it is indeed a story that forced me to give it an outstanding score. Well, maybe the fitting description for it is an emotional rollercoaster. Not just the usual ride. I'm talking about the type of rollercoaster that reaches up to the clouds and then goes down through an abyss and afterwards makes a spiral on the Leaning tower of Pisa. Then after you get off, it comes back to run you over. Yes that kind of rollercoaster. It's been a while since I cried on a drama series. The last time I did, I remember was during Shigatsu. I was already ready to accept the outcome of the story and then suddenly... BAM! Reset! Yes, the Visual Novel elements are still alive and kicking in this season. For a moment, I became furious because the show was playing with my feelings but then I realized if the producers made it end that way, they would never hear the end of some fans asking for a better alternative plot. So, it seems that they thought ahead with this one and decided to give this series a better ending. Which is indeed reasonable because I have always preferred good endings. With that, I was satisfied with the story. Outstanding.
The Art... holy crap... I thought the art was going to remain the same for this season but it seems improvements do happen. Never have I seen a classic TV series so fluid in animation that it begins to resemble a movie. The character designs have been vastly improved as well and they don't look funny anymore. Moving backgrounds... Who doesn't like these stuff? I thought they wouldn't fit in a drama but guess I was wrong. It's like the frames of these show weren't drawn but filmed. With that, I give the Art an outstanding rating.
Sound... There's nothing more for me to say about Jun Maeda's work. Excellent has always, the sound department didn't slack off in this season. Although I have a bit of the problem with the ending theme. It just feels that it's a bit too happy for the series and it sometimes ruins the drama when you see the "To be continued" lines on the episode. Other than that, the Sound is as outstanding as always.
Character... character development was great in the previous season. But for this one, it is right on point. I have never seen such realistic emotions and human-like behaviour in animation. The characters are indeed very relateable to and show great stagecraft. I am so happy that other characters have been given screen time and development and given slight backgrounds. It feels so surreal to see the other sides of characters that we have never seen before. Yes, outstanding too.
Enjoyment... Let's just say that I really enjoyed it. Clannad will forever be engraved into my heart. The previous dramas that I have seen always have the plot of saying "goodbye" to a character and that's how they qualify as drama. But, the parts in which I cried in this show weren't even those "departure" parts. I cried because I was able to relate to the words and actions of the characters and that is where the feels were. It doesn't matter if you really enjoy this season because as long as you are able to put your heart into it, everything is going to be worth the pain.
Overall, I would say that this season was a true masterpiece. Nothing more to say about that.
"You should cry while you still can. When you get bigger, sometimes, you can't cry even if you have something you wanna cry about."
There is so much to learn from this series. There are even moments that will help you realize what's the most important in your life. Another reason why I cried is because I was reminded of how important family is and it is something that always comes first. It doesn't have to be relatives or biological relations, as long as you are people with whom you love, that can be called as family. With that, I bid farewell to this series. If I was given a chance to choose a series to forget so I can watch it again, I would choose this one because I think that this series brings you genuine emotions when you see it for the first time. For me this is a series that I can't ever see again. Sometimes, there are things to be considered to be taken once. Even for a whole lifetime.

