I wanted to give this show a watch given its a fnatasy harem. But that was clearly my bad, i guess i assumed by the desciription it to be different than what it is.
Right off the bat, i wanna say i found it quite disturbing. We have a character who is SA'd by some knights, drugged, and assaulted, on repeat. His main thought is revenge on said knights and the princess responsable. He then breaks her fingers, and "revenge" SA's her, repeatedly, and kidnaps her, and she immediately develops some sort of stockholm, its clearly a kink thing. It really doesn't feel necessary to ... the plot at all, like its just because the writers can.
It's a very "poor me" vibe while hes being an absolute piece of garbage. Reminds me of a number of psycho's i know. Anyways...
Really weird plot for the writers, quite disgusting. Not gunna move forward with watching this monstrosity. It really speaks to how p0rn and the media has desensitized people, esp men to SA. I highly not recommending this if your sensitized to SA, or violence which i can usually handle, if its for a good reason, but here its not.

so as someone who finds it hard to find a good sapphic romance this is amazing, the writing is good, and the art is amazing, but however, morally not great, if youre in your mid-early teens its less bad, but as a young adult its morally hard to read given the frequent nudity of the 14 year old characters(jesus why), not to mention a more than questionable adult character close by which i wont mention for the sake of spoilers. however, as someone who just came out as a young adult, and didnt get to have any queer experiences and was a late bloomer, ... its satisfying to read to live through the characters and their romance and i cant help but be happy for them. But as an adult i cant help but be upset at the sexualization of teens/children in media, by the adult creators of this manga, and no this isnt just a japan issue as someone said, but given the standards for queer media and how insanely hard it is to find anything out there at all and that ISNT morally wrong or questionable this is a very good read if you can push morals aside, especially if you love vampires like me. other than the horny teens, kissing and nudity, nothing is too bad about it, nothing bdsm or anything like that so thats good, however at first their relationship is a little questionable, unconsensual kisses(yikes).