What's the purpose of living? Is there a reason why we should be having goals or dreams? Are we really supposed to be looking for our happiness in this world? Should I be concerned about anything related to these things? Those are some the things I used wonder about when I was in high school. All I did during classes was wonder about many different things. either play games or watch anime. A routine I did almost every single day for most of my senior high school years. As I lazed around and did as I pleased, time passed and soon enough, I found myself to be alone most of the time. I then began to think that this is my punishment for using all of my free time for just myself. But then, I thought about it and didn't find any part of it regrettable. Because there's nothing more I hate than wasting time on people I don't even like. Because of those experiences, I began to become more conscious on how to manage time and resources, all for the cost of degrading my socializing skills, which never truly even existed because I was an introvert since the moment I was born. Anyway, I think that's enough of my life stories.
So, as I was watching this series, I began to reminisce on the moments I had during high school. Although I was more anti-social during my senior years, I actually did socialize more when I was in my freshman year. I remembered that I actually helped a lot of people back then with their personal troubles and problems and how I would get involved in many different things that I don't even have any experience with. Yes, you could call all of those moments, the epitome of youth. Because they are things that we will only experience once in a lifetime. That is the emotion that Clannad became for me as I was watching through its episodes.
So, let us get into the review proper... (WARNING! May contain spoilers.)
I haven't finished watching the entire series by the time this review has been posted. So this review is only based exclusively on the first season. So what made we want to start watching this show? Well, to be honest, I'm only trying to finish my drama collection and I have this annual routine of doing "December Drama" in which I watch drama series during my Holiday break. I started doing this with Shigatsu no kimi no Uso back in December 2016 and I've been doing it ever since. So, Clannad has been sitting in my plan-to-watch list for a very long time now and I finally mustered the courage to watch another drama series. Yes, even though I am a very stoic and inexpressive person, I still have my weakness whenever the Feel train passes by. I still can't capture those damn ninjas cutting onions. But I'm sure not everyone feels that way about drama. I know very well that it takes a lot of work to execute a well-developed story and I'm sure the staff tried their best to create this animation. So, why are there so many people criticizing the story? Did everyone expect a bit too much from this series? Most of the criticisms are from people who have already played the Visual Novel before seeing the anime. Well, I don't know exactly what those people feel so I'm not in the right to argue about their situations because I've only seen the anime's first season. But however I can point out what people were thinking about. Since the Visual Novel is getting an anime adaptation, there will be some new scenes and plenty of dialogue that was never before seen. Possibly, some characters too. Or maybe a lot of various new elements that can give the series a new type of feel. Well, sadly expectations don't always come true. I've only played less than five different Visual Novels at the time of this review but still, I was able to figure out that Clannad was based on one after I've seen the first few episodes. Surely, there are no choices whatsoever that changes the flow of the story since it's an anime with a continuous story. I'm glad they made the different "paths" in the form of OVA singles. I think single episodes are enough because there is no point in restarting the series all the way from the top.
So, for an anime series, I think Clannad did its job pretty well. The story ain't a masterpiece but at least there is a clear plot.
I'm not going to say anything about the art style and I'm sure one thing can be expected for me to say. Yes, the characters are uniquely drawn. So unique to the point that you can recognize from what series are they from just from a single glance. Although I don't think they're badly drawn and I don't think that actually mattered because I was focused more into the story. Besides, why would you watch an anime for the visuals only... (I don't think I have any right to say that because of my genres.. ehem.. ecchi.. ehem.. although there is none in this anime so don't get hyped for that.) Anyway, Yes... Clannad characters are uniquely drawn that's all I can say. By the way, the backgrounds of the anime are well done if you're wondering about that. Animations are fluid as well.
Now regarding the sound. Of course the background music is ecstatic and delightful since it is done by none other than Jun Maeda himself. A master of background music for drama. It really brings one to the mood and gives a calming embrace that turns you to focus on the character's mood and words. Voice acting is pretty well done too. I don't have any complaints about the childish voices of the considered as "high-school girls" since if the female characters were to be given more mature-sounding tones, then it would kind of kill the mood for drama and instead be something else.
So for the characters, I think they are unique as well. And I know the feeling of hanging around "unique" people very well. Don't worry, that characters are not really that weird. Maybe a bit. The portrayal of the usual tropes of "-dere" in every anime series is kind of unnoticeable in this one. Although the outcomes that I expect actually came true several times and I can now see where other newer series got their ideas from.
I've also read about some complaints regarding the main character's motivation. So, what was the point in helping out other people whom he barely even knows about? Well, that my fellow viewers is indeed the root of a friendship. Of course, everyone starts out as strangers. Remember, when you're so bored in life and don't even have anything to do, you look at your surroundings and find something that interests you. If you suddenly start helping out a person and that particular person is so gratified by your presence, won't that motivate you? And, if the relationship does develop, won't you feel like there's finally a reason for you to hang out around that person? Good lord, whomever complained about the main character's motivation to help has no point at all is probably someone who has never helped anyone before or worse... has no friends. That's kind of sad.
So, is Clannad worth your time? Will you actually get enjoyment out of it? Well, Hell yes! Aside from the comedy in this series, there is really a reason for one to finish the story because the development is just straight on. Although I have a bit of complaints about the transitions through the episodes, other than that, you will have a great time watching this first season of Clannad. The pacing of the anime is steady if I were to describe it. Since it really tries to bring development especially with the characters. So far, the drama hasn't been very intense. I was prepared with a box of tissues but it seems that there were no major happenings yet that might pose as difficult to move on from. I'm starting to think that the sequel will have what I was waiting for. And it probably has plenty in store for us.
So overall, I am very satisfied with the series so I gave it a rating of 10. Well, it is not a masterpiece to be honest and my actual rating is only around 9.9 but that can be rounded off to 10 so I just stuck with it since it the season is deserving after all. Season 1 ended very well with no cliffhangers or loose ends and I am satisfied with just the first season. But, since there is a second season, we are obligated to finish the series, so see you on the next review.

Truth be told, I make reviews for those who haven't seen the show yet and that is why I make sure that each one I write is spoiler free. But since this show is popular and the ones who will probably read this are those who are currently watching or the ones who have already finished it. Then that would mean this review wouldn't have any point at all. So, I'm going to make an exception and write this review both ways. write. But KonoSuba has a longer title... Well who gives a sh*t? I know that there's a lot of other anime out there with a sentence for the damn title. Doesn't that mean the writers were lazier than me? Well enough of this, we're not going to talk about the title anyway so let's just go with it.
So, you might have seen this show being posted on anime news sites or somewhere throughout social media and from its title, you have already guessed what it is about. Well... another goddamn "Isekai" anime, that's what everyone thought at first. So? What is it about this time? That might be the usual first question regarding this genre. Oh wait, that's not it. The more precise question is... Which series did it copy this time? Or Is it another Sword Art Online Clone? Those are the more realistic questions am I right? haha... okay, I was trying to be funny. But, I'm going to answer that question. Well, to be frank, it's a copy of Overlord. With the main character being extremely overpowered and at the same time, is a non-human species, what else would this show be hinting at? Simply put, it's Overlord, but better. Ah, you must be one of those who have finish this show and you might be looking for some closure or you might wanna know some of my ideas or theories regarding the next season. Well, you're in luck because I got some very juicy information about what's going to happen for the next season.
Just kidding, I lied about that. I just wasted your time. How does that make you feel? Well, I don't really care anyway. That's also how I felt when I was watching the first episode of this show. I used to watch " Isekai " anime just for the sake of comparing it with the others. What's worse is that I finish a series all the way through no matter how garbage the show is. Well, that's what you call self-torture, but I blame my habit of not leaving a series uncompleted in my list. Now, I began to show mercy on myself and look at reviews first before starting a series so that my mind can live longer. Anyway, enough talk about me. Well, the craziest thing about this series is not even its plot, but the fast-growing fanbase it had ever since the trailer was announced. Seriously, it was flooding my news feed for an entire month during the time when the first episode was released. However, I began to realize that a show wouldn't have a fanbase if it was so crappy. So, I began to get curious and added the show to my watchlist. Since I don't like watching a series weekly, I waited for it to be finished. But then the show dragged on, turned out it was a longer series with the span of two seasons. or 24-ep shows. Aaannnd... I decided I'll just download it because streaming a a show with a lot of episodes is a pain if you have crappy internet. Ah, wait dammnit, why do I keep losing track of the topic. Hmm... Now that I realize it, this is my first review after six months. I can't believe it's been half a year since I wrote a review. Ah anyway, I don't need a welcome back or anything.
Okay, time to be serious. Let's just finish the review.
So, this is TenSura made by 8bit Studios, that same studio that brought us the cringiest Harem anime, Infinite Stratos. Yes, for those enthusiasts like me, who can ever forget that show? Maaann, the main character was dense as f*ck. I can't believe I watched the whole series. Well, that's another story. By the way, I didn't make a review for that series cause I can't even think about it. So, don't bother looking for anything. Okay, we're not going to talk about that show. This show was aired in the season of Fall 2018, a memorable season, I guess? That means it's been about a year by the time I post this review. I've got things to say for this show. To be honest, it's not even unique because the " Isekai " genre is being milked by companies because it became a sensation during the past few years. And most of them, are greatly disappointing. Not to mention, irritating. However, this particular one gave me a nostalgic feeling that I once forgot. Ever since I saw Overlord, I've been craving that theme with overpowered main characters that are underestimated every time they are encountered by someone new. Overlord executed that theme very well and I thought back then that the series was the best one regarding that theme. After seeing more of those recent " Isekai" copies that are popping out every season, I don't expect any more unique stuff and I thought that no other series can ever deliver the same satisfaction I got from Overlord. Yeah, maybe that's the reason I don't get entertained anymore by the genre because I killed it for myself. I've gotten used to the genre of " Isekai ". So much that I can already predict the tropes and cliches from a mile away. Right from the start of the show, I already know what is going to happen with the series. So I was not spoiled and I don't read manga but I know the plot and flow just like that. Probably because I saw how similar it is to Overlord. Did I mention that? Well, I don't remember. Despite, the ever so-predictable outcomes of the storyline, I was wondering how it still managed to to satisfy me one way or another. I've thought to myself that this is a series that surpassed Overlord and I never thought that anyone else can make it better. It's been so long since I felt satisfaction from watching an Isekai anime and I'm sure that this series was able to deliver something that is not so unique from the genre, but something that has a different goal. It's not any crappy, plain plot of Isekai anime that focuses on overpoweredness of a main character, fan service or shenanigans and other typical elements of an Isekai anime, but another new element. The element that allows the audience to truly enjoy the anime, particularly, the slice of life in another world. You might be thinking, wait.... isn't that what Isekai anime are all about? Yes, you are correct. But that one thing that lacked from those other crappy shows was that they did not allow us to fully immerse ourselves and form attachments to the entirety of the show. All they did was try to entertain and they all failed miserably at that. Although the Isekai tropes are still present in this show, they were well executed and not placed in a cringy manner. The times I turned my eyes away from cringiness when I was watching this show was significantly lesser than when I was watching other series. I was surprised about that and I could not believe I found myself enjoying each aspect of the show. I don't know if anyone else felt the same about this show. Going back, with my previous point, This is indeed a better version of Overlord but with more character and story development. However, this series helps you to relax just like a slice of life anime. Although the end did not fully alleviate the cancer from Isekai anime, it does make you end up wanting more. So if you want to ask if there is a point to the sequel, well yes. It is worth the wait. I think that I haven't had enough of this show yet, maybe the next season will give us an ending that we can all agree on.

The one sure word I can describe this show is that...
It is very... Educational. This helps if you are currently studying biology. Cells of the human body to be precise.
I never really liked studying so I kind of disliked this show at first.. Anyway, it has a very unique plot and storyline. Japan never ceases to amaze you.... Even Cells have been affected by the Japanizing beam.
The artstyle is centered around making everything, especially the characters as cute as possible and the anime knows it as well.
Yes, this is a series you can watch with the family regardless of the bloody fight scenes.

Since this anime is child-friendly, older audience might find it boring.
I fall asleep during my biology class in school. To be honest, I also fell asleep many times when I was watching this show. This proves that the education from this anime is legit.
Oddly enough, parents can watch this along with their kids because there is a sense of humour for adults that kids would not understand.
So.. regarding recommendation if you should watch this series is... If you're really into biology, then this series is for you.. If you only want to see this because you stumbled upon it as an internet fad and you want to see it for meme material, then I suggest you think twice about it.. Because you're only going to drop the series after the first episode, I guarantee it.
It was a decent show to be honest. I can't say much though.

When I was a child, I wanted to watch Death Note but I somehow kept forgetting to see it during my free time. Several Years have passed and I regret not seeing this anime earlier.

being as long as you write their full name in the Death Note. Before watching the show, I expected Death Note to be an amazing anime because I never heard a single complaint from the people who watched it. Now.. as I am older.. perhaps wiser, I'll get to the bottom of it and see for myself.
After just the few first episodes, I found myself really into the show as if the minutes fly by without noticing. The story itself was thrilling as it progresses and the suspense was reasonable enough for the anime to be produced as slightly-long running. There isn't much gore and violence throughout but I still don't think kids can handle this stuff because it is somewhat in between shounen and seinen so I recommend it to teenagers and above. Although the plot has the supernatural genre as an essential element, however it focused more into logical reasoning in situations throughout. So I agree that it's main genre is to be labeled as "Mystery" and not anything else. The infamous ending was sort of underhanded but it was something deserving for the anime. I can now understand why this series was considered by many as a masterpiece. There is no need for introduction or recommendation for this series at all because I know that every anime enthusiast will eventually stumble upon this series.

Before anything else, I already forgot my original thoughts for this review because I was supposed to write it over a year ago.
So.. Uhh...
What was this series about again? Oh right.. Tea parties.. oh wait no..
Slice of Life! That must be it right? It must be slice of life.. What? Wrong again?
Well.. it doesn't really matter anyway..
For the people who just finished the first season and wonder if they should continue to this next one but hesitate because of the episode count being doubled from the first season, well... Yes... there is a point to this sequel. But yes, I'm going to

K-On!! is still a slice-of-life, comedy anime.. Yes.. the moe does not stop!!
So.. is that good? Uhhh.. not really... but it is for some people.. But to be honest, it ain't really that bad.. it's just.. something.... something you should never tell anyone. No one will appreciate it if you just suddenly yell out: " I enjoy moe!!!" So.. yes.. that's the truth.
So regarding questions about comparison with its prequel, yes... I can say there was improvement because the first season wasn't really that great, I admit. So can we now all agree to finally say that K-On!! is a good anime? Well... I can't really say anything about that. But maybe it's fine now to recommend to your friends. But I doubt that will happen because I've never really seen others recommend this show. Not the common viewers to be precise. But me, yes I was recommended to see this but not for the moe, but as a musician. And.. honestly, we don't view this show as something really great. In fact, we make fun of it and use it as meme material.
But, that does not mean we berate this show awfully. Sure there are times when the plot gets really boring but that does not stop you from fully enjoying the aesthetics of this show. As a musician, I enjoyed the soundtrack and I also appreciate the detail of the "Music" genre of this series. Not many anime show real-life depictions of instruments and brands accurately. Kyoto Animation still did its purpose as displaying the cute style of anime but I'm glad that they did not overdo it for both seasons.
Well.. K-On!!, may not be a masterpiece but it is one of the top music anime for me regardless of the moe. Houkago Tea Time is a really excellent band and the songs are catchy enough for you to remember for a long time. Of all the things that happened in the series, one thing it speaks out is that make sure you enjoy the things and people that you have with you now. Everything has an end and there's only a limited time you can cherish those moments.
